Objective To observe the effect and safety of treating senile abnormal lipid metabolism with LU Zhi-zheng's dampness-removing,turbid-resolving and heart-communicating formula.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment,treated with LU's formula,one dosage per day,and a control group,treated with gypenosides,60mg/tablet,three times per day,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were treated two therapeutic courses,which were 8 weeks.Results Except HDL-C,other indexes including TC,TG,LDL-C in the treatment group were all obviously improved after the treatment [the statistical values were (5.81 ± 1.70) mmol/L,(3.05±2.30) mmol/L,(3.39± 1.11 ) mmol/L respectively,P＜0.01 or 0.05],which were also better than the control group [the statistical values were ( 6.16 ± 1.91 ) mmol/L,( 3.03 ± 1.89 ) mmol/L,(3.81±0.63) mmol/L,P＜0.01 or 0.05].Symptoms improvement such as chest oppression,dizziness,heaviness of head,headache,sticky mouth without thirsty,constipation,nausea and vomiting,and heaviness of limbs in the treatment group were also better than the control group,with mean rank were 23.83、38.10、36.10、34.70、36.77、39.82、33.38、34.17 respectively.No abnormal changes were found in indexes of blood routine,urinary routine,stool routine,ECG,ALT,AST and Cr.Conclusion LU Zhi-zheng's dampness-removing,turbid-resolving and heart-communicating formula improved clinical symptoms and signs of abnormal lipid metabolism patients,its therapeutic effects were better than gypenosides.

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has attracted wide attention due to its unique advantages such as minimal invasiveness, high efficiency and high selectivity, and its ability to induce anti-tumor immune response. However, the treatment process is heavily dependent on the oxygen content of the treatment site, and the widespread oxygen deficiency in malignant tumors severely limits its efficacy. In addition, PDT-mediated oxygen depletion exacerbates tumor hypoxia, which further reduces its therapeutic effect. In recent years, many researches have been devoted to overcoming this problem. This paper summarized various strategies based on tumor hypoxic PDT in recent years, discussing the advantages and disadvantages of these strategies, and analyzing the main challenges and future directions of PDT in the treatment of tumors, so as to provide references for the in-depth study of photodynamic therapy of tumors.

Objective: To investigate the seroprevalence and influencing factors of serum neutralizing antibodies among SARS-CoV-2 infected individuals, so as to provide the evidence for developing the health management and COVID-19 vaccination strategy among SARS-CoV-2 infected individuals. Methods: Recovered SARS-CoV-2 infected individuals from January 1st, 2020 to February 10th, 2021 in Zhejiang Province were recruited in March 2021. Participants' demographics, underlying diseases, date of definitive diagnosis and severity of clinical symptoms were collected using questionnaire surveys, and serum neutralizing antibody against SARS-CoV-2 was detected using a fluorescent immunoassay. In addition, factors affecting the seropositivity of neutralizing antibody against SARS-CoV-2 were identified using a multivariable logistic regression model. Results: A total of 559 SARS-CoV-2 infected individuals were enrolled, including 480 confirmed cases and 79 asymptomatic carriers, with an median (interquartile range) age of 47.00 (22.00) years, and all participants had never received COVID-19 vaccination. The median (interquartile range) duration from diagnosis to serum sampling was 387.00 (11.00) days, and the seroprevalence of neutralizing antibody against SARS-CoV-2 was 83.90%. The serum neutralizing antibody against SARS-CoV-2 was all positive 9 months after diagnosis, and the seroprevalence of neutralizing antibody against SARS-CoV-2 appeared no tendency towards a decline with time within 14 months after diagnosis (P>0.05). Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that women were 1.892 times (95%CI: 1.169-3.064) more likely to produce serum neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 than men, and mild, common and severe/critically ill SARS-CoV-2 infected cases were 2.438 (95%CI: 1.305-4.557), 4.481 (95%CI: 2.318-8.663), and 23.525 (95%CI: 2.990-185.068) times more likely to produce serum neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 than asymptomatic carrier, respectively. Conclusions The seroprevalence of neutralizing antibody was 100.00% among SARS-CoV-2 infected individuals within 9 months after diagnosis. Individuals' gender and severity of clinical symptoms correlate with the seroprevalence of neutralizing antibody against SARS-CoV-2.

