Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(8):107-109
Objective To analysis the effect of vitamin, folic acid combined with Ginkgo biloba extract on cognitive function in elderly patients with stroke. Methods 56 patients who were diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction were collected. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 28 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional treatment for improving circulation, nutrition brain cells, anti platelet aggregation, experimental group was given vitamin B6 tablets(20 mg,one time per day), folic acid tablets(20 mg, one time per day) and Ginkgo Biloba Extract Tablets(80mg, two times per day) on the basis of conventional treatment. After treatment, the levels of plasma Hcy, serum BDNF, UCP2 level and cognitive function were detected in all patients.ResuIts After treatment, compared with control group, the plasma Hcy level was significantly lower in experimental group(P<0.05).The serum BDNF level in experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05) .The serum UCP2 level in experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05) .The MMSE and MoCA scores of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher (P<0.05).ConcIusions Vitamin, folic acid combined with Ginkgo biloba extract can reduce the level of plasma Hcy in elderly patients with stroke, improve serum BDNF, UCP2 levels, improve the cognitive function.
2.Clinical Study on 25 Patients With Rectal Cancer Treated By Lo cal Excision.
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(02):-
0.05).Conclusion Trans anal local excision for rectal cancer might only be successfully performed in se lected patients(T_1~T_2N_0M_0,well moderately-differentiated carcinoma). Postoperation adjuant radiation therapy is the main points for T_2 patients to controll local recurrence.
3.Study of index for mammogram database
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(05):-
Objective To accelerate retrieve of mammogram database by using improved M-tree index. Methods M-tree index was analyzed in the reliability and effectiveness for indexing mammogram database. An algorithm called "Slim-down" was employed in design to minimize possible overlaps. Results The improved M-tree index enhanced the efficiency of retrieving mammogram database 25 times than traditional way. Conclusion The efficiency of retrieving mammogram database by using improved M-tree was accelerated remarkably.
5.Analysis on the diagnosis and treatment of non-gland-derived mass on the neck
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(18):44-46
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect of non-gland-derived mass on the neck, and discuss the distribution types and the best treatment options. Methods A total of 76 cases with non-gland-derived mass on the neck were analyzed retrospectively, and the treatment effect was analyzed. Results In the 76 cases,25 cases were benign tumors,19 cases were malignant tumors,32 cases were non-rumors.Surgical treatment was preferred to tumors.According to the nature of the lesions,non-tumors mass shoud choose surgical treatment or medication. Conclusion Non-gland-derived mass on the neck with multiple presentations,it is necessary to choose personal therapies according to the characteristics of masses.

A summary will be made in this article concerning foreign seniors’ probation of Cardiology. These points as follows are vital to the successful teaching: making sufficient preparations before practice; analyzing the emphasis and difficulties, encouraging students to become the subject of class by making inquiry, doing physical examination by themselves and discussing the cases, paying great attention to the education of medical morality nurturance and correcting the students’ case records seriously.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To explore new methods of X-ray photography for acromioclavicular dislocation. Methods :20 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation were examined with the position of shoulder frontal-back, internal rotation of the arm and partial inner revolve position respectively; Results:3 patients belonged to typeⅠdislocation, about 15%; 7 patients belonged to type Ⅱdislocation, about 35%; 10 patients belonged to type Ⅲ, about 50%; Conclusion:Patients with acromioclavicular dislocation were mostly diagnosed by the examine with the position of shoulder front-back and internal rotation of the arm, TypeⅢ dislocation could be found in partial inner revolve position.

Objective To study the clinical and pathological features of primary nephrotic syndrome in elderly patients. Methods Clinical data of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome aged ≥ 60 years underwent renal biopsy were retrospectively analyzed and patients with primary nephrotic syndrome aged <60 years were selected as control group. Results Male patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were common in the elderly group and control group, and there was no significant difference in gender composition between the two groups (62.0% vs.61.5 %,P>0.05).The degree of edema and hypertension, levels of blood urea nitrogen, serum albumin, blood IgG and ratio of IgG /IgM were higher while levels of urinary protein and blood cholesterol were lower in elderly group than in control group (all P < 0.05).No significant differences in the incidence of hematuria, serum levels of creatinine,IgA,and complement were found between the two groups (all P>0.05).The risk of primary nephrotic syndrome was higher in elderly group than in control group (P<0.01).The level change of blood IgG was positively associated with plasma albumin, while negatively associated with urinary protein and blood cholesterol in both groups (r=0.327,-0.147,-2.860,respectively,all P<0.05).Membranous nephropathy was the most common type in elderly patients, accounting for 49.77%,while only accounting for 23.6% in control group, which had a significant difference between the 2 groups (x2 =62.390,P < 0.01).Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis was common in both groups, but no significant difference(x2 =62.390,P>0.05).Conclusions Male patients are more common than female patients in primary nephrotic syndrome. The clinical manifestations including urinary protein and serum albumin are milder but the risk is much greater in elderly patients than in the non-elderly patients. The change of blood IgG level is associated with urine albumin, plasma albumin and plasma cholesterol.Membranous nephropathy is the most common type followed by mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis in elderly patients with nephrotic syndrome.

Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2014;(9):554-556
Background:The incidence of duodenal Brunner’s gland hyperplasia is low and the etiology and pathogenesis has not yet been clarified. Aims:To investigate the relationship between duodenal Brunner’s gland hyperplasia and Helicobacter pylori( Hp ) infection. Methods:A total of 96 patients with duodenal Brunner ’s gland hyperplasia diagnosed by pathological examination from October 2005 to December 2013 at People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were enrolled in this study, and 270 cases without duodenal Brunner’s gland hyperplasia were served as controls. Hp infection was detected by 14 C-urea breath test( 14 C-UBT). The relationship between duodenal Brunner’s gland hyperplasia and Hp infection was analyzed. Results:In the duodenal Brunner ’s gland hyperplasia group,75 patients were Hp positive, the proportion of Hp infection was 3. 57( 75/21 ). In the control group,110 cases were Hp positive, the proportion of Hp infection was 1. 45(160/110). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2 =10. 97,P=0. 001). Hp infection was a risk factor of the genesis of duodenal Brunner’s gland hyperplasia( OR=2. 46, 95% CI:1. 44-4. 19). Conclusions:Hp infection may be related with the genesis of duodenal Brunner’s gland hyperplasia.
