0.05).Both SBP and DBP were declined significantly in both two groups(P0.05).Heart rate decreased from (81?9)b/min to (68?7)b/min in bisorpolol group. But there wasn't this effect in contrast group. It was superior to that of contrast group significantly too(P

Objective To explore the clinical effect of atomoxetine on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)comorbid tic disorder. Methods The children who met the criteria of Mental Disorders Diagnostic and Statistical Manual diagnostic criteria for ADHD and tic symptoms were given systematic atomoxetine titration reaching the optimum dose.ADHD and tic symptoms were evaluated with ADHD rating scale-Ⅳ(ADHD-RS-Ⅳ)for parents Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS),respectively. Results Twenty children with ADHD comorbid tic disorder [17 male,3 female;age range 7.58-17.0 years, mean age(10.55?2.58)years] completing systemic titration was enrolled in the study, including 10 subjects with ADHD-inattentive type,9 mixed type, and 1 hyperactive/impulsive type. The mean optimal dose was(1.19?0.21)mg/(kg?d).The total score(12.65?9.08)scores,inattention score(7.45?4.75)scores and hyperactivity/impulsivity score(3.0)of ADHD-RS-Ⅳ decreased significantly post-treatment compared with pro-treatment(31.10?8.52,17.60?3.09,and 13.0 scores, respectively,P

Early growth is associated with later health outcomes including cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. It has been suggested that these associations are mediated through classical risk factors , for example dyslipidemia .It has confirmed that post-prandial levels of many risk factors have been proposed to be more important than fasting levels in the initiation and progression of a -dulthood diseases .The studies about the effect of early growth on postprandial responses have attracted considerable attention .This re-view focuses on the relationship between early growth and postprandial responses , and the role of both in adulthood diseases , aiming to further discuss the relationship and possible mechanism between early growth and later diseases .

Journal of International Oncology 2006;0(11):-
Objective To observe the clinical effects of chemotherapy with intraperitoneal hyper-thermal perfusion for malignant ascites. Methods 40 patients with malignant ascites were randomly divided into two groups. In the treated group, 21 patients underwent intraperitoneal hyperthermal perfusion and local thermotherapy. 19 patients in the control group received commonly intraperitoneal perfusion. Results The CR, PR patients were 6,10 and 0,7 in the treated group and control group, respectively. The efficacy rate in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group. 2 patients oc-cured bellyache in the treated group and 1 patient in the control group, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Chemotherapy with intraperitoneal hyperthermal perfusion can significantly improve the therapeutic effects for malignant ascites, and has no more side effects.