Objective To explore the effect of negative pressure attraction method of brushing and washing apply in oral care of patients with orotracheal intubation.Methods Totals of 82 oral intubation patients in ICU were randomly selected and divided into experience group ( n =42 ) and control group ( n =40 ).The traditional method of oral care was used in control group,while the negative pressure attraction method of brushing and washing was used in experience group,then,the incidence of oral infections,ventilator-associated pneumonia( VAP),dental plaque and oral mucosal injury were observed in two groups.Results The incidence of oral infections,ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP),dental plaque in experience group respectively were 7.14％,2.38％,4.76％,and that in control group were 22.50％,15.00％,32.50％,the differences were statistically significant ( x2 =3.88,4.18,10.55,respectively; P ＜ 0.05 ),while there was no significant difference in the incidence of oral mucosal injury between two groups ( P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusions The negative pressure attraction method of brushing and washing can effectively keep the oral clean of patients with orotracheal intubation,reduce the incidence of oral infections and ventilator-associated pneumonia and dental plaque,when compared with the traditional method of oral care.

In addition, there are triterpenoids, flavonoids, steroids, phenolic acid, long chain fatty acid and volatile oils. Recently, much attention has been payed to varlous research of A. fragrans. This paper reviewed and summarized the chemical components to provide the theoretical basis for the use of Ainsliaea.

Objective To explore the clinical value of prenatal ultrasonography in the differentiation among the etiologies of fetal megacystis.Methods Twenty seven fetuses,diagnosed as fetal megacystis by prenatal ultrasonography,were retrospectively analyzed.The etiologies of fetal megacystis were presumed by such characteristics as keyhole sign,thickness of the bladder wall,amniotic fluid index,fetal sex and other combined signs.All fetuses were followed up until to the induction of labor or birth.Results Twenty seven singleton fetuses (19 males and 8 females) were diagnosed as megacystis.According to the characteristics and other combined signs,8 cases of posterior urethral valves (PUV),1 of prune belly syndrome(PBS),1 of megacystis-microcolon intestinal hypoperistalsis syndrome(MMIHS),1 of urethral atresia and 5 of chromosomal abnormality were presumed by prenatal ultrasound.Multiple malformations were found in 5 fetuses and there were also 6 fetuses with unknown reason originally.Among the 27 fetuses,21 were induced labor and 6 continued pregnancy to birth.Except for the 6 cases of unknown reason,etiologies of 17 fetuses with megacystis were confirmed by autopsy,genetic tests,surgery or further examination after birth.The accuracy rate of prenatal ultrasonography in the differentiation among the etiologies of fetal megacystis was 80.95％ (17/21).Conclusions On the basis of detailed prenatal ultrasonography and typical characteristics,it is reliable to differentiate the etiologies of fetal megacystis.Sometimes fetal megacystis may be one part of multiple malformations or complex syndrome,such as VACTERL syndrome.However,it is difficult for ultrasonography to diagnose vesicoureteral reflux(VUR)prenatally.

Objective To investigate fracture resistance and fracture patterns of maxillary anterior endodontically treated teeth restored with two different shapes of glass fiber post systems.Methods Twenty-four human sound maxillary anterior teeth of similar size were collected,and randomly divided into 3 groups,8 teeth each.After endodontical treatment,they were given the following treatments:Group A:parallel glass fiber posts (coltene parapost fiber lux) and composite core;Group B:taper glass fiber posts (coltene parapost taper lux) and composite core; Group C (control group):intact endodontically treated teeth.Teeth in Groups A and B reserved 2 mm dentin ferrule.Then the teeth were prepared and restored with IPS e.max Press all ceramic crowns.All the teeth were embedded in acrylic resin 2 mm below the cementoenamel junction (CEJ),with the silicon impression material stimulating periodontal membrane.All the specimen were loaded under a universal testing machine,at the palatal junction of incisor third and middle third,with an angle of 135 degree to the longitudinal axis of the tooth until fracture occurred,at a cross-head speed of 1.0 mm/min.Fracture loads and patterns were recorded.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software.Results The mean fracture loads in the three groups were as follows:(468.8±142.5) N,(440.2±202.7) N,and (459.0±147.6) N,respectively.There was no significant difference in fracture loads among groups (P＞0.05).The incidence of unfavorable fracture in Group A was higher than Groups B and C.Conclusions There is no significant difference in fracture strength between parallel and taper fiber post groups.However,the group with parallel fiber posts demonstrates a higher risk of unfavorable fracture than the group with taper fiber posts,which indicates that taper fiber posts are more favorable to preserve the remaining tooth structure.

