1.Crohn's disease: medical treatment and role of nutritional support
Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2010;18(4):203-208
Crohn's disease (CD) is a chronic granulomatous disease with unknown causes, and its incidence shows a rising trend in China. So far there is no way for the complete cure of the disease. Conventional drug therapy has many limitations. The appearance of biological agents brings new treatment options for CD and also initiates a debate over "Step-up" versus "Top-down" strategies. Rational nutrition supplement plays an important role in the comprehensive treatment of CD. This paper reviews the efficacy of conventional drugs, new progress in drug therapy, roles and status of nutritional support, and new treatment strategies for CD.

This review emphasizes chromosomal abnormalities in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, which can not only help understanding NHL genesis, but also is useful for diagnosis on early stage and proper treatment.
4.New mode of competing endogenous RNA: circular RNA
Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2016;28(5):466-468
Circular RNA (circRNA) is widely found in various species' cells. They have several characteristics including structural stability, high expression and expression in a tissue-specific manner.Recent studies have demonstrated that circRNA is a member of competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA).CircRNA regulate the expression of related RNA molecules via binding with target microRNA (miRNA) and play an important role in gene expression and regulation. The finding of circRNAs not only expand our understanding about eucaryon and ceRNA regulation network, but also indicate that circRNA might be a new biological marker for diagnosis and has good application prospects in drug development research, and disease diagnosis and treatment.Because current research on circRNA is still very few,a brief summary about circRNA is presented in this paper for further research.
5.Prior selective arteriovenous treatment in radical pancreaticoduodenectomy
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2012;11(4):355-358
Radical pancreaticoduodenectomy is the most effective method for the treatment of malignant tumor of pancreatic head.Safe and complete resection of the uncinate process of the pancreas is the most difficult and important part in radical pancreaticoduodenectomy. For the past years,we put forward the new idea of prior selective arteriovenous treatment in radical pancreaticoduodenectomy according to whether the portal vein and superior mesenteric vein was invaded by the tumor.Thin slice scan and vessel reconstruction using multidetector spiral CT can accurately evaluate the condition of the blood vessels near the pancreatic tumor and judge whether the tumor was resectable.By exchanging superior mesenteric artery, controlling blood stream of pancreatic uncinate process and using 3 or 4 vascular blocking bands and the integrated radical resection of uncinate process for those patients can be successfully completed. It can reduce the operating bleeding, operating time and the miscut of superior mesenteric vein and (or) superior mesenteric artery, and also avoid postoperative pancreas necrosis, infection and hemorrhage caused by the pancreas uncinate process residues, and theoretically reduces the chance of tumor cells spread.
6.Clinical analysis of 17 patients with postoperative ulnar deviation hand deformity etiology
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(18):2754-2755
Objective To analyze the causes and treatment measures of postoperative ulnar deviation hand deformity etiology. Methods Clinical data of 17 cases of hand injuries postoperative ulnar deviation hand deformities were retrospectively analyzed. Results 17 patients with metacarpallosteotomy miniplate fixation of four cases of angular deformity jointly carpometacarpal joint instability of joint fusion and internal fixation of eigi.t cases, the metacarpal instability for interbody fusion of five cases of Kirschner wire;all patients were discharged, length of stay from 15 to 24d,the average ( 17.6 ± 2.1 )d.Concurrent ulnar deviation a hand deformity of the main reasons:patients with the palm of your hand refers to the joint dorsal aponeurosis and the extensor tendon to the ulnar tension increases, and the inside with the palm of your hand musoles to antagonize;the metacarpal multiple fractures caused by malunion or carpal joint instability;deep palmar transverse ligament metacarpal caused by the relative instability.Concurrent ulnar deviation hand deformity in 2 to 7 months after surgery, the average (4.1 ± 1.1 ) months;index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger and thumb before and after treatment, the declination differences were statistically significant( t =9.3213,9.8826,9.3605,9.4561,all P < 0.05 ).Follow-up for 1 to 3 years, ulnar deviation hand deformities have been effectively corrected. Conclusion The palm of your hand after crush injury complicated by ulnar deviation hand deformity have a variety of reasons, need to take surgery.
7.Prevention of childhood tuberculosis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(6):532-535
In recent years the incidence rate of tuberculosis (TB) has gone up.It was estimated that 1/3of people had asymptomatic latent tuberculosis infection globally. The current widespread use of Bacillus calmetteguerin (BCG) vaccine program against tuberculosis in children has a good preventive effect, but due to the limited duration of the immune responses induced by BCG,there also had situation of prevent failure,so researchers begin to explore new TB vaccines, such as live attenuated mutant strains, subunit vaccines and DNA vaccines, and achieved certain results. For the pure protein derivative tuberculosis skin test positive and immunosuppressed children,in addition to active immunization would also need anti-TB medicine for chemoprophylaxis.

9.The influence of the envelope flap and triangular flap designs on postoperative complications after mandibular third molar removal
Tianjin Medical Journal 2015;(1):78-80,81
Objective To evaluate effects of two different flap designs (envelope flap and triangular flap) on complica?tions after the mandibular third molar surgery. Methods A randomized, self controlled clinical trial design was selected for 52 patients treated in the outpatient surgery of Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Medical University. Patients were treated with envelope flap design for lower third molar removal in one side and triangular flap on the other side. VAS scores were used to evaluate postoperative pain. The postoperative swelling was evaluated by patient`subjective index. The degree of the upper and lower incisor distance was used to evaluate trismus. Data of postoperative swelling, pain and trismus were re?corded 1, 2 and 7 days after surgery. Data of postoperative wound dehiscence, bleeding situation and alveolitis were also re?corded and compared between two groups. Results There were no significant differences in postoperative pain after 1, 2 and 7 days between two flap designs (P>0.05). After 1 and 2 days there was more severe facial swelling in triangular flap group than that of envelope flap group (Z=2.005, Z=2.017, P<0.05). There was more limited mouth opening after 1 and 2 days in triangular flap group than that of envelope flap group (t=2.578, t=2.410, P<0.05), but on the seventh day there was no significant difference in the severity of facial swelling and trismus between two groups (P>0.05). There were no signifi?cant differences in postoperative pain, alveolitis, bleeding and wound dehiscence between two groups (P > 0.05). Conclu?sion The envelope flap is more conductive to the early recovery in patients after surgery, but in the long term there is no ob?vious difference between the two flap designs.
10.Progress in free fatty acid receptor GPR40
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2001;0(05):-
The G protein-coupled receptor, GPR40, is a specific receptor for free fatty acids. Singnaling pathways are activated in islet ?-cells by fatty acids as binding to GPR40. Fatty acids regulate insulin secretion and cause ?-cell hyperplasia through GPR40. GPR40 also mediates responses to antidiabetic drugs like thiazolidinediones. GPR40 agonists and/or antagonists show potential effect in the development of new anti-diabetic drugs.
