Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2009;18(4):206-209
Objective Based on establishing a rat model of anemia of chronic disease (ACD), expression of transferrin receptor 2(TfR2) in the liver cultured with erthropoietin(EPO) and cultured without EPO to the action of TfR2 in the ACD were detected. Methods Anemia was induced by injecting freund adjuvant for third times to the traditional model rats of adjuvant arthritis to enhance their immune responses the levels of the expression level of TfR2 mRNA in the livers of rats among different treated groups were compared. Results In the ACD group the expression of TfR2 mRNA in the livers of rats was higher than in the normal control goup(P =0.001), is significant in anemia; while in the EPO therapy group the expression of TfR2 mRNA was less than in the ACD goup (P=0.001), is improved in anemia. Conclusion TfR2 may be revalant to ACD.

Objective To investigate the expression changes of the liver hepciding gene in the formation process of Wistar male rats anemia in chronic disease(ACD) model. Methods ACD rat model was established by repeated injection of Freund' s complete adjuvant. The relationship between hepcidin mRNA expression levels of normal rats, ACD rats and ACD rats after intra -peritoneal injection of EPO. Results Anemia was induced in the rat model. In the ACD group, hepcidin mRNA expression levels increased; after intra-peritoneal injection of EPO, hepcidin mRNA expression levels decreased, anemia is improved. Conclusion Hepcidin plays an important role in pathogenesis of ACD. EPO could be decreased hepcidin mRNA expression levels by anti- inflammatory reaction and decrease cell factors. Decrease of hepcidin level as early as possible will benefit to block the development of anemia, that will provide a new strategy of therapy for ACD.
3.The experimental study on melatonin gastro intestinal motility and plasma levels of stress hormones in overtraining rat.
Chinese Journal of Applied Physiology 2015;31(5):411-413
OBJECTIVETo study the effect of melatonin on the gastrointestinal motility and plasma levels of the stress hormone in overtraining rats.
METHODThirty adult SD rats were randomly divided into three groups (n = 10): control group, over-training group, melatonin intervention group. 30 min before each training, rats in the control and over-training groups were fed with normal saline (15 mg/kg) once a day and 5 times per week, while rats in the melatonin intervention group were administrated with melatonin, perfusion in the intervention group (15 mg/kg). Excessive training group and melatonin intervention group rats were subjected to excessive training at 5 times a week for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, the gastric emptying rate, small intestinal propulsion ratio and levels of plasma motilin (MTL) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), cortisol (CORT) and catecholamines (CA) were observed in all groups.
RESULTSCompared with the control group, the gastric emptying rate, small intestinal propulsion ratio and levels of plasma MTL, CORT and CA were increased significantly (P < 0.01) while the content of CGRP was reduced (P < 0.01) in over-training group. After treated with melatonin, this trend was reversed, that was, the gastric emptying rate, small intestinal propulsion ratio and levels of plasma MTL, CORT and CA were surpressed significantly (P < 0.01) while the content of CGRP was improved obviously (P < 0.01) in over-training group.
CONCLUSIONMelatonin plays an important role in protecting gastrointestinal tract from dysfunction, in which MTL, CGRP, CORT and CA are all involved.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2010;26(1):126-127
The extracted human maxillary central incisors were endodontically treated and restored with glass-fiber post. Then they were randomly divided into four groups and tested. Results showed that groups with ferrule more than 2 mm had higher fracture resistence than others.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2009;25(4):482-485
Objective: To compare the coronal sealing abilities of different post and cement systems through measuring the value of leakage by using dye method. Methods: Fifty human mandibular premolars with single canal were divided into 6 groups randomly. A group: roots sealed by temporary material, B group: roots restored with fiber post adhered with composite resin cement, C group: roots restored with casting metal post and core adhered with composite resin and zinc phosphate cement, D group: positive control, E group: negative control. After finishing preparation and restoration of roots, microleakage was determined by using dye method. Results: The groups restored with any post and core system produced significantly less microleakage than temporary material sealing group(P<0.05). But no differences were detected between two groups bonded with the composite resin cement (P>0.05). Posts adhered with zinc phosphate luting agent produced more leakage than those with composite resin cement(P<0.05). Conclusion: Luting agent can decrease the coronal microleakage. Composite resin cement provides better sealing ability.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To explore the DSA mainfestations of MoyaMoya disease. Methods 19 patients, underwent CT before DSA, showed intracranial hemorrhage. All patients were then examined by angiography via femoral artery approach. Results All cases were diagnosed as MoyaMoya disease through DSA. The findings of DSA showed characteristic manifestations as the following: 1. Stenosis or occlusion of the invoved arteries. 2. Smoke like capillary vascular network spreading from supraseller cistern to cerebral base. 3. Development of collateral circulation. Conclusions DSA is the main method for the diagnosis of MoyaMoya disease, CT can only localize the site of cerebral hemorrhage.

Objective:To check the clinical effect of Multi-channel Brain Magnetic Stimulation Machine.Method:Sixteen volunteers are divided into two groups.Members of the first group which is the corresponding group listen to news material in the sober state and then answer the questionnaire. At last their EEG is collected.Members of the second group listen to the same material in the sober state and they are stimulated at the forehead and temporal area by Multi-channel Brain Magnetic Stimulation Machine at the same time. They also answer the questionnaire under the magnetic stimulation at forehead and their EEG is collected, too.Result:Answers of the second group are obviously better than the first group. The power spectrum of EEG at the forehead, temporal, parietal region and even the whole brain area in the first group is stronger than that of the second.Conclusion:Multi-channel Brain Magnetic Stimulation Machine excites brain in a way and then helps people complete the job better.

Ying-Mei CHI ; Deng-Feng WANG ;
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;0(03):-
This paper mainly discussed how Chinese archaic ideologist realize emotionality. The contents include five aspects: emotionality is related to human nature and morality; Chinese pay more attention to cultivate himself according to morality, control his emotion and need, keep harmonious relationship with others, emotionality is in association with or- gans. The author thought that the meaning of Chinese emotionality is not only the emotional reaction of oneself, but in- volves comprehensive features of individual emotional response, dealing with matters and behaviors, and it is closely relat- ed to the cultivation of morality and human nature and relative to human nature and morality. Chinese opinion is different from western psychologists’thoughts.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
Diagnostics is a very important course as a bridge connecting the basic course with the clinical course. There are many problems which are very difficult to resolve in the traditional diagnostics teaching. If we widely use computer human patient simulator and establish clinical skill teaching mode, then we will greatly improve the quality and efficiency of the diagnostics teaching.