This study investigated the effects of telmisartan on insulin resistance in high-fat diet-treated rats and the possible mechanism. A total of 40 male Sprague-Dawley rats enrolled in the study were divided into 4 groups at random: ND group (n=10) and HD group (n=10), in which the rats were given a normal chow diet or a high-fat diet for 20 weeks following a one-week adaptation; ND+telmisartan (n=10) group and HD+telmisartan group (n=10), in which the rats were initially administered in the same way as the ND or HD group, and then they were orally gavaged with telmisartan (5 mg/kg daily) additionally for 5 weeks. Related inflammatory factors were measured by ELISA. Monocyte chemotactic protein 1 (MCP-1), phosphorylated JNK and IκB-α expressions in both adipose and liver were detected by Western blotting. CRP and angiotensin II receptor 1 (AT1) mRNA expressions in both adipose and liver were determined by RT-PCR. The results showed that telmisartan administration in vivo reversed insulin resistance as evidenced by a decrease in plasma fasting glucose levels, plasma fasting insulin levels and homeostasis model of assessment-insulin resistance (HOMA-IR). Furthermore, telmisartan administration significantly reduced serum CRP, TNF-α and IL-1β levels, and elevated serum IL-10 levels. It was also found to hamper the high-fat diet-induced increase in CRP mRNA, AT1 mRNA and MCP-1, and decrease in IκB-α in both adipose and liver. It was concluded that telmisartan administration in vivo may improve insulin resistance through attenuated inflammatory response pathways.

Abstract: Objective　To investigate a poisoning incident caused by eating eight treasure congee, and establish liquid chromatography (LC)-mass spectrometry (MS)/MS screening method of 28 alkaloids to provide references for disposal of similar poisoning incidents. Methods　LC-MS/MS was used for screening 28 alkaloids in the urine, eight treasure congee and food raw material, and the detected alkaloids were quantified. Samples were extracted with 0.4% formic acid aqueous solution and separated by a Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column (1.7 μm, 100 × 2.1 mm). Acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid aqueous solution was used as the mobile phase and gradient elution was adopted. The ionization mode was electrospray positive ionization mode, and the detection method was multi-reaction monitoring (MRM). Analytes were quantified with the external standard method. Results　In the concentration range of 0-100 ng/mL, the linear correlation coefficient r were greater than 0.999 for 28 alkaloids. The recovery of 28 alkaloids in urine sample ranged from 63.0% to 105.0%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were between 5.8% and 8.6%. The recovery of 28 alkaloids in eight treasure congee sample ranged from 72.0% to 109.0%, and the RSDs were between 6.3% and 9.7%. The recovery of 28 alkaloids in semen sesami nigrum sample ranged from 60.0% to 95.0%, and the RSDs were between 4.8% and 8.2%. Hyoscyamine (2 380.0 ng/mL), scopliamine (3.6 ng/mL) and rac-anisodamine (4.7 ng/mL) were detected in the patient's urine. Hyoscyamine (63.3 μg/g), scopliamine (5.7 μg/g) and rac-anisodamine (2.1 μg/g) were detected in eight treasure congee. Hyoscyamine (901.0 μg/g), scopliamine (80.0 μg/g) and rac-anisodamine (30.1 μg/g) were detected in the seed of Datura stramonium L. The ratio of scopliamine and hyoscyamine in the seed of D. stramonium was 1∶11, which complies with the characteristics of D. stramonium L. In urine sample, the proportion of scopliamine and rac-anisodamine was 0.15% and 0.20%, and hyoscyamine accounted for 99.65%. Conclusion　Seed morphology, the content range and proportion of three alkaloids are all in accord with the characteristics of D. stramonium. Combined with the clinical symptoms of atropine poisoning, it can be deduced that this incident is a family food poisoning caused by accidental consumption of seed of D. stramonium L. The method can provide technical support for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of alkaloid poisoning patients, and also provide a basis for emergency detection and disposal of alkaloid poisoning events.
