Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To study the effect of omethoate on the activity of characteristic enzymes in mouse testicles and the antagonism of teapolyphenol. Methods 80 Kunming male mice were divided into 8 groups, omethoate was given by gavage: the control group given 0.9% NaCl solution, a group given teapolyphenol of 180 mg/kg bw, three groups given omethoate of 1, 2 and 4 mg/kg bw respectively, three groups given teapolyphenol of 180 mg/kg bw and two hours later followed by omethoate of 1, 2 and 4 mg/kg bw respectively. The gavages were conducted for 6 consecutive days. The activities of the characteristic enzymes (AKP, ACP, LDH and LDH-x) in mouse testicles were measured by biochemistry method and variance analysis was done with the SPSS 11.0 software. Results As omethoate dose increased, the body weight and the testicle weight decreased obviously, the activities of AKP, ACP, LDH in mouse testicles significantly increased compared with the control. Given teapolyphenol 2 hours before given omethoate, the significant changes as above did not emerged. Conclusion Teapolyphenol has an antagonism against the adverse effects of omethoate on the activity of characteristic enzymes in mouse testicles.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(16):-
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the integrity of package insert for 75 kinds of commonly used antiinfective agents for injection in our hospital and to provide reference for rational use of antiinfective agents for injection. METHODS:According to Drug Description Specification and Management Regulation for Drug Description and Label, the terms included in package insert for antiinfective agents for injection were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:The package inserts for 75 kinds of antiinfective agents for injection were enrolled. The proportion of integral items were high while that of some terms related to clinic were low such as dosage and usage, medication for children, over dosage and skin test. The descriptions of PK,pharmacology, toxicdogy, ADR,et al. were very simple and different. CONCLUSION:It is suggested that items about over dosage and medication for special population should be detailed as well as usage so that package insert can guide rational use of drugs in the clinic.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2014;22(3):188-193
Objective To investigate the clinical features of complex posterior communicating artery aneurysms and the outcome of microsurgical clipping. Methods The clinical and imaging data of the patients with posterior communicating artery aneurysm treated by craniotomy microsurgical clipping were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into either a complex type group or a simple type group according to whether they had complex factors of surgical clipping or not. They were divided into a good outcome group and a poor outcome group according to their Glasgow Outcome Scale scores. Results A total of 55 patients with posterior communicating artery aneurysm were enrolled, and 17 (30.9%) of them were in the simple type group and 38 (69.1%) were in the complex type group. The proportion of higher Fisher grade in the patients of the simple type group was significantly lower than that of the complex type group (Z =-2.068,P=0.019).However,there were no significant differences in the proportions of age, sex, preoperative rupture, and Hunt-Hess grade between the two groups (all P > 0.05).In the complex type group, the complex clipping (73.68%) and anterior clinoidectomy (42.11%) were the most common complex factors.Twenty-four patients (63.16%) had a number of complex factors. In the complex type cases,32 had good outcome,6 had poor outcome (3 of them died); in the simple type cases,15 had good outcome,2 had poor outcome (1 of them died). There was no significant difference in the good outcome rate between the complex type group and the simple type group (84.21% vs.88.24%;x2 =0.153,P=0.696).In 55 patients with posterior communicating artery aneurysm, the age of the good outcome group was significantly lower than that of the poor outcome group (58.23 ± 12.41 years vs.68.38 ± 8.68 years,t =-2.212; P =0.031),and there were no significant differences in sex,Fisher grade,Hunt-Hess grade, factors of surgical complexity, and surgical clipping level (all P > 0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that only age was the independent risk factor for poor outcome of the complex posterior communicating artery aneurysm (odds ratio 1.142,95% confidence interval 1.029-1.266; P =0.012).Conclusions Using the advanced microsurgical techniques, such as anterior clinoidectomy, anterior choroidal artery microdissection, and complex clipping for the treatment of complex posterior communicating artery aneurysm are no less favorable than the simple type, and age is an independent risk factor for the poor outcome of posterior communicating artery aneurysm.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(25):4062-4067
BACKGROUND:When peri-implantitis occurs, the levels of interleukin-17 in the peri-implant sulcular fluid and soft tissues are significantly increased, and there is a positive correlation with the depth of the peri-implant probing. However, because of the dual effects of bone absorption and protection, the function of interleukin-17 in peri-implantitis remains controversial, which should be further studied. OBJECTIVE:To retrospectively analyze the correlation between peri-implantitis and interleukin-17. METHODS: The first author searched Wanfang, CNKI and Medline databases from 1991 to 2014 by using key words of “dental implants, peri-implantitis, periodontitis, Th17 cels, interleukin-17, cytokines” in Chinese or English. The functions of bone destruction and protection of interleukin-17 in peri-implantitis were reviewed, and interleukin-17 expression and correlation with the peri-implantitis were detected. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 46 articles from 241 articles are selected. The results show that, noninvasive detection of the variation of interleukin-17 levels in peri-implant sulcular fluid or blood is conducive to the monitoring of early diagnosis and treatment of peri-implantitis. At present, most researches show the relationship between interleukin-17 and peri-implantitis, and there is a positive correlation between interleukin-17 and peri-implant probing depth. But other researches suggest that interleukin-17 acts as protector for bones, and there is no statistic significance in the level of interleukin-17 receptor gene in chronic peri-odontitis and healthy subjects. Therefore, the correlation between peri-implantitis and interleukin-17 remains to be further studied.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of axial diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) for gliomas grading at 3 .0T MRI , analyze the characteristics of different grades gliomas of axial DTI in order to improve diagnostic accuracy .Methods A retrospec‐tive analysis was performed involving a group of 37 cases of high grade glioma and 26 cases of low grade glioma confirmed by the pathological results in affiliated hospital of Luzhou medical college ,observation analysis was obtained in axial DTI ,peritumoral neu‐rofibrillary was divided into three types :displacement ,interruption and neurofibrillary tangles(NFT) .Results among the 26 cases of low grade glioma ,there were 18 cases of displacement ;8 cases of interruption ,no NFT ;among the 37 cases of high grade glio‐mas ,there were 9 cases of displacement ,21 cases of interruption ,and 7 cases of NFT (1 case of frontal lobe ,6 cases of temporal lobe);ordinal variables rank sum test in two independent samples between high grade glioma group and low grade glioma showed significant differences(Z= -3 .756 ,P<0 .05);χ2 test showed no significant difference(P>0 .05) ,frontal lobe appeared NFT in 1 case ,accounting for 2 .7% (1/37) ,temporal lobe appeared NFT in 6 cases ,accounting for 16 .2% (6/37) .Conclusion Peritumoral neurofibrillary of the low grade gliomas more performed displacement ,the high grade gliomas show more interrupts and NFT at 3 .0T MRI ,NFT in high grade gliomas is often seen in the temporal and frontal lobe .
