Objective:Based on systematic idea of clustering methods, a novel approach for classifying prescriptions was explored in the light of the method of classifying analogous prescriptions.Methods:A total of 581 ancient prescriptions were selected from Treatment Record of Hundreds of Selected Ancient Prescriptions, and the standardized names of Traditional Chinese Medicines in these prescriptions were entered in Microsoft Excel 2007, then imported to SPSS 24.0 to generate dendrograms using the hierarchical clustering function. The classification of 581 selected ancient prescriptions was analyzed. Results:All 581 prescriptions could be classified into 86 categories through repeated clustering, the largest group has 29 prescriptions, the smallest group has 2 prescriptions, and the average group has about 6.75 prescriptions. In general, the later the intercepted group, the lower the similarity of its internal prescriptions.Conclusion:This method could realize the classification of prescriptions in the light of the method of classifying analogous prescriptions, which may help to break the original thinking bondage and further deepen the understanding of compatibility rules of prescriptions. However, its disadvantage lied in that the theoretical clues would be reduced when analyzing the compatibility rules of prescriptions and the issues of drug dosage, nature, taste and meridian categories were not specially considered.

AlM: To evaluate the application of phacoemulsification of different nucleus density using ozil and traditional mode.METHODS: A total of 89 eyes (72 patients ) ( visual acuity was of 0. 6 and above after 1mo follow - up) of different nucleus density level (LOCS Ⅱ criteria grade Ⅲ 46 eyes, grade Ⅳ and more 43 eyes ) were randomly assigned into 2 groups: ozil group (group A), grade Ⅲ 22 eyes (torsional energy 80% lP on);grade Ⅳ and more 17 eyes (torsional energy 100% lP on); Traditional mode group(group B), grade Ⅲ 24 eyes (energy 50% ), grade Ⅳ and more 26 eyes (energy 60% ~ 70% ) . All surgeries were performed by the same experienced surgeon,who use the chop to split the nucleus in the application of phacoemulsification. lntraoperative parameters were total equivalent pawer ( TEP ), cumulative dissipated energy ( CDE ) and effective phaco time ( EPT ) and surgical complications. The effectiveness of the two modes in dealing with hard - core cataract phacoemulsification were compared.RESULTS: GradeⅢ nucleus dealing: TEP of ozil group was significantly higher than that of the traditional mode group [(24.58±7.78)% vs (13.84±1.97) %]and EPT of ozil group was significantly lower than that of the traditional mode group (50. 59±14. 73 s vs 60. 19±9. 04 s, P<0. 05). CDE showed no difference between two groups [(13.12±6.03)% vs (13.38±2.85)]. Grade Ⅳ and more nucleus dealing: CDE [( 34. 10 ± 13. 48 )%] and EPT (104. 64±32. 4s) of the ozil group was higher than CDE [(30. 31 ± 13. 48)%] and EPT (93. 01 ± 41. 01s) of the traditional mode group, but there were no difference between two groups. Obstacles in the needle of phacoemulsification surgery: ozil group 4/17, traditional mode group 2/26 (χ2=2. 16, P=0. 14).CONCLUSlON: Bothozil and traditional mode can deal with all kinds of nucleus effectively and safely. Ozil mode is more efficacy and quick deal in gradeⅢnucleus. With the increase of nucleus hardness, the traditional mode still have the advantage of high efficiency and no obstacle to dealing patients with grade Ⅳ and more nucleus. Choose according to different nuclear hardness ultrasonic model can improve the operation efficiency and security.

Objective To discuss the surgical method of resection of petroclival tumors used temporal base transtentorial approach.Methods Analyzed 26 cases of petroclival tumors.All of them were surgically treated under intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring by temporal base transtentorial approach.Firstly the supratentorial part of tumors were resected by pieces,and then the tentorium was cut open,in order to resect residue of the subtentorial part of tumors.This surgical maneuver was applied to reduce the retraction to surrounding vessels,nerves and brain stem,as well to protect important structures and to finally achieve radical removal of the tumors.The efficacy and complications were observed.Results Among 26 cases,19 cases (73.1％,19/26) achieved total removal,5 cases (19.2 ％,5/26) achieved subtotal removal and 2 cases (7.7％,2/26) achieved great partial removal.There was no surgery-related death.Eleven cases suffered from partial neurological deficit.All cases were followed up for 3 months to 4 years,3 cases underwent complete recovery,4 cases underwent partial recovery,and 4 cases underwent permanent deficit.Conclusions Using temporal base transtentorial approach to resect petroclival tumors is convenient,applicable,safe and with minimal injury and with high proportionality of total resection.Under intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring,this approach may be an ideal choice for surgical treatment of these tumors.

