Objective To study on immunity function in infectious mononucleosis (IM) children infected by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and its relationship with clinic and prognosis.Methods Serum immunoglobulin was detected by immunoradiometric nephelometry,expressions of C D3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD19+,CD23+ on T-lymphocytes subset in peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry in 50 IM (IM group)who was in acute and convalescent period,and compared with 50 healthy controls (control group).Results The levels of IgA,IgG,IgM in IM group with acute period were (0.75 ± 0.65),(7.55 ± 2.05),(1.85 ± 0.55)g/L,in IM group with convalescent period were (0.95 ± 0.55),(8.85 ± 2.25),(1.75 ± 0.65) g/L.In control group,those were (1.25 ± 0.75),(10.65 ± 2.55),(1.80 ± 0.50) g/L.IgA and IgG in IM group with acute period were significantly lower than those in IM group with convalescent period and control group (P ＜0.01),but IgM was no significant difference among them (P ＞0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,CD19+,CD23+ in IM group with acute period were 0.6050 ± 0.0850,0.2080 ± 0.0315,0.6520 ± 0.0520,0.45 ± 0.35,0.0580 ± 0.0205,0.0250 ± 0.0135,in IM group with convalescent period were 0.7220 ± 0.0820,0.3575 ± 0.0375,0.3565 ± 0.0565,1.45 ± 0.45,0.1580 ± 0.0280,0.0625 ± 0.0225.In control group,those were 0.7530 ± 0.0830、0.4850 ± 0.0450、0.3275 ± 0.0575 1.48 ± 0.55、0.1850 ± 0.0560、0.0805 ± 0.0175.CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD19+,CD23+ in IM group with acute period were significantly lower than those in IM group with convalescent period and control group (P ＜ 0.05),but CD8+ was significantly higher than that in IM group with convalescent period and control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion The abnormality of immunoglobulin and T-lymphocytes subset in children infected by EBV is obvious.

Object To research on genetic relationship among the main populations of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. and the genuineness of the herb. Methods From main distributed places, 44 samples (including nine populations) were analyzed by RAPD. The data of amplified bands were analyzed by the software NTSYS-pc and AMOVA. Results (1) From more than 100 primers, 11 primers producing polymorphism and reproduceable bands were selected, 129 bands were amplified. (2) The percentage of polymorphic bands within different populations were 20.9%-55.0%. (3) The cluster map including all samples were obtained by UPGMA. In the map, there were six cluster groups and three individuals outside the groups. The branch with five samples of Zhongjiang Sichuan population were far from other samples in genetic distance. (4) According to the distribution provinces five groups were divided in genetic variance analysis. Genetic variance 80.44% existing within population, 8.29% among populations and 11.27% among groups. Conclusion (1) The genetic diversity within population of S. miltiorrhiza is plentiful. (2) The seeds of the cultivated population in Shandong and Henan Provinces come from the wild ones of same places. The cultivated plants lack artificial selection. The decrease of chemical compound is mainly due to the undesired condition of cultivating. (3) The genetic differentiation among the populations from different provinces is unbalance. Two population from Zhongjiang Sichuan and Chengde Hebei are far from the other population. (4) The genuineness of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae should be decided according to modern evaluation system. The herbs from some places of Shandong and Henan should be genuine ones.

In the paper , a self-designed questionnaire is applied to investigate the status quo of information literacy of students ma -joring in nursing from Classes 2012, 2013 and 2014 in College of Nursing , Hubei University of Chinese Medicine .Based on the analysis of existing problems , it is suggested that the major of nursing informatics should be set up and nursing information courses should be of -fered, including curriculum setting , teacher selection and teaching methods , etc.

This paper presented the conventional methods for signal detection of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and their applications, the research progress in ADRs signal mining based on healthcare big data, and briefed the methods and uses of ADRs prediction using machine learning technology in the era of healthcare big data.The conclusion was that deep learning, as a fast growing tool in machine learning, will become hotspot of research, expected to help with ADRs signal mining and rational clinical drug use.

