Purpose:The value of color doppler ultrasonography( CDUS) in monitoring hemodynamic changes was investigated in patients with hyperdynamic circulatory state before and during 730 days after orthotopic liver transplantation.Materials and Methods:83 cases of orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) were examined by CDUS to assess the hemodynamic changes of portal vein,hepatic artery,splenic artery and longitudinal diameter of the spleen ( LDS).Results:(1) Portal flow velocity ( PFV) was significantly lower in pre-OLT but higher than controls (P < 0.05 ) during 730 days after OLT.Resistance index of the hepatic artery ( HARI) in pre-OLT and within 7 days- after OLT was significantly higher (P<0.05).(2) Resistance index of splenic artery ( SARI) was also significantly higher in pre-OLT (P < 0.05 ).LDS was significantly higher after OLT than in both pre-OLT phase and controls(P<0.05).Conclusions: In early stage after OLT,HARI changed from high to low value and so did PFV,which kept the stability of hepatic blood flow.In late stage,high PFV and large spleen improved,but could not back to normal.

AIM:To study whether or not Huangshao Yinxue Granula(HYG) has the therapeutic effect on experimental psoriasis. METHODS: The mice were treated with HYG 3.125,6.25,12.5,and 25 g/kg(i.g.) for 1 or 2 weeks.We studied the effects of HYG on mitosis in mice vagina epithelium,the formation of granular layer in scale epidermis of mice tails,the changes in CD3, CD4 and CD8 factors of the serum in psoriasis-like mice and guinea-pigs. RESULTS: HYG could inhibit the mitosis in mice vagina epithelium,promote the formation of granular layer in scale epidermis of mice tails.It could also diminish the value of serum CD4/CD8 of mice to regulate abnormal immune reaction.HYG had evident therapeutic effect on the ear skin damaged with 5% propanolol in psoriasis-like guinea-pigs. CONCLUSION: HYG has therapeutic effect on psoriasis-like animal models.

Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing measures for patients with acute deep vein thrombosis who are receiving mechanical thrombectomy.Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with acute deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs,who were admitted to the Department of Vascular Surgery,Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University,Beijing,China,during the period from January 2015 to February 2016 to receive mechanical thrombectomy,were retrospectively analyzed.The nursing methods were summarized and the key points of nursing care were discussed.Results All patients were successfully treated with mechanical thrombectomy,and in all 9 patients the venous blood flow recovered after treatment.Careful and comprehensive nursing measures were strictly carried out after treatment,and the lower limb swelling symptoms were significantly improved in all patients (P＜0.05).No perioperative complications occurred.Conclusion In treating acute deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs with mechanical thrombectomy method,strict perioperative care is particularly important.Understanding the key points of nursing care and strict implementation of the corresponding nursing measures can help patients to recover promptly.

Background and purpose:It was reported that erythropoietin may directly or indirectly induce the tumor cells to proliferate and result in diseases progression when recombinant human erythropoictin is used clinically in cancer-related anemia.Recently,the expression of erythropoietin-receptor(Epo-R)was detected in breast cancer.This study was done to detect the expression of Epo-R,estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR)and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(Her-2)in breast cancer,and to investigate the relationships between these indexes and the clinical significance.Methods:Sixty breast cancer patients were analyzed,the expression of Epo-R and microvascular density(MVD)were detected by immunohistochernistry,in order to clarify the relationships between the expression level of Epo-R,MVD and ER,PR,Her-2.Results:The rate of Epo-R expression was 78.3%,the mean number of positive tumor cells was 39±24,while the tissue MVD was 25±9.The expression level of Epo-R was positively correlated with the MVD.Also,the level of MVD was higher in the group of Epo-R positive than the negative,which has significant difference(t=3.4252,P＜0.001).The expression level of ER,PR has no definite relationships with Epo-R,MVD.The expression level of Her-2 was both closely associated with Epo-R,MVD.The expression level of Epo-R has an obvious relationship with clinical stage,lymph node status and the size(P＜0.001).The value of MVD was positively correlated with lymph node status,while not with clinical stage and the size.Conclusion:The expression level of Epo-R was markedly higher in breast cancer,and has a positive correlation with the tissue MVD.The expression level of Epo-R and MVD were significantly associated with Her-2,but not with ER and PR.It may contribute to clarifying the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of breast cancer by detecting both the expression level of Epo-R and MVD.

Objective To explore the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)in the patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)and its clinical significance.Methods The BNⅡhighly sensitive automatical scattering turbidimetric immunity analy-zer was adopted to detect serum hs-CRP level in 64 cases of AIS and contemporaneous 32 individuals with healthy physical examina-tion as the control group.The data of AIS cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results The positive rate of hs-CRP was 53.3% in the AIS group and 9% in the control group with statistically significant difference between them(P <0.05);the overall levels of hs-CRP in the AIS group was in inconformity to the normal distribution,the median was 4.26mg/L,which in the control group was (0.99 ± 0.72 )mg/L,there was statistically significant difference between them (P < 0.05 );the average level of hs-CRP was (5.03±1.51)mg/L in the AIS male group and (2.79 ± 1.09)mg/L in the AIS female group,the difference between them had sta-tostical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion The serum hs-CRP level in the AIS patients is higher than that in the healthy crowd with statistical difference(P <0.05).The age and sex may be the causes influencing serum level of hs-CRP in the AIS patients.The average age in the AIS patients with positive hs-CRP is higher than that with negative hs-CRP.Middle-aged and elderly people with hypertension and diabetes are much more dangerous than healthy people in getting AIS.

