Breast cancer is caused by somatic mutation. As such, somatic mutation in breast cancer should be described to eluci-date the underlying mechanism. Next-generation sequencing has provided new insights into the genomics of breast cancer. New genes were identified and exhibited a relationship with breast cancer. Although these genes mutated at a low frequency, such genes in different cases could be categorized into specific pathways. Mutational signatures could be found in some cases, but such signatures were gener-ally not related to environmental exposure. Studies on intra-tumoral heterogeneity have revealed the ubiquitous presence of sub-clones in breast cancer;however, a major clone is also observed, accounting for>50%of tumor cells. Current advancements show that breast cancer genomics has been integrated into personalized medicine. Furthermore, a genome-informed and personalized molecular sub-typ-ing and treatment of breast cancer can be developed in the future.

To evaluate the application of wavefront aberration in diagnosis and operation of retinal detachment.Totally 17 rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients(17 eyes),who received outer scleral cryocoagulation,silicon cushion and(or)intravitreous injection of gas,were selected from July 2004 to February 2005 at First Hospital Affiliated to Dalian Medical University.These cases were all retinal detachment in one eye.Of the 17 patients,10 were diagnosed as having myopic eye retinal detachment and 7 were non-myopic eye retinal detachment.The wavefront aberrations of these patients were checked with wavefront aberrometer produced by German Wavelight Laser Technology AG Company before operation,1 and 3 months after operation,and compared with the other eyes.The results showed that ①Root mean square(RMS)1,RMS3-RMS6 and root of mean square of higher aberration(RMSH)were significantly higher than those in the control group before operation(P 0.05).②RMS1,RMS3 and RMSH in the myopic retinal detachment eyes were lower than those in the non-myopic retinal detachment eyes before operation(P

The corneal refractive surgery is invented and improved constantly from 1970's till now,and the excimer laser corneal refractive surgery is the important method for correcting myopia.The corneal safety of post-operation long time is the key point and always is worried by surgeon due to the surgical procedure directly on the normal corneal tissue by different types of flap and ablation. From the corneal safety of view,the advantages and disadvantages of different corneal refractive surgeries were compared and the indications for different methods were mentioned in order to provide rational clinical data.

By reviewing the latest published papers on palliative care, the article discussed the development and research progress of palliative care for people with advanced cancer, so as to provide reference for the development of palliative care specialty. According to the analysis, it suggested that by means of striving for more government support in both economic and education, raising funds through various channels, perfecting the social insurance system and volunteer′s regimen, promoting group working model, establishing standardized policies and regulations, increasing the publicity of palliative care, palliative care would move forward to a professional and normalized road, so that the people with incurable disease will receive better palliative care to improve the quality of life to the most.

ObjectiveTo explore the incidence and relative factors of post-stroke depression (PSD).Methods128 patients with acute stroke were evaluated and investigated by Hamilton Depression Rating Scales (HAMD) and Neurologic Deficit Scale (NDS).ResultsThe incidence rate of PSD was 39.0%. PSD had positively relations to degrees of neurologic deficits and the location of focus, and not relation to sex.ConclusionPSD is the common complication of stroke and positively related to degrees of neurological deficits and the location of focus.

Objective To investigate the influence of quetiapine fumarate on the liver function of patients with schizophrenia.Method Liver function change of 63 patients with schizophrenia were compared before treat- ment and at the end of six weeks after treatment with the method of self comparison.Results Patients'ALT in- creased evidently after treatment,A/G decreased(P0.05).Conclusions Quetiapine fumarate induces symptomless abnormal ALT and AST.But it has a great effect of estimation.

Objective To control the incidence of infection during transportation process of supply room,reinforce the management of collecting and sending carts in supply room and ensure the effect of disinfection and safety of use.Methods Available chlorine of 500 mg/L was used to disinfect thein ner face of the clean carts,available chlorine of 1000 mg/L for the outer face,irradiation for 1 hour by ultraviolet lamp before use.The inner and outer faces of the dirty carts were disinfected by available chlorine of 1000 mg/L and irradiation for l hour by ultraviolet lamp.The wheels were flushed by clean water and then sterilized by available chlorine of 1000 mg/L"Clean"or"dirty"was indicated on the carts and they were strictly used and stored.The carts were covered with water-proof cloth,also indicated with"clean"or"dirty".Results The bacteriaJ colony was ≤5 cfu/m2 after disinfection on the clean carts and≤15 cfu/m2 on the dirty carts.Conclusions Disinfection by available chlorine and irradia- tion by ultraviolet lamp can reach the standard of sterile area,clean area and contamination area set by the Ministry of Health.This method is an effective measure in the control of transportation process of supply room with simple,feasible,economical and effective characteristics.

AIM: To investigate the influences of microRNA-126 on the curative effect of chemoradiotherapy and radiosensitivity of SGC-7901 cells.METHODS: The patients of gastric cancer (n=60) were selected in this study including 32 males and 28 females with the average age of (51±7) years.All patients received similar chemoradiotherapy strategy.The tissue and blood samples were collected during treatment.The short-term curative effect was evaluated by the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST), and the patients were divided into sensitive group and insensitive group.The microRNA-126 levels were detected by RT-qPCR.The SGC-7901 cells were maintained in vitro and transfected with microRNA-126 mimic.The plate colony formation assay was used to determine the enhancement effect of microRNA-126 on radiosensitivity of the SGC-7901 cells.The apoptotic rate of the SGC-7901 cells induced by microRNA-126 was analyzed by flow cytometry.RESULTS: According to the RECIST, 28 cases were defined as sensitive patients and 32 cases were the insensitive patients.Compared with the sensitive patients, the microRNA-126 levels both in blood and tissue samples were lowered in the insensitive patients, and the relative fold changes were 0.72±0.04 and 0.48±0.03, respectively (P<0.05).After transfection with microRNA-126 minic, the SF2 and D0 in the SGC-7901 cells were decreased with the SER of 1.74.Furthermore, microRNA-126 induced apoptosis of SGC-7901 cells and enhanced their radiosensitivity.CONCLUSION: The patients with low microRNA-126 level may suffer a poor curative effect of chemoradiotherapy on the gastric cancer.MicroRNA-126 has an enhancement effect on the radiosensitivity to the SGC-7901 cells.

Objective To evaluate the different statins in the treatment of elderly patients with primary hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 76 patients with primary hyperlipidemia admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. For 39 cases in the observation group, chose rosuvastatin treatment; for 37 cases in the control group, chose the atorvastatin treatment. Two groups of patients were observed and compared in the clinical efficacy, the degree of improvement in various lipid levels and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The rate of excellent clinical efficacy in the observation group was 92.3%, significantly better than that was the 70.3%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The degree of improvement in lipid levels in the observation group was bigger than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);inflam-mation factor of the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin treatment of primary hyperlipidemia is good,can effec-tively improve lipid levels in patients, reduce inflammation in the body concentration factor, deserves in clinical prac-tice.