Objective To explore the pathological changes by CT scan on localized thermochemotherapy dur- ing and after the operation of human gliomas.Methods Retrospective analysis was given to the CT scan of 37 pa- tients receiving thermochemotherapy during and after the operation,and the relation of the tumorous cells and mi- crovessels and CT density by EM were analyzed.Changes of tumorous cells and microvessels after localized ther- mochemotherapy on C_6 gliomas in rat were analyzed.Results When the tumor was low dense on CT pattern,less cellular number with increasing the amount of fluid between the cells was demonstrated pathologically.On EM,a lower cellular electron density was observed.The amount of fluid in cytoplasm was increased,the cytoplasm was porous,swelling denaturation was chiefly seen in organelle.If the tumor had mixed density on CT,cellular number was more,the amount of fluid was less.On EM,cellular electron density increased correspondingly,the fluid in cyto- plasm decreased,organdie was aggregated.After thermochemotherapy,the tumor reduced,liquefied,and vanished by CT scan.It could be observed that the tumorous cell become smaller,concentrated and cataclased,finally formed apoprotic bodies and separated from the cell in C_6 gliomas in EM.The tumorous vessels was less,smaller and thinker. Some vessels only could see the base membrane and no endothelioid cells.Conclusion The remaining tumors is van- ished by CT scan.The mechanisms of tumors disappearance proposes to explain that thermochemotherapy can dam- age C_6 glioma cells and microvessels,decrease microvessels density and induce tumor ceils apoptosis.That inhibits tu- morous angiogenesis and proliferation.

Objective To explore the best time point for the ipsilateral hepatocellular apoptosis and the contralateraI hepatic hypertrophy after selective portal vein embolization(SPVE)in rabbit.Methods In a randomized study design,forty rabbits were divided into 5 groups with 8 rabbits per-group,including one as the control and the other 4 were treated with SPVE during open surgery.The rabbits were killed postoperatively,in 3,7,14,21 days respectively after the embolization.The hepatic lobes volume,the ipsilateral hepatocellular necrosis rates and apoptosis index,and liver functions were determined as well. Results In the treatment groups,the average amount of the right liver volumes decreased from 46.4 cm~3 preoperatively to 46.0,44.4,42.0,39.7 cm~3 in groups of 3,7,14,21 days postoperatively;meanwhile,the left liver volumes increased from 54.0 cm~3 preoperatively to 54.5,56.3,61.7,63.9 cm~3 respectively during 3, 7,14,21 days after the procedures.The rates of future remaining live volumes(FRLV)increased from 53.8% preoperatively to 54.2%,55.9%,59.0%,61.0% at 3,7,14,21 days postoperatively.The apoptosis indexes of hepatocells from group A to E were 8.1%,12.2%,19.4%,20.1%,14.2% respectively.Conclusions SPVE leads to atrophy of the ipsilateral hepatic lobe and hypertrophy of contralateral lobe,indicating that hepatocytes undergone apoptosis,rather than necrosis.The time point is 7 to 14 days.

Robust and efficient control of therapeutic gene expression is needed for timing and dosing of gene therapy drugs in clinical applications. Ribozyme riboswitch provides a promising building block for ligand-controlled gene-regulatory system, based on its property that exhibits tunable gene regulation, design modularity, and target specificity. Ribozyme riboswitch can be used in various gene delivery vectors. In recent years, there have been breakthroughs in extending ribozyme riboswitch's application from gene-expression control to cellular function and fate control. High throughput screening platforms were established, that allow not only rapid optimization of ribozyme riboswitch in a microbial host, but also straightforward transfer of selected devices exhibiting desired activities to mammalian cell lines in a predictable manner. Mathematical models were employed successfully to explore the performance of ribozyme riboswitch quantitively and its rational design predictably. However, to progress toward gene therapy relevant applications, both precision rational design of regulatory circuits and the biocompatibility of regulatory ligand are still of crucial importance.
