【Objective】To observe the effect of Huangqi Sijunzi Decoction(HSD) combined with parenteral nutrition in promoting postoperative recovery of gastric cancer patients.【Methods】Eighty gastric cancer patients were randomized into two groups.On the 3rd day after operation,the two groups received parenteral nutrition,and the treatment group(group A) was given HSD additionally.The anal exsufflation time,incision infection rate,biochemical indexes and immune indexes of the two groups were observed.【Results】The anal exsufflation time was(2.40?0.33) days in the treatment group and(3.82?0.26) days in the control group,the difference being significant(P0.05).The increase of pre-albumin in the treatment group was obvious as compared with that in the control group(P0.05).The increase of immune indexes was not obvious in the control group(P

Objective To explore the influence of repeatedly suprathreshold and subthreshold presentation of sad face on the attention bias of college students with depressive symptoms.Methods Five hundreds college students were extracted by using the cluster sampling method.The Beck Depression Inventory(BDI)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)as the screening tool were applied to select the healthy control group(C),low-level depression group(B)and high-level depression group(A),20 participants in each group.Twenty neutral faces and 52 sad faces were selected from the emotional faces library researched and prepared by the Institute of Psychology of Chinese Academy of Sciences.Each face was suprathresholdly(1 000 ms)and subthresholdly(14 ms)presented four times to the participants.In the point detection task,the scores of response time,correction rate and attention bias of 3 groups to the emotional faces were recorded.Results (1)There was no statistically significant difference in the correction rate for 4 times suprathreshold and subthreshold presentations of sad faces between three groups;(2)The average response time of the fourth superathreshold and subthreshold presentation of sad faces in the group A was significantly lower than that of the first three times,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01),but the times of sad emotional face presentation had no statistically significant difference between the group C and B(P＞0.05);(3)compared with the group C,for the suprathesholdly presented sad face,the group A had significant a main effect in the aspects of average score of attention bias and sad emotional face presentation times(F=12.032,P＜0.05;F=91.637,P＜0.05),and had a significant interaction effect among the duration and times of presentation and group types(F=16.766,P＜0.05);(4)the group A showed significant attention bias of suprathresholdly presented sad faces at first,second and third time of presentation,but lost the bias at the fourth time.Conclusion The fourth time of sad face presentation could eliminate the attention bias of college students with high-level depression.

Objective:To explore the effect of feeding via the transpyloric route on the gastrointestinal function in very low birth weight (VLBW) infants and find the best early enteral nutrition protocol.Methods:Sixty VLBW infants were randomly devided into transpyloric feeding group(TP group) (n =30) and intragastric feeding group(IG group) (n =30).The frequency of apnoea,weight gain,the time of birth weight regain,feed intolerance,time of reaching full enteral feeding,the incidence of extrauterus-growth retardation (EUGR),motilin,gastrin,the length of hospital stay,necrotizing enterocolitis and duodenal perforation were observed in two groups.Results:The intolerance and time of reaching full enteral feeding were reduced significantly during transpyloric feeding compared with intragastric feeding (P ＜ 0.05).The number of episodes of apnoea was decreased significantly during transpyloric feeding compared with intragastric feeding (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Transpyloric feeding can be used in VLBW infants.

To study the pharmacokinetic effect of different combined administration with monarch drug Ziziphi Spinosae Semen on its main components in rats. Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into Ziziphi Spinosae Semen group, Ziziphi Spinosae Semen-Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis group, Ziziphi spinosae Semen-Salviae Miltiorrhize Radix et Rhizoma group and Zaoren Ansheng prescription group. After oral administration, HPLC was eluted with the mobile phase of acetonitrle-0.03% phosphate acid water in a gradient mode. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The pharmacokinetic parameters of spinosin and ferulic acid were calculated by DAS 2. 0 software. Compared with Ziziphi Spinosae Semen group, Ziziphi Spinosae Semen-Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis group, Ziziphi Spinosae Semen-Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma group showed a lower maximum plasma concentration (C(max)) and area under curve (AUC(0-t)) for spinosin and ferulic acid but higher clearance speed (CL/F); whereas the Zaoren Ansheng prescription group showed higher maximum plasma concentration (C(max)) and area under curve (AUC(0-t)) for spinosin and ferulic acid but lower clearance speed (CL/F). Objective To study the diagnosis and operative treatment of redundant sigmoid colon in children.Methods The length of sigmoid flexure was measured by enema examination in children with constipation,if it was over the normal scope,redundant sigmoid colon were come into existence.Twenty-three cases were treated by operated,hemicolectomy were done in 14 of 23 cases,others were treated by Soave′s procedure through transanal local excision.Results Symptoms disappeared completely in 18 of 23 cases and decreased in 5 cases.Nine cases were cured after Soave's procedure through transanal local excision.There were significant differences between 2 groups(P

?AIM:To observe the values and changing rules of angle Kappa in corneal refractive surgery under light and dark conditions.?METHODS:Two hundred and thirty-four eyes of 118 patients for corneal refractive surgery were enrolled for this study.Pupil diameters and angle Kappa values under light and dark conditions were measured by Keratron Scout corneal topography.?RESULTS: There were significant differences in pupil diameters between light and dark conditions (P<0.01). More angle Kappa of both eyes distributed in the superior nasal quadrant under light conditions, and more angle Kappa distributed in the superior temporal quadrant under dark conditions.The differences of horizontal and vertical offsets of angle Kappa under two conditions were statistically significant (P<0.01).?CONCLUSION: The changes of pupil diameters in light and dark conditions could affect angle Kappa and then affect the accuracy of corneal refractive surgery centered on angle Kappa.

Objective:To use polyamidoamine(PAMAM)dendrimer as gene delivery system for survivin gene anti- sense oligodeoxynucleotide(asODN)transfection for inhibition of HepG2 cancer cell growth.Methods:The first to the fifth generation of PAMAM and asODN were used to prepare a complex:PAMAM-asODN.The morphology of PAMAM- asODN was observed using agrose electrophoresis and atomic force microscope(AFM).PAMAM-asODN was then used to transfect HepG2 cells and cells transfected with asODN served as control.The transfection efficacy of PAMAM-asODN into HepG2 cells was observed under confocol microscope,the surviving mRNA expression was analyzed by RT-PCR,and the inhibition of HepG2 cell growth was determined by MTT assay.Results:Agrose electrophoresis showed strong complexing action between PAMAM and asODN and they formed a complex with a diameter of 25 nm.Confocol microscope showed the transfection efficacy of PAMAM-asODN was higher than that of asODN.RT-PCR showed a decreased expression of sur- vivin mRNA in PAMAM-asODN transfected cells.MTF results demonstrated that the growth of HepG2 cell was obviously inhibited after transfection of PAMAM-asODN and the inhibition rate increased with culture time,concentration of com- plex,the generation of PAMAM.PAMAM-asODN at 6.0?mol/L G4.0 resulted in a 55% inhibition of HepG2 cells 96 h after culture.Conclusion:PAMAM dendrimers can efficiently mediate the entry of survivin asODN into HepG2 cells,re- sulting in inhibition of HepG2 cells.PAMAM might be a promising gene carrier for potential molecular therapy of cancer.