Objective To explore the relationship between G-protein β3 subunit (GNB3) gene C825T polymorphism and antipsychotic agent-induced obesity.Methods 126 schizophrenic inpatients with long-term antipsychotics treatment were collected.According to body mass index ( BMI),patients were divided into obesity group ( n =62) and non-obesity group ( n =64).The GNB3 gene C825T polymorphism was detected by polymerase chain reaction and DNA sequencing technique.Levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,blood lipids and blood uric acid of all patients were routinely measured.Results (1)The GNB3 gene C825T polymorphism were found in obesity group and non-obesity group respectively,and the distribution of genotypes in two groups were both consistent with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.(2)There was no significant difference in genotype frequencies between obesity group ( CC 17.75％,CT 58.06％,TT 24.19％ ) and non-obesity group( CC 18.75％,CT 62.50％,T T 18.75％ )( x2 =0.59,P ＞ 0.05 ).There was also no significant difference in allele frequencies between obesity group ( C 46.77％,T 53.23 ％ ) and non-obesity group ( C 50％,T 50％ ) ( x2 =0.26,P ＞ 0.05 ).(3)No significant differences were observed in BMI,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,blood lipids and blood uric acid among different genotype groups (all P ＞ 0.05 ).Also no significant differences were observed in BMI,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,blood lipids and blood uric acid between Tallele carrier (TT and CT genotypes) and T-allele non-carrier( CC genotype) ( all P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusion The GNB3 gene C825T polymorphism may not be a genetic risk factor for antipsychotic agent-induced obesity.

Objective To evaluate the hemodynamic changes and vascular complications after pediatric living donor liver transplantation (LDLT).Methods The hemodynamic changes of the portal vein,the hepatic artery and the left hepatic vein of the 34 cases were evaluated by color Doppler ultrasound during 2 months after LDLT.The vascular complications after LDLT were also evaluated.Results Of the 34 cases,vascular complications occurred in 5 cases.One day after LDLT,the max velocity of portal vein was (53.97 ± 21.44) cm/s,the peak systolic velocity of hepatic artery was (52.88 ± 17.87) cm/s,the resistance index was 0.73 ± 0.09,the max velocity of left hepatic vein was (40.53 ± 25.07) cm/s.The parameters of the hemodynamics had no significant difference between 1day and 1 week after LDLT (P＞0.05).The max velocity of portal vein was decreased after 2 weeks (P＜0.05).After 2 months,the max velocity of portal vein and the peak systolic velocity were decreased (P＜0.01 and P＜0.05) compared to 1 day.Vascular thrombosis was found in 5 recipients and all occurred in the first week after LDLT.Hepatic artery thrombosis (HAT) occurred in 3 (8.8 %) cases,portal vein thrombosis (PVT) in 2 (5.9 %).Among the 5 cases,3 were died.Conclusion The max velocity of portal vein and the peak systolic velocity of hepatic artery were decreased gradually after LDLT.The vascular complications occurred in the early stage and had a relatively high rate.Doppler examination should be performed once every day within 7 post-transplant days.

Objective To study on FBD (composed with Poria cocos, Atractylodes macrocephala, and Angelica sinensis) used to improve learning and memory function of animals. Methods The mice were treated by ig FBD with the doses of 35, 70 and 140 mg/kg for one week continuously. Effect of FBD on dysmnesia of acquired learning of mice induced by scopolamine, dysmnesia of memory retention of mice induced by NaNO2, and dysmnesia of reappearance of memory of mice induced by 45% ethanol were studied. Improvement for the dysmnesia of memory due to chronic blood deficiency in brain of rats induced by ligating the carotid arteries of two sides were observed. Results FBD can improve the dysmnesia of mice induced by scopolamine, NaNO2, and 45% ethanol significantly, also dysmnesia due to chronic blood deficiency in brain of rats induced by ligating the carotid arteries. Conclusion FBD has the function to improve the learning and memory function of animals.

Objective To investigate the value of the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC)measurement in assessment of tumor grade and myometrial invasion of endometrial carcinoma (EC).Methods 80 EC patients and 28 cervical cancer patients with normal endometrium were studied retrospectively.1.5T conventional MRI and DWI (b=0,1 000 s/mm2)were performed,and ADC values were calculated by two radiologists.Statistical analyses were performed by using SPSS 19.0 and Medcalc software.Results The mean ADC values (×10-3mm2/s)were 0.851±0.131,0.752±0.099,0.681±0.089 for G1,G2 and G3 EC,respectively.Significant statistical differences were achieved for the three groups (G1 vs G2:P=0.005;G2 vs G3:P=0.03;G1 vs G3:P< 0.000 1).For the prediction of G3,the area under the curve (AUC)of 0.851 and the cut-off value of ≤0.742×10-3mm2/s were identified,with the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 88.24%,76.19% and 85%,respectively.Conclusion There are significant statistical differences between histologic grades of EC.ADC measurement may have the potential to select G3 EC patients.
