1.Research advances in induced pluripotent stem cells in Alzheimer's disease
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(21):3426-3431
BACKGROUND:Induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) technique is a newborn technology reprogramming human somatic cells into pluripotent stem cells, which can be used in disease modeling, drug screening and cell therapy. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the feasibility and advances of iPSC application in Alzheimer's disease, and conclude the insufficient and future of this technology. METHODS:CNKI and PubMed were searched for relevant articles concerning Alzheimer's disease and iPSCs, and the retrieval results were screened by relativity and repeatability. Finally, 30 articles were included in result analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: This review concludes the superiority of iPSC technology in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and in vivo harvest of nerve cells. The use of inducible pluripotent stem cells differentiated from patient's own cells is more practicable, but there are still many problems to solve at this stage, such as high-efficient and stable directional differentiation, safety of induced pluripotent stem cells, the most appropriate donor cells, and ethical disputes.
2.Progress in free fatty acid receptor GPR40
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2001;0(05):-
The G protein-coupled receptor, GPR40, is a specific receptor for free fatty acids. Singnaling pathways are activated in islet ?-cells by fatty acids as binding to GPR40. Fatty acids regulate insulin secretion and cause ?-cell hyperplasia through GPR40. GPR40 also mediates responses to antidiabetic drugs like thiazolidinediones. GPR40 agonists and/or antagonists show potential effect in the development of new anti-diabetic drugs.
3.Surgical Treatment of 25 Cases with Gastric Stump Carcinoma
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(01):-
Objective To analyze surgical diagnosis and treatment effect of 25 cases with gastric stump carcinoma. Methods The clinical manifestations and therapies of 25 cases with gastric stump carcinoma in our hospital from 1992 to 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. We sum up the surgical methods and postoperative survival rate. Results The postoperative survival rates of 1,3 and 5 years in 25 cases with gastric stump carcinoma were 60.2%,34.2% and 18.6% respectively, and were 81.4%,48.2% and 36.7% respectively in cases treated with radical resection. Conclusion No specific symptoms were identified, endoscopy examination periodically is the key point to detect gastric stump carcinoma.Radical resection is the most effective surgical style for surgical treatment of gastric stump carcinoma.
4.Exploring the innovative talent training model of medical independent colleges
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(4):389-392
Based on the analysis of Medical Independent Colleges, this article is trying to discuss how to set up majors innovatively, reform curriculum and teaching plans effectively By doing this,it aims to set up a bettor education model of Medical Independent Colleges with characteristics of the running of such Medical Independent Colleges.Wishing it can serve as an talent training model for the colleges of the same kind
5.Gene markers for early detection of colorectal cancer

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(08):-
It has been indicated that the oncogene and anti-oncogene are closely related to the development and progression of cancer. With the development of molecular biology, detection of oncogene and anti-oncogene has become an important approach for clinical warning and diagnosing of cancer.Since the establishment of the molecular model of colon cancer by Fearon and Vogelstein in 1990,the genetics of colorectal cancer has gained major advances in early diagnosis.Early detection of related gene mutations is helpful for the early warning of colorectal cancer, especially for palients with hereditary cancer(the detection rate is fairly high). This review summarizes the progression of study on biomarkers of colorectal cancer.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Objective: To evaluate the application value and potential faults of Dual-source CT in carotid arterial angiography. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the images of 477 patients with symptomatic carotid atherosclerosis detected by dual-source CT angiography(CTA) from February 2007 to January 2008,and evaluated the quality of the images, which were classified into 3 quality grades: excellent(with clear display of the lesion and no noticeable motion artifacts, good(with a few motion artifacts but still diagnostically applicable),and poor(with heavy motion artifacts, unclear display and no diagnostic value). Results: Of the 477 images,420(88.1%) were of excellent quality,44(9.2%) of good quality and 13(2.7%) of poor quality.Among the total number of cases,134(28.1%) were shown to be normal and 34(7.1%) abnormal in anatomic structure.Atheromatous plaques were detected in 295 cases(61.8%),carotid artery stenting in 11(2.3%),internal carotid artery occlusion in 1,common carotid artery occlusion in 1,and cervical tumor in 3.Conclusion: Dual-source CT,faster, effective and minimally invasive,is particularly valuable in the diagnosis of carotid arterial lesion and stenosis.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
The structure and working principle of dual-source CT(DSCT) and its clinic application are expatiated. Many advantages are proved after the analysis and discussion and also after the validation of clinic application, such as higher temporal resolution for the imaging of cardiac and coronary artery to be finished without the influence of any heart rate, lower X-ray absorbing dose to offer more safe surrounding for the patients, higher special resolution and higher signal to noise of images to offer more reliable diagnostic tool, the technology of dual-energy is special in the examination and research of function and metabolize of human being.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(02):-
ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of rehabilitation therapy for patients and experimental animals with short bowel syndrome.MethodsThirty SD rats were randomly divided into control group, short bowel group and growth hormone (GH) treatment group.Short bowel was produced by resecting 80% of the rats′ small intestine, growth hormone at a dosage of 1?U/kg?d was delivered to the rats from POD1 to POD28.Nine patients with short bowel syndrome were enrolled in the study, the average length of the small intestine was (44?24)?cm, 3 cases had also suffered a short colon.ResultsIncreased ratio of S phase cells, proliferation index and expression of proliferative cell nucleus antigen (PCNA) were observed, indicating the putative effects of exogenous GH on residual small intestinal mucosa. The mechanism of action was probably through the alteration of protooncogene C-jun. The nutritional state of the patients and the absorptive capacity of the residual intestine improved markedly. Follow up were made to 8 patients,75% of the patients have weaned TPN,25% of them need intermittent TPN supplementation.ConclusionsRehabilitation therapy provides a new and effective alternative for short bowel patients.
10.QoS awared power and admission controls based on non-cooperative game theory in wireless networks

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2008;20(3):149-154
In order to better accommodate heterogeneous quality of service (QoS) in wireless networks, an algorithm called QeS-aware power and admission controls (QAPAC) is proposed. The system is modeled as u non- cooperative game where the users adjust their transmit powers to maximize the utility, thus restraining the interferences. By using adaptive utility functions and tunable pricing parameters according to QoS levels, this algorithm can well meet different QoS reqniremcnts and improve system capacity compared with those that ignore the QoS differ- ences.
