Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2016;18(9):765-768
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of Maisonneuve injury associated with posterior malleolus fracture under direct visualization via the posterolateral approach. Methods Between January 2008 and June 2015,27 patients with Maisonneuve injury associated with posterior malleolus fracture were treated at our department. They were 18 men and 9 women, aged from 20 to 60 years (average,40.1 years). All fractures and syndesmoses received open reduction under direct visualization and internal fixation via the posterolateral approach. The posterior malleolus fractures were fixed with screws or plate and the syndesmoses fixed using cortical bone screws.Functional results were evaluated using the Baird-Jackson ankle scoring system. Results The patients were followed up for 8 to 30 months (average,18 months). No wound infection, necrosis, dehiscence, lose of reduction or implant failure was found during follow-up visits. All cases got bony union at the last visit. The excellent and good rate was 92.6%.Conclusion Since the posterolateral approach allows good access to the Maisonneuve injury and posterior malleolus fracture under direct visualization,it facilitates accurate direct fracture reduction, stable fixation and early exercise.
3.Polymorph transformation of solid drugs.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(5):521-527
For the minimized phase transtorming risk, the most stable polymorph is generally considered as the desirable solid form for pharmaceutical applications. However, occasionally, the stable form may have some shortcomings such as low solubility, dissolution rate and bioavailability, etc. In that case, the metastable form which is kinetically stable at room or lower temperature could be selected. Using metastable form may result in polymorph transformation in pharmaceutical manufacture and storage. Hence, the knowledge of the transformation between solid forms is essential to the development of the drug materials. In this paper, we will review the recent studies in the area of crystal conversion of polymorphs and hydrates, to illustrate some cases to introduce the types, conditions and mechanisms of the crystalline solid transformation.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2001;10(2):130-132
Objective To explore the relationship of defense style and mental health in student of middle school. Method 203 middle student were investigated with Defense Style Questionnaire (DSQ) and Symptom Check List-90 (SCL-90). Results There were no significant difference for 4 factors of DSQ in man/female and advance middle school or not(P>0.05); there were significant difference for immature defense mechanism and middle type factor ,and conceal factor in high-symptom score team with that of low-symptom sore team(P<0.01) and it is positive-correlation with each factor-score and total score of SCL-90. Conclusion School and family need to pay attention to the higher correlation in the total score of SCL-90 with immature defense mechanism and middle type factor and conceal factor.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2014;(3):251-253
Objective To investigate the risk factors of dual anti-platelet treatment in upper gastrointestinal hemor-rhage after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods Clinical data of 2004 PCI patients with dual anti-platelet treatment were collected, including gender, age, body mass index (BMI),history of drug therapy, history of digestive disease, history of smoking and drinking, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of cerebrovascular disease and history of combined treatment with a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). The different characteristics of gastrointestinal bleeding were com-pared. The risk factors of upper gastrointestinal bleeding were analyzed. Results The risk factors for PCI patients with up-per gastrointestinal bleeding were age>65 years of old, history of smoking, history of hypertension, abnormal platelet count, creatinine and hemoglobin. The combined treatment with a proton pump inhibitor was a protective factor associated with gas-trointestinal bleeding. Conclusion We should pay attention to the upper gastrointestinal bleeding induced by dual anti-platelet treatment, and take appropriate measures to reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding in PCI patients.
7.SLIDE MAKING METHODS FOR PREDACIOUS NEMATODE FUNGI
Microbiology 1992;0(01):-
Some problems were settled in making permanent slide for predacious nematode fungi by slide cultivation and cotton blue stain. Method of small-hole culture covered with slides could obtain high quality images, which solved the problem that trapping device couldn't be observed with high-power microscopes and oil-immersion microscopes. Scraping slide technique improved the method of making temporary slides.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in sponge Tedania sp..Methods Solvent extraction, gel and silica column chromatography were used to separate the chemical constituents, the structures of whichwere identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. Results Six compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as cholesterol(1),stearic acid(2),?-sitosterol(3),daucosterol(4),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(5)and thymidine(6).Conclusion Compounds 1,2,3,5 were first found from this marine invertebrate.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 2001;0(05):-
Objective To screen for ?-glucosidase inhibitors from the extracts of marine invertebrates collected at the seashore of Qingdao China.Method The 95% ethanol extracts of 33 species of marine invertebrates were screened for the presence of ?-glucosidase inhibitors using rapid colorimetric method.Result Some extracts have inhibitory activity against ?-glucosidase,among which the extracts of Tubularia marina,Asterina pectinifera,Apostichopus japonicus and Scapharca subcrenata have much higher inhibitory rate: 56.1%,67.3%,62.2%,and 66.3% at the concentration of 0.6 mg?mL-1.Conclusion The results suggested that marine invertebrates are sources of new ?-glucosidase inhibitors.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2019;17(2):124-130
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of Du's heat-reinforcing method and Western medication in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D).Methods:Sixty-five IBS-D patients were randomized into two groups by the random number table.Thirty-three cases in the treatment group were intervened by acupuncture with Du's heat-reinforcing method, while thirty-two cases in the control group were given oral administration of pinaverium bromide tablets. The intervention lasted 4 weeks for both groups. The IBS symptom severity score (IBS-SSS),IBS-quality of life (IBS-QOL) and hospital anxiety and depression scale (HAD) were adopted to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy. Results:The two groups each had two dropout cases. The clinical recovery rate was 38.7% and the total effective rate was 90.3% in the treatment group versus 13.3% and 66.7% in the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group in both clinical recovery rate and total effective rate (both P<0.05).After 1-week and 4-week treatment, respectively, the IBS-SSS scores were lower compared with the baseline in both groups, and the intra-group differences were statistically significant (both P<0.05);the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (both P<0.05).After 4-week treatment, the component scores of IBS-QOL showed improvements in both groups, and the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvements of dysphoria, interference with activity, health worry and food avoidance (all P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scales of HAD (HAD-a,HAD-d) in the treatment group and the HAD-a in the control group obtained significant improvements (all P<0.05);the scores of HAD-a and HAD-d in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (both P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture with Du's heat-reinforcing method can effectively ease the symptoms of IBS-D,improve the quality of life and the state of anxiety and depression. It can produce a more significant efficacy than oral administration of pinaverium bromide tablets.
