Lipases have catalytic active in both aqueous phase and the non-aqueous phase and have a wide range of application in various industrial areas. However, the high cost of lipase production has restricted its extensive use in industry.Solid state fermentation possesses many advantages, such as low requirement for devices, low energy consumption, low production cost, little pollution to environment and easily being popularized, which have made it an important means in microbial production of lipases.Owing to the rapidly increased energy cost and the people's awareness of environmental protection, the solid state fermentation technique, which was regarded as low-tech in the past, has regained attention and developed rapidly since the 1990s.The production of lipase by SSF technique was reviewed.Mainly contents describe its characteristics, including physical and chemical factors and bioreactors.

The secondary development of traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) is an important content of TCM modernization process, as well as an important path for developing new TCM drugs. Under the guidance of the system theory, in response to the lack of the overall guideline and practical methods for the secondary development of TCMs at present, we introduced the overall thought of the secondary development of major TCM varieties, as well as the roles and contents of clinical research, pharmacology and pharmaceutics in the process of the secondary development of major TCM varieties, so as to provide systematic strategies and methods for the development of major TCM varieties.

The secondary development of major traditional Chinese medicine varieties is one of important links during the modernization, scientification and standardization of traditional Chinese medicines. How to accurately and effectively identify the pharmacodynamic material basis of original formulae becomes the primary problem in the secondary development, as well as the bottleneck in the modernization development of traditional Chinese medicines. On the basis of the existing experimental methods, and according to the study thought that the multi-component and complex effects of traditional Chinese medicine components need to combine multi-disciplinary methods and technologies, we propose the study thought of the material basis of secondary development of major traditional Chinese medicine varieties based on the combination of in vivo and in vitro experiments. It is believed that studies on material basis needs three links, namely identification, screening and verification, and in vivo and in vitro study method corresponding to each link is mutually complemented and verified. Finally, the accurate and reliable material basis is selected. This thought provides reference for the secondary development of major traditional Chinese medicine varieties and studies on compound material basis.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
Objective To investigate calcineurin signaling pathway which mediates myocardium apoptosis of right heart in rats with chronic hypoxia and the potential mechanisms of it.Methods A rat model of right ventricular hypertrophy(RVH) was established induced by chronic hypoxia(95-105 mL?L-1 O2).Used randomized block design based on different brood,30 rats were divided into 3 groups:treatment group with cyclosporine A(CsA,10 mg?kg-1?d-1,intraperitoneal injection),chronic hypoxia group, normal control group(with normal oxygen). The rats in CsA treatment group and chronic hypoxia group were exposed to normobaric chronic hypoxia(95-105 mL?L-1 O2,21 days).Apoptotic index(AI),calcineurin A?(CnA?) mRNA levels,Bcl-2 mRNA levels and the protein expression levels of CnA?,nuclear factor 3 of activated T cells(NFAT3) and Bcl-2 in right ventricle were investigated. Results 1.The AI of treatment group with CsA was higher than that in chronic hypoxia group(P

AIM: To explore the effect of hypertonic sugar eyes drops with local to the oxygen therapy for severe corneal edema after cataract surgery.METHODS: Totally 68 patients (68 eyes) with severe corneal edema after phacoemulsification were selected from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital, who were aged 53-80(64.45±4.24), including 30 males and 38 females.According to different treatment, they were divided into treatment group (34 cases) given conventional therapy + hypertonic sugar eyes drops with local to the oxygen therapy, the control group (34 cases) given conventional treatment + hypertonic sugar eyes drops.Visual acuity and corneal situation were observed during the treatment.RESULTS: Corneal edema fade time of treatment group was 11.62+0.53d, that of control group was 15.23±0.62d, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).Preoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and corneal endothelial cell count had no significantly difference between the two groups while the corneal endothelial cell count were significantly different compared with postoperative of the two groups (P<0.05).At 7d after treatment, the BCVA and corneal endothelial cell count had significantly difference between the two groups (P<0.05), which did not have significant difference at 1mo after treatment (P>0.05).The effective rates of the two groups was significantly different (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Hypertonic sugar eyes drops with local to the oxygen therapy is effective for severe corneal edema after cataract surgery.

AIM:To evaluate the repeatability of axial length (AL) and anterior chamber depth (ACD) obtained by A scan ultrasonography, and to compare AL and ACD obtained by A scan with those obtained by IOL Master.METHODS:Two hundred and fifty-seven cataract eyes of 170 patients were included.IOL Master and A scan were performed for each eye.Five measurements of IOL Master and 3 measurements of A scan were obtained. All the tested eyes were divided into 5 groups according to AL obtained by A scan:Group A (21

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2009;29(6):747-750
Neuropsychology, as well as cognitive neuroscience investigates the process of human cognition using several in vivo systemic approaches in order to explore neural mechanism. Besides the routine clinical neuropsychological assessments, up to date the latest neuroimaging techniques based on acoustics, optics, electricity and magnetism, have been applied to construct three-dimensional neuroimaging representations through mathematic models, and to identify functional areas or lesions in the brain. Presently, the combined use of functional MRI (fMRI) and event related potential (ERP) techniques is pioneering, especially when integrated synchronously.

International Eye Science 2015;(1):144-145
? AlM: To compare the two methods for the measurement of glaucoma patients' intraocular pressure ( lOP) between Goldmann applanation tonometer ( GAT) and non-contact tonometer ( NCT) and find the laws of the two methods.?METHODS: The lOP of 108 glaucoma patients ( 206 eyes) were measured by GAT and NCT respectively.?RESULTS: ln 108 glaucoma patients, the average lOP of 206 eyes was 29. 77 ± 10. 27mmHg by GAT and 24. 59 ± 8. 58mmHg by NCT. There was significant difference between GAT and NCT (P<0. 01). The higher of lOP, the difference between GAT and NCT was greater.?CONCLUSlON: The measurement results with NCT were lower than that of GAT. The higher of lOP, the difference between GAT and NCT was greater. lt's better to measure lOP by GAT for the glaucoma patients, in order to avoid the misdiagnosis and mistreatment of glaucoma.
