OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of oxycodone and acetaminophen in outpatient and emergency department. METHODS:By retrospective study,the application of oxycodone and acetaminophen in outpatient and emergency de-partment of our hospital during 2013-2015 was analyzed statistically. RESULTS:During 2013-2015,there were 22654 outpatient and emergency prescriptions of oxycodone and acetaminophen in our hospital. The prescription number,amount and consumption sum of oxycodone and acetaminophen were increasing year by year. Top 3 clinical departments of oxycodone and acetaminophen in the list of prescription number were orthopedics department(78.34%),emergency department(15.52%)and oncology department (2.09%). The age of patients using oxycodone and acetaminophen mainly aged 19-64 years old(78.62%);the ratio of male to fe-male was 1:1.08. The amount of oxycodone and acetaminophen was 5 mg,mainly 4 times a day(86.91%). In all kinds of diagno-sis,knee osseous arthritis (47.26%),pain in waist and lower extremities (6.18%) and abdominal pain in dispute (5.92%) were top three. CONCLUSIONS:A large amount of oxycodone and acetaminophen were used in outpatient and emergency department of our hospital during 2013-2015;there is unreasonable drug use so that we need to strengthen management and standardize drug use.

Early diagnosis and accurate staging are important for planning therapeutic intervention to improve outcomes in patients with malignant melanoma (MM).Noninvasive molecular imaging has been extensively studied in cancer diagnosis,staging,therapeutic evaluation,and prognosis.Several radiopharmaceuticals have been developed to diagnose and treat MM,such as monoclonal antibodies,melanocortin receptors,benzamide (BZA) and BZA analogs.In this review,the characteristics and limitations of these radionuclide molecular probes are summarized and discussed.

Objective To observe influence of salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder applied in asthmatic exacerbated period on relieving efficacy of a fast-acting beta2-agonist.Methods Eighty-nine children with asthma in exacerbated period were randomly assigned into two groups.Thirty-nine cases in treatment group inhaled salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder, compared with 50 cases in control group treated with budesonide aerosol. Objective To investigate the point mutation of the open reading frame of cytochrome P-450 lanosterol 14-? demethylase gene ERG11. Methods In order to identify such alterations, the DNA was extracted by enzyme lysis methods and the PCR was performed. The PCR products were purified and cloned into PBS vector, then transformed into DH5? and sequenced. Results Twenty nine point mutations were identified in this 15 resistant isolates, most of which were different from susceptible strains. The mutations included 12 missense substitutions: F72L, D81G, D116E, K128T, Y132H, E266D, D294G, S361P, M374V, P386L, H400R, and Q474K, of which 6 had not been described previously (D294G, S361P, M374V, P386L, H400R, and Q474K). The other mutations included a frameshift, and 17 silent mutations. Conclusions The point mutation of resistant isolate is different from that of the susceptible isolate. It is suggested that the drug resistance is related with by the newly found alterations, including D294G, S361P, M374V, P386L, H400R, Q474K, and a frameshift.

Aortic dissection is a kind of fatal cardiovascular disease, and the apoptosis of aortic vascular smooth muscle plays an important role in aortic dissection.The new discovered Hippo-YAP signal transduction pathway is significant in regulation of the function of vascular smooth muscle, and it can cause many cardiovascular diseases.This paper aims to review the present studies of the mechanism of the apoptosis of aortic vascular smooth muscle and Hippo-YAP signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases, especially the aortic dissection.

Aim To compare the advantage of different methods of terminating early pregnancy. Methods 684 women in early pregnancy(≤49 d) were allocated into three groups according to their request: Group A (medical abortion,n=241), taking (po) mifepristone 25 mg every 12 h for three days and then taking misopostol 600 ?g at 8:00 on the forth day; Group B (induced abortion, n=220), taking the routine intrauterine operation by vacuum aspirator; and Group C (medical with induced abortion, n=223), inserting a Gongshuan suppository into rectum 0.5～2 h before induced abortion operation. Some indices were compared, including the efficacy, vaginal bleeding volume and time, side effects and acceptability of the three abortion methods. Objective To conduct a single-center retrospective analysis on the distribution characteristics and prevalence of idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN) patients diagnosed with pathology for the past 16 years,to investigate diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of serum antiphospholipase A2 receptor antibodies (PLA2R-Ab),and to evaluate the correlation between PLA2R-Ab and clinical disease activity.Methods (1) 6996 biopsy-proven primary glomerular nephropathy (PGN) patients,including 1567 IMN cases,admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2000 to December 2015 were involved.Demographics and pathological type were gathered from all patients.(2) 433 cases receiving renal biopsy and testing PLA2R-Ab from June 2015 to December 2015 were involved,with their clinical and laboratorial data being collected.During the period patients' follow-up time,therapeutic schedule and laboratory results were recorded.Results (1) IMN accounted for 22.4％ of primary glomerular disease,and patients above 40 years old accounted for more than 60％ of the IMN.(2) The sensitivity and specificity of serological PLA2R-Ab were 58.1％(95％CI 47.0％-68.5％) and 98.6％(95％CI 95.6％-99.6％) respectively.PLA2R-Ab positive rate was affected by immunosuppression therapy.(3) The PLA2R-Ab titers wasn't correlated with 24-hour urinary protein (r=-0.017,P=0.887),serum albumin (r=-0.072,P=0.549) and urinary red blood cell count (r=-0.030,P=0.802).There was no difference between PLA2R-Ab positive positive and PLA2R-Ab negative on proportion of IMN pathological stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ (P ＞ 0.05).Thirteen cases of patients with PLA2R-Ab positive were all prescribed glucocorticoid combined with immunosuppressant.After (2.21± 1.09) months,the decrease of PLA2R-Ab titers was in accordance with 24-hour urinary protein quantity descending and serum albumin ascending (P ＜ 0.05).Condusions The incidence of IMN increase year by year,especially in the mid-aged and the elderly.Serum PLA2R-Ab correlates not with IMN pathological stage,but with the development of IMN.Monitoring PLA2R-Ab titers individually may access the efficiency of treatment.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of kaempferol in Kaempferia galanga. METH-ODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Diamonsil ODS2 C18 with mobile phase of methanol-0.4% Phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1 ml/min,detection wavelength was 367 nm,column temperature was 30℃,and injection volume was 10 μl. RE-SULTS:The linear range of kaempferol was 0.001 58-0.158 mg/ml;RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were low-er than 3%;recovery was 95.52%-99.32%(RSD=1.47%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,accurate and reproduc-ible,and can be used for the content determination of kaempferol in K. galanga.
