Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(7):5-7
Objective To introduce the development of an adjustable and bed- type table for pleural puncture and observe its clinical effect. Methods 100 patients who were to undergo pleural puncture were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases in each group. The experimen-tal group adopted the adjustable and bed-type table for pleural puncture, while the control group used the conventional method. The pulse, respiration and artery blood oxygen saturation degree were observed. The ef-feet of puncture was also compared. Results The pulse and respiration increased and the artery blood oxygen saturation degree decreased after puncture, which were significantly different between the two groups. One- time success rate of puncture, comfort degree and satisfaction degree of patients in the experimental group were better than those of the control group. Conclusions Adjustable and bed- type table for pleu-ral puncture can reduce the uncomfort of patients and increase the success rate of puncture and satisfaction degree of patients.
2.Influence of Clinical Tutors' Personality on Medical Ethics Formation of Medical Interns
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
Clinical tutors' personality manifesting during the process of clinical practice and daily communication with medical interns has a series of influences on medical ethics formation of medical interns, including influences of direction, demonstration, contraction, and halo effect. Thus, clinical tutors should pay attention to cultivating a decent moral personality, and hospitals should value the proper combination of moral evaluation and supervision for medical staff in order to achieve the unity of heteronomous morality and self discipline, and effectively promote the formation of decent morality and personality of clinical tutors.

China Oncology 2001;0(02):-
Patients with ataxia-telangiectasia ( A-T) syndrome were charachaterized by profound hypersensitivity to ionizing radiation in clinic. Many studies have shown that this hypersensitivity possibly attributed to ATM gene whose critical compartment was ATM kinase. So inhibitors of the ATM kinase such as caffeine, pentoxifylline, methyl xanthines and 7-hydroxystaurosporine (UCN-01) were developed and have achieved a few encouraging results in basic and clinical stuides.

Objective To evaluate the prognosis for patients with squamous cell carcinoma of cervical lymph node metastases from an unknown primary site who had different clinical stages and were irradiated to different fields. Methods The clinical date of 60 patients with cervical lymph node metastatic squamous cell carcinoma from an unknown primary site(no including patients with supraclavicular node metastases) were retrospectively analyzed. Results The overall 5-year survival rates(OSR) was 68.5%, the OSR of patients with N 1,N 2 and N 3 stage were 100%, 68.0% and 40.9% respectively(? 2=7.29,P=0.026). The OSR of patients with one lateral neck, whole neck and large fields irradiation were 66.5%, 74.5% and 54.6% respectively(? 2=1.38,P =0.501). The Cox proportional hazard model showed that clinical stages of cervical lymph node had an significant effect in patients survival(P=0.032). The 5-year local control rates(LCR) 65.6%, the LCR of patients with N 1,N 2 and N 3 stage were 100%, 63.2% and 34.6% respectively(? 2=5.51, P=0.064). The LCR of patients with one lateral neck, whole neck and large fields irradiation were 87.6%, 51.0% and 72.7% respectively(? 2=2.55, P =0.279). The 5-year subsequent appearance rates of occult primary cancer(SAR) was 21.2%, the SAR of patients irradiated by small(one lateral neck or whole neck) and large fields were 23.3% and 12.5% respectively(? 2=0.52, P =0.469). Conclusions The clinical stages of cervical lymph node is an important prognostic factor for survival and the local control rates has a decreasing trend as the stage increases. The subsequent appearance rates of occult primary cancer of patients irradiated by small fields has a higher trend than its of patients irradiated by large fields, but the control rates and survival rates have no significant difference in different fields irradiated.

Objective To observe the dynamic changes of interferon gamma(IFN-?) and transforming growth factor bata1(TGF-?_1) in animal model of hyperoxia-induced lung injury, and to explore the mechanism of fibrosis. Methods Thirty-two juvenile Wistar rats were randomly divided into room-air group and hyperoxia group, the hyperoxia group were further divided into 3 subgroups of hyperoxia-exposure for 3,7 and 14 days. The mRNA levels of IFN-? and TGF-?_1 in the lung were measured by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).The expressions of IFN-? and TGF-?_1 protein were measured by immunohistochemical(stai)-ning.Results The level of IFN-? mRNA of groups under hyperxia-exposure for 3,7 and 14 days were higher than that of control group. The expression of IFN-? mRNA notably elevated and was up to its peak(P

The morbidity of diabetes has been increasing rapidly in recent years. Delayed wound healing has become a common complication in diabetes, which seriously affects the orthobiosis of patients. Exploring and finding the molecular mechanisms of diabetic wound healing and the effective therapies to promote wound healing have important clinical significances. Stem cells transplant has become a research hotspot in accelerating diabetic wound healing. This article reviewed the present approaches concerning stem cells transplant in diabetic wound healing both at domestic and abroad, and looked forward the clinical therapy of stem cells on diabetic wound healing.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color ultrasound guided coarse needle bioptic histo-pathology in the diagnosis of retroperitoneal solid mass. Methods 32 cases with retroperitoneal solid mass accepted coarse needle biopsy (CNB) guided by color ultrasound, and followed to surgical mass resection. The histopathologi-cal result of CNB was compared to the post-operative pathological diagnosis. Results CNB were successful in all ca-ses and no complications occurred. Compared with the pest-operative pathology, the accuracy of CNB was 93.75% (30/32). There was no false-negative and very low rate of false-positive (3.13% ,1/32) of CNB in diagnosing ma-lignant tumor. Conclusions CNB guided by color ultrasound is a safe and an effective method in diagnosis of retro-peritoneal solid mass.

Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(5):382-384
Collagen triple helix repeat containing 1 (CTHRC1) can repair the injured vessel by limiting the deposition of collagen and promoting cell migration.CTHRC1 is mainly regulated by Wnt-PCP signaling pathway, transforming growth factor (TGF)-bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) signaling pathway and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK)-matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9) signaling pathway.Recent studies have identified that CTHRC1 is aberrantly expressed in gastrointestinal cancers and associated with the occurring and development of cancers.

Objective To study the adjuvant effects of chitosan on Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) vaccine. Methods A total of 20 adult mice were randomly divided into four groups.Mice in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ, and Ⅳ were orally immunized with PBS,H.pylori antigen alone,H.pylori antigen plus chitosan solution or H. pylori antigen plus chitosan particles, respectively. An ELISA was used to detect anti-H.pylori IgA in saliva and gastric mucosa ,interlukin(IL)-2,IL-4,IL-10 levels in gastric mucosa.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect secretory IgA in gastric mucosa. Results ①The levels of special anti-H.pylori IgA in saliva and gastric mucosa in the groups with chitosan as adjuvant were significantly higher than those in the group without adjuvants and control groups(P
