AIM To investigate the effect of hydroxyl camptothecinum(HCPT) on pharmocokinetics of cyclosprine A(CsA) and the membrane lipid fluidity (LFU)of red cell in rabbits. METHODS The whole blood concentration of CsA in rabbits was monitored using method of FPIA. The LFU of red cell was measured using method of DPH fluorescence polarization technique. RESULTS The pharmocokinetic parameters of CsA in group CsA+HCPT such as a,V(c),K12 and CL(s) were significantly lower and T1/2(a) was significantly higher (P<0.05) than in group CsA. The concentration of CsA of group CsA+HCPT was higher after injection 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0 h, but have significantly high at 1.0 h point (P<0.05). After injection 0.5,1.0, 1.5 h the LFU of red cell in group CsA+HCPT was higher than in group CsA (P<0.05). The LFU in group CsA was lower that in control at 0.5,1.0 and 1.5 h point (P<0.05). CONCLUSION HCPT can enhance the whole blood concentration of CsA in rabbits. CsA administrated with HCPT is feasible.

Objective:Dexamethasone (DEX) has been proved to be an effective therapy for a variety of oral mucosal disorders, especially for oral submucous fibrosis(OSF) .The mechanisms behind its therapeutic effects are not known but have largely been ascribed to its anti proliferation and immunosuppressive effects. The recruitment, extravagation and retention of leucocytes which may play an important role in the development of oral mucosal disorders depends in part on the interaction of LFA 1 with its ligand intercellular adhension molecules(ICAM 1).The study aimed to investigate the effects of DEX on proliferation and expression of ICAM 1 by human oral fibroblasts (FB).Methods:The fibroblasts were obtained from normal buccal mucosa (NM FB) and OSF buccal mucosa (OSF FB) and cultured in vitro. Then the cell proliferation of fibroblasts incubated with or without DEX in the presence of 10%fetal calf serum for 48 hours at 37℃ in 5%CO 2 and air were monitored by use of thiazolyl blue (MTT) assay and the level of ICAM 1 expressed by fibroblasts were monitored by using cell based ELSA for ICAM 1.Results:OSF FB had an increased proliferation compared to NM FB and DEX inhibited fibroblast proliferation in a concentration dependent manner; OSF FB produced ICAM 1 at high levels and DEX decreased ICAM 1 expression levels on both cell types. Conclusion:DEX can directly inhibit human oral fibroblasts proliferation and reduces the levels of ICAM 1 expressed by oral mucosal FB, and may be useful in the treatment of some oral mucosal disorders.

369 patients with hypertension living in Xietu community were randomized into 2 groups:intervention group receiving the group-interference-management and control group receiving routine hypertension management services. We found that patients in the intervention group had better self-management behaviors,self-efficacy and health status in comparison with the control group (P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the intervention group decreased more remarkably than that in the control group (P<0.05).Our result suggested that the community-based hypertension group-interference-management model is more effective to control hypertension than the routine hypertension management services.

Objective To explore the anxiety and depression in caregivers of patients in persist vegetative state and minimally conscious state, and discuss the related factors. Methods From January, 2010 to December, 2014, 60 caregivers of 60 patients in persist vegetative state and minimally conscious state were assessed with Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS). The sex, ed-ucation level, relation to the patients and family income of the caregivers, and the age of the patients and number of the families of the pa-tients were recorded, and analyzed with Logistic regression. Results 55%caregivers were found in anxiety, and 48.4%in depression. The fe-male caregivers (OR>6.870, P<0.05), the number of the family of the patients (OR<0.233, P<0.05) and age of the patients (OR<0.294, P<0.05) were independent factors associated with anxiety and depression. Conclusion The caregivers of patients in persist vegetative state and minimally conscious state are troubled in anxiety and depression, especially the female, while age and the number of the families of patient may be important factors for it.

OBJECTIVETo explore effects and action mechanism of warm moxibustion on regulation of blood lipids and anti-atherosclerosis.
METHODSForty-one male Japanese big-ear white rabbits were randomly divided into a blank group (10 rabbits), a model group (10 rabbits), a moxibustion group (10 rabbits) and a medication group (11 rabbits). Normal diet was applied in the blank group while high-cholesterol diet combined with injection of bovine serum albumin were applied in the rest groups to establish rabbit model of atherosclerosis. After establishment, the model group was not intervened and warm moxibustion was applied in the moxibustion group at "Zusan-li" (ST 36) and "Shenque" (CV 8), 10 min per acupoint per day for continuous 4 weeks. The medication group was treated with intragastric administration of lovastatin capsule (3.6 mg/kg) for continuous 4 weeks. The level of blood lipids, such as total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), and content of CD40 ligand (CD40L), soluble CD40 ligand (sCD40L) and expression of nuclear factor NF-kappaB were tested after 4 weeks.
RESULTSCompared with the model group, the moxibustion group and medication group could effectively reduce the contents of TC and low density lipoprotein (all P < 0.05), lower the level of sCD40L [(8.310 +/- 1.221) ng/mL in the model group, (7.097 +/- 0.846) ng/mL in the moxibustion group and (7.354 +/- 0.631) ng/mL in the medication group], reduce expression of CD40L [(0.235 +/- 0.179) mm2 in the model group, (0.072 +/- 0.079) mm2 in the moxibustion group and (0.039 +/- 0.015) mm2 in the medication group] and NF-kappaB [(0.145 +/- 0.052)mm2 in the model group, (0.052 +/- 0.012) mm2 in the moxibustion group and (0.036 +/- 0.013) mm2 in the medication group], indicating the significant difference (P < 0.05, P < 0.001). There was no statistical difference between the moxibustion group and medication group (all P > 0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe warm moxibustion has great effect on regulation of blood lipids and anti-atherosclerosis, in which lowering expression of CD40-CD40L could be one of possible mechanisms to take effect of anti-atherosclerosis.
