1.Diagnosis and interventional treatment for diabetic peripheral vascular disease
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(07):-
Diabetes is common in men and women aged 50 years and older often complicated with peripheral arterial disease(PAD) arousing more serious attention by vascular surgeon and interventional radiologist. The present review of this article put the main focus on curative effect and limitation of intravascular treatment for patients with diabetic PAD, including proper medical imagings for suitable follow-up and formation of regular managing program for accessing limb function and whole body condition. Furthermore the dosage and proceduce of medical thrombolysis in dealing diabetic PVD, together with the possibility of mechanical thrombolysis approach should expecially emphasized. For further objective acknowledgement of interventional therapy for diabetic PVD; the selection of interventional procedune, the management of single or mutliple lesions and post procedural treatment ought to be considered thoroughly before hard.
2.Liraglutide alleviates arteriosclerotic lesions and inhibits receptor for advanced glycation end-product expression in diabetic ApoE-/- mice
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2016;32(8):680-684
Objective To observe the effect of liraglutide on arteriosclerotic lesions in diabetic ApoE- / - mice via regulating receptor for advanced glycation end-products ( RAGE) expression of aorta. Methods Thirty male ApoE- / - mice (10 weeks) were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group, diabetes group, and diabetes +liraglutide group. All the mice were fed a high-fat diet. Diabetes was induced by 2 intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ, 55 mg·kg-1 ·d-1 ). Mice were treated with subcutaneous injection of liraglutide (0. 4 mg· kg-1 ·d-1 ) in diabetes+liraglutide group. After 9 weeks, blood was drawn and the aorta were rapidly procured. The serum levels of advanced glycation end-products ( AGEs), soluble receptor for advanced glycation end-products (sRAGE ), stromal cell-derived factor-1α ( SDF-1α ), as well as total cholesterol and triacylglycerol were measured. Atherosclerotic plaque area was determined by Sudan Ⅳ staining. The expression of RAGE was determined using RT-PCR and western blot, respectively. Results Compared with control group, the serum AGEs, the RAGE protein and mRNA expression, the atherosclerotic lesions were significantly increased in the mice of diabetes group. Compared with diabetes group, the serum AGEs, the RAGE protein and mRNA expression, the atherosclerotic lesions were significantly decreased in the mice of diabetes+liraglutide group. Conclusion Liraglutide is confirmed as to have an anti-atherosclerotic effects and inhibits RAGE expression in diabetic ApoE- / - mice.
3.Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on Aquaporin-1 Expression in Rats Model of Lipopolysaccharideinduced Acute Lung Injury
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the effect of SM on aquaporin-1(AQP-1) expression in rats with acute lung injury(ALI) induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS). Method 48 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,ALI 7-day group,ALI 8-hour group,SM prevention group,SM 7-day treatment group, and SM 8-hour treatment group,8 rats per group. At 8 hours and 7 days after treatment, lung wet to dry weight ratio, lung pathology, electron microscope,AQP-1 immunohistochemistry, and AQP-1 Western blotting were performed. The situation of hemorheology and serum level of PaO2 and Endothelin-1(ET-1) were also detected. Results The model group rats all appeared ALI symptom. Compared with the 7-day ALI group, the degree of lung edema statement alleviated in SM 7-day treatment group. But the expression difference of AQP-1 was not significant between the two groups(P
4.Establish Rat Models with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Renal Injury and Expression of CD34 in Nephros
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the metabolism characteristics and CD34 variance of SD rats models with type 2 diabetes renal injury with high grease feeding and low-dose STZ injection. Methods 60 male SD rats with 4-week old were randomized into two groups:10 in the control group feeding with normal forage,50 in the DM group feeding with high grease forage, which consist of 10% lard,10% glucose,1% cholesterol,2% yolk powder, and 1% sodium cholate adding into the normal feeds. Intravenous injection of STZ after feeding 4 weeks (35 mg/kg). All the rats were tested with OGTT after 10 days and 30 days injection of STZ. Serum insulin was measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and immunohistochemistry staining was adopted to observe the positive expression of renal CD34 molecular. Results FBG of rats with diabetes and renal injury was significantly higher than that in the control group (P
6.Supplementary teaching contents for clinical teaching in department of urology surgery and its ;reflection
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2013;(12):1256-1258
With the development in the diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases and im-provement of minimally invasive technology in recent years, some apparent diseases and concepts of new technology can't be mentioned in teaching practice including functional diseases of lower urinary tract, further discussion of prostatic cancer and minimally invasive technology, etc. We elaborated on the importances, teaching significances and key points of these teaching contents in order to improve the knowledge teaching system.
7.Government compensation for Australian public hospitals
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2012;28(2):153-157
As introduced in the paper,Australian government subsidize the public hospitals with all their budget needs as compensation, with the two levels of governments constituting the largest buyer of health products and services in the country. In addition, the government supports the hospitals with their facilities.A rational government investment mechanism is proposed with reference to such a model for the ongoing reform of public hospitals in China.
8.Effects of maternal dextrose infusion during caesarean section on fetus and neonate
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(06):-
Fifty-six fasting women undergoing elective caesarean section received one of the following five glucose regimens before delivery respectively, group Ⅰ:0.9% saline 800ml as control; group Ⅱ:120ml of 5% dextrose(6g) in normal saline and 680ml of 0.9% saline;group Ⅲ:240ml of 5% dextrose (12g) in normal saline and 560ml of 0.9% saline group Ⅳ:480ml of 5% dextrose(24g) in normal saline and 320ml of 0.9% saline;group Ⅴ:800ml of 5% dextrose in normal saline(40g) The results showed that the maternal and umbilical cord venous blood sugar at delivery were significantly increased in group Ⅳ and Ⅴ. In group Ⅴ,neonatal acidosis(pH=7.19?0.02) was induced, PaCO_2 and lactate elevated to 58.5?2.8mmHg and 26.1?2.5mg% separately, neonatal hypoglycaemia (36?6.8mg% )occured 2 hours after delivery. There was higher incidence of neonatal jaundice in infants of group Ⅴ than in thoseof group Ⅰ and Ⅱ. It is suggested that the larger amounts of intravenous dextrose to the maternal is harmful to the neonate during caesarean section.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2001;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of the argon plas ma coagulation (APC)a non- touched technique via endoscopy. Methods Various po wer setting (40 W,60 W,80 W) at increasing exposure time (1 sec,3 sec,5 sec) wer e used during application of APC to different mucosa (gastric body and autrum) o f fresh stomaches gotten from 5 pigs.Histologic appearance and measurement of de pth and diameter of tissue necrosis area were examined through light microscope. Results Under the same power, the depth and the diameter were increased with th e exposure time increasing(P