Objective:To investigate the use of proton pump inhibitors ( PPIs) in the patients with cirrhosis or hepatitis in one hospital and evaluate the use rationality .Methods:A retrospective study was carried out on 211 patients with the diagnosis of hepatitis or cirrhosis in the infectious disease ward between 2013 and 2014 , and the use rationality of PPIs was evaluated .Results: A total of 211 cases were inspected, and among them, 192 ones were treated with PPIs (91%) with 62 ones treated with PPIs irrationally, which accounted for 29.3%of the total cases.The main irrational use of PPIs was long treatment course (24.5%), inadequate prophylaxis indications (5.7%) and purposeless use (2.6%).Conclusion: Irrational use of PPI is common in hepatitis or cirrhosis patients . Clinical pharmacists should strengthen pharmaceutical care to improve the rational drug use .

OBJECTIVE:To prepare dexamethasone acetate borneol cream and to establish its quality control method.METHODS:Dexamethasone acetate borneol cream was prepared by grinding method;dexamethasone acetate and phenol were identified by TLC,and the content of the principal agent was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The prepared cream fitted the description of China Pharmacopeia(2005 edition) in identification and tests etc.The linear range of dexamethasone acetate was 12.06～28.14 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 7),and the average recovery rate of 98.52%(RSD=0.66%).CONCLUSION:The preparation is reasonable in compounding,simple and feasible in techniques,and its quality is stable and controllable.

Background Retinopathy of prematurity is mainly due to retinal neovascularization.Objective This laboratory work was to evaluate the efficacy of different dosage of avastin for inhibiting retinal neovascularization.Methods Ninety 7-day-old clean C57BL/J6 mice were randomized into six groups as follows:air control group,hyperxia control group,hyperxia BSS group and avastin groups.C57BL/J6 mice in air control group were raised in regular air environments.The fifty mice were fed under the environment with 75％ ±2％ oxygen for 5 days to establish the retinal neovascularization models.The 1.25,2.50 and 5.00 g/L avastin (0.5 μl) were injected inteavtreally in forty-five mice models as low,moderate and high dosage avastin groups respectively,and 0.5 μl BSS was used at the same way in fifteen models as hyperxia BSS group.The mice were sacrificed in the 17-day-old age using excessive anesthesia method and the retina sections were prepared for the calculation of the numbers of vascular endothelial cell nuclei broken retinal inner membrane after hemotoxylin and eosin staining.The expression of CD34 in the retina was detected by immunochemistry.The morphology and distribution of retinal neovascular vessel in various groups were observed using retinal flat.The use of the animals followed the Regulations for the Administration of Affairs Concerning Experimental Animals by State Science and Technology Commission.Results The numbers of cell nuclei broken the inner limiting membrane was significant increased in the hyperxia group compared with the air control group( P＜0.01 ),and those in difference doses of avastin were considerably reduced in comparison with hyperxia BSS group (P＜0.01) and hyperxia group (P＜0.01 ).The decrease of numbers of cell nuclei broken the inner limiting membrane was obvious in low dose of high dose of avastin compared with low dose of avastin (P＜0.05 ).CD34 was positively expressed in retina internal membrane of hyperxia group.Retinal flat revealed the regular distribution and normal structure of retinal vessels in air control group and avastin groups.However,retinal and vitreous cavity neovascularization,leakage and enlarged non-perfusion regions in the perimeter of the retina were seen in hyperxia group and hyperxia BSS group. Conclusions Intravitreal injection of avastin can arrest retinal angiogenesis in oxygen-induced retinal neovascularization models in a dose-dependent manner.

The paper is aimed to study the difference in yield and quality at different harvest time and determine the optimum harvest of planting Gentiana in Ludian traditional harvest period. The authors analyzed the variation in fresh weight, dry weight, dry discount rate, length, diameter, volume and the content of gentiopicroside, loganin acid, alcohol-soluble extract and total ash and made a comprehensive appraisal of yield, appearance quality and intrinsic quality by gray relational distance ideal Comprehensive Evaluation method. The results showed that there is a big difference in yield and quality both 2-year-old and 3-year-old Gentiana harvested in traditional harvest period and the comprehensive evaluation more better when harvested more later. It can be seen, Gentiana harvested the later had a better yield and quality in Ludian traditional harvest period. The harvest of Gentiana can be appropriate delayed depending on the particular circumstances of production.

Objective To explore the operative methods of open reduction and fixation for the cuboid fractures. Methods The study involved 12 patients with cuboid fractures treated from October 2006 to October 2008. There were seven males and five females, at average age of 38.5 years (range 18-70 years). All patients had closed fractures, including 10 with compression fracture and two with sagittal fractures. The surgical treatments included open reduction, internal fixation by plate, screw or K-wire.Results Ten patients were followed up for 15 months on average ( range 12-24 months), which showed one stage wound healing, with mean time of bone union for 10 weeks ( range 8-15 weeks). No infection was found in any patient. The weight load walk began at 12 weeks ( range 8-18 weeks), with no obvious pain. According to American orthopaedic foot and ankle society (AOFAS) midfoot scale, the mean score was 88.6 (range 73-100). Conclusion Anatomic reduction and stable internal fixation of the cuboid fractures is the key point for recovery of foot form, stabilization and function of the feet.
