This paper mainly discussed how Chinese archaic ideologist realize emotionality. The contents include five aspects: emotionality is related to human nature and morality; Chinese pay more attention to cultivate himself according to morality, control his emotion and need, keep harmonious relationship with others, emotionality is in association with or- gans. The author thought that the meaning of Chinese emotionality is not only the emotional reaction of oneself, but in- volves comprehensive features of individual emotional response, dealing with matters and behaviors, and it is closely relat- ed to the cultivation of morality and human nature and relative to human nature and morality. Chinese opinion is different from western psychologists’thoughts.

0.05).In addition,in different medication intervals and the same total dosage(200 mg),there was no difference in the number of patients who reached ASAS20,ASAS50 anti BASDAI50 in both groups. The changes of other parameters were not observed. Conclusion Two dosages and different medication interval of rhTNFR-Fc have similiar efficacy onset time and maintenee period.Mean- while,at the same total dosage, there is no signifieant difference in therapeutic effect in the two dosage groups. However,50 mg(1/7 d)regimen has better compliance than 25 mg(1/3 d).

Objective To investigate the role of CD4~+CD25~+ Treg cells on the pathogenesis of ankylos- ing spondylitis(AS), and to study the machanism of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-?blocker on the treatment of AS by detecting the number of CD4~+D25~+ Treg cells before and after the treatment. Methods The diagno- sis of 10 AS patients was made based on the 1984 modified New York criteria. The patients received subcuta- neou injection of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor receptor-Fc fusion protein(rhTNFR-Fc)(etaner- cept)50 mg weekly for 8 weeks and 10 heathy subjects were enrolled for control. The mononuclear cells were isolated from peripheral blood in beth patients and controls. The number of CD4~+CD25~+ T cells and CD4~+ CD25~(high)T cells and the expression of CTLA-4. were detected by flow cytometry. Results The proportion of CD4~+CD25~+ T cells(24?19)% in total CD4~+ T lymphocytes of peripheral blood and CD4~+CD25~(high)T/CD4~+ T (6?6)% from AS patients before treated with rhTNFR-Fc was higher than that in healthy volunteers and AS patients after treatment(P

The global regulatory gene, nsdA, negatively regulates antibiotics production in Streptomyces coelicolor. Southern blot experiment, using an nsdA fragment of S. coelicolor as probe, indicated that nsdA gene existed in many Streptomyces. Primers were designed based on the published sequences of S. coelicolor and S. avermitilis. PCR amplification and sequencing showed that nsdA in Streptomyces was conservative and that of S. lividans ZX64 has a 100% identity in the nucleotide sequence comparing with that of S. coelicolor A3 (2). The nsdA disrupted mutant of S. lividans was constructed named as WQ2. WQ2 was able to produce actinorhodin but the wild-type strain ZX64 did not, which has a silent gene cluster contributing to the biosynthesis of actinorhodin. However, the ability was lost when another copy of the wild nsdA gene was introduced into WQ2. All the results above indicate that nsdA homologous gene is wildly existent and conserved in Streptomyces. And it plays a role in negatively regulating the actinorhodin synthesis in S. lividans and disruption of it can activate the silent gene cluster.

Neuroscience Bulletin 2007;23(6):341-347
OBJECTIVEIn recent years, abnormal changes in the endocannabinoid system have been found in schizophrenia. The superior temporal gyrus (STG) is strongly implicated in the pathophysiology of schizophrenia, particularly with regards to auditory hallucinations. In this study, we investigated the binding density of cannabinoid CB1 receptors in the STG of schizophrenia patients compared to control subjects.
METHODSQuantitative autoradiography was used to investigate the binding densities of [(3)H]SR141716A (a selective antagonist) and [(3)H]CP-55940 (an agonist) to the CB1 receptors in the STG. Post-mortem brain tissue was obtained from the NSW Tissue Resource Centre (Australia).
RESULTSContrasting to previous findings in the alterations of CB1 receptor densities in the prefrontal, anterior and posterior cingulate cortex of schizophrenia, which were suggested to be associated to impairment of cognition function, no significant difference was found between the schizophrenia and control cases in both [(3)H]SR141716A and [(3)H]CP-55940 binding.
CONCLUSIONWe suggest that CB1 receptors in the STG are not involved in the pathology of schizophrenia and the auditory hallucination symptom of this disease.

In this study, we investigated the pharmacokinetics parameters of SPIO-shRNA dual functional molecular probe and observed the main organ distribution by MRI in vivo. Eighteen New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups and injected intravenously with different doses of SPIO-shRNA molecular probe, respectively. The blood samples were collected to analyze the pharmacokinetic parameters by measuring the iron content at 30 minutes before and after the injection. Twenty-four Kun Ming (KM) mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: the control group was injected intravenously with physiological saline 200 µL per mouse via the tail vein, the other 3 groups were injected intravenously with different doses of SPIO-shRNA molecular probe. MRI observation was performed in 24 hours, and the liver, spleen, kidney, brain and muscle were collected for iron quantification with Prussian blue staining to determine distribution of the SPIO-shRNA molecular probe in the main organ in vivo. Our results suggest that the molecular probe blood half-life is more than 3 hours. The data of MRI suggest the probe was distributed in liver and spleen, and the MRI signal was reduced with the increase in probe's doses (P < 0.05). The results of Prussian blue staining confirmed the results of MRI. Most of the probe could escape the phagocytosis of mononuclear phagocyte system. Our data provide the pharmacokinetic and distribution of SPIO-shRNA molecular probe in organs. Meanwhile, it suggests the choice of the time and dose of probe for MR imaging of tumor in vivo.
