Objective:To probe the correlation of intra-operative hyaluronic acid(HA) changes with hepatic allografts cold ischemia reperfusion injury in liver transplantation.Methods:The patients with orthotopic liver transplantation were assigned to 3 groups:① group A :liver allografts were stored in University of Wisconsin's solution(0℃) for 5-6 h before implantation;② group B :liver allografts were stored in U W's solution(0℃) for 8-9 h before implantation;③ group C :liver allografts were stored in U W's solution(0℃) for 12 h before implantation.The serum samples were taken up at 5 min,60 min,120 min,180 min after the donor liver was transplanted and reperfused to detect the concentration of HA.Results:After donor liver was transplanted and reperfused,serum HA concentration decreased immediately and gradually.HA decreased rate :group A 4.58 ?g/L?min-1,group B 4.16 ?g/L?min-1,group C 2.26 ?g/L?min-1.Serum HA decrease rate was faster in group A and B than that in group C(P

This paper introduces the wavelet transform with multiresolution for liver cancer CT image enhancement. As the wavelet transform with compact support, orthogonality and approximately symmetry, SymletsA (sym4) wavelet family is applied to the two-layer multiscale decompose of the CT image. The decomposed wavelet coefficients are processed with the threshold values of 550, 350 and 250, with the low -frequency region intensified and the high-frequency one weakened. Then the image is reconstructed and thus the image is enhanced. Wavelet transform proves efficient in CT image enhancement.

Modern fully automatic biochemical analyzer makes enzyme measurement accurate, specific and practical, but alarm failure happens sometimes and thus determinate error appears. To find out the inducement to alarm failure, Olympus AU2700 and ADVIA 1650 fully automatic biochemical analyzer are used to measure the serum liver enzyme from 450 cases of post-liver-transplantation patients.

Objectives To study the influential factors of the von Clauss method and to promote the method for fibrinogen assay in clinical laboratories in China. MethodsKits of foreign and domestic products were used. Calibration curves for fibrinogen determination were established, and calibration plasma was used for comparison. Effects of pH value, thrombin activity, and temperature on the measurement were studied.Results The reproducibility of the von Clauss method using domestic thrombin and related reagents was excellent, the within day CV being 0.039 1, and the between day CV 0.049 7. The percentage variations of calibration plasma determination, with the foreign fibrinogen assay kits using domestic reagents, were +3.17% , +4.76%, and -6.03%, respectively. Determination of a lyophilized plasma using the two sources reagents showed similar results.Conclusions Thrombin and relevant reagents produced in China could be used as a substitute for kits purchased abroad, which would promote the use of von Clauss method in clinical laboratories of China.

OBJECTIVE:To improve the ability of vaccine post-marketing surveillance,and clearly define the development di-rection of it in China. METHODS:Though introducing the background,strategic objective and operation objective of Global Vac-cine Safety Blueprint,the situation of vaccine post-marketing surveillance in China was analyzed. RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:Vaccine post-marketing surveillance have developed fast in China recent years and get generally confirmation. However,compared with the goals in the blueprint,there are some activities should be strengthened,such as active surveillance,signal analysis and da-ta standardization,etc. We should take use of the opportunity offered by WHO and other international organizations to shrink the gap between our country and the advanced countries. Drawing support from WHO and other international institutions,vaccine post-marketing surveillance can step on the new level in China.

Twenty-seven patients with subclinical hyperthyroidism(SH)complicated by paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF)were treated with methimazole plus bisoprolol.All patients were examined by Doppler echocardiogram and 24 h ambulatory electrocardiograms before and 3 months after treatment.Serum FT3,FT4,and TSH levels were measured with RIA.The results showed that low-dose methimazole therapy could improve the left ventricular diastolic function(P < 0.01)and help maintain sinus rhythm.The incidence of subclinical hypothyroidism was low.Low-dose methimazole was effective and safe in patients with SH complicated by PAF.

Objective To study on glycogen assay,polymerae chain reaction,and cell culture for diagnostic value of chlamydia infection of vervical smeat.Methods 106 specimens were examined by using glycogen assay,PCR and cell culture.Results Compared with cell culture,the sensitivity and specifity of glycogen assay are 80.0％ and 95.8％ ,and the sensitivity and specifity of PCR are 90.0％ and 97.9％ ,respectively.Conclusion The glycogen assay possesses diagnostic value for chlamydia trachomatis infection of vervical smear.

BACKGROUND:Mesenchymal stem cel s (MSCs) can be differentiated into vascular endothelial cel s to construct ideal blood vessel grafts in vitro that have wide prospective utility in the clinical treatment of ischemic diseases, vascular engineering and regeneration medicine.
OBJECTIVE:To review the recent research progress and related issue in biological characteristics of MSCs as wel as differentiation of MSCs isolated from different sources into vascular endothelial cel s.
METHODS:The first authors retrieved PubMed, Sciencedirect and Medline databases for relevant articles published from January 2000 to June 2015. The key words were“mesenchymal stem cel s;vascular endothelial cel;cel differentiation”in English. Initial y, 156 articles were retrieved, and final y 51 articles were included in result analysis.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The MSCs sources are abundant. The research about bone marrow-derived MSCs is the earliest and maximum, but with the increasing donor age, their proliferation and differentiation ability decreases. MSCs from umbilical cord, placenta and amniotic membrane are easy to obtain, and meanwhile both neonatal and maternal does not feel any pain and psychological burden. Given these, these cel s are more acceptable for recipients, and there are no ethical, moral and legal disputes. MSCs from the umbilical cord blood are abundant with weak cel immunogenicity and low viral and bacterial contamination probability. However, the clinical application of amniotic fluid marrow-derived MSCs is limited because of its sampling methods.

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of IBI302 on experimental choroidal neovascularization (CNV).Methods Affinity of IBI302 to vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) family cytokines (including VEGF-A165,VEGF-A121 and placental growth factor PlGF) and complements (C3b,C4b) was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The antagonist effect of IBI302 on VEGF was measured by proliferation,migration and tube formation tests of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC).The anti-complement activity of IBI302 was measured by hemolysis test mediated by complement classical pathway and alternative pathway.Rhesus laser-induced CNV model was divided into 5 groups including model control group,bevacizumab group,IBI302 0.25 mg group,IBI302 0.50 mg group and IBI302 1.25 mg group.Fluorescein angiography and optical coherence tomography were performed on these monkeys at 14 and 28 days after drug delivery to observe the fluorescein leakage area and retinal thickness.The aqueous VEGF concentration was measured at 29 days after drug delivery.Results IBI302 showed good affinity to VEGF-A165,VEGF-A121 and PlGF,as well as C3b and C4b.IBI302 significantly inhibited the proliferation,migration and tube formation of HUVEC induced by VEGF-A165.IBI302 inhibited the hemolysis induced by complements obviously.At 14 and 28 days after drug delivery,the area of fluorescein leakage and retinal thickness in IBI302 0.25 mg group,IBI302 0.50 mg group,IBI302 1.25 mg group were reduced.The differences of the area of fluorescein leakage and retinal thickness in three IBI302 groups were not significant (P＞0.05).At 29 days after drug delivery,the VEGF concentration in the aqueous of rhesus monkey in bevacizumab group [(38.644 ± 6.521) pg/ml] was decreased than that in model control group [(94.203± 17.360) pg/ml],the difference was significant (P＜ 0.05).The VEGF concentration in the aqueous of rhesus monkey in three IBI302 groups were less than 31.300 pg/ml.Conclusion IBI302 inhibited experimental CNV through blocking the activity of VEGF and complement.
