?AlM: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of posterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis ( PCCC ) combined with anterior vitrectomy in preventing posterior capsule opacification of congenital cataract surgery.
?METHODS:Postoperative clinical follow-up data of 82 cases ( 87 eyes ) with congenital cataract treated in Eye Center of our hospital from January 2011 to August 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the surgical control group ( 38 cases, 40 eyes, recieved phacoemulsification + PCCC ) and the study group ( 44 cases, 47 eyes, accepted phacoemulsification+ PCCC + anterior vitrectomy). The incidence of central optic axis opaque and postoperative visual acuity distribution were recorded at 1a follow - up. lntraoperative and postoperative complications were observed.
?RESULTS:The rate of central optic axis opaque grade 0 in control group was 37. 5%, compared to 76. 6% in study groups. The opacity distribution ratio of grade 1,2,3 and 4 in study group were lower than that of control group, and the central optic axis opacity distribution ratio in study group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0. 05). The 19 eyes(47. 5%) of visual acuity testing ≤0. 5 in control group , was higher than the 7 eyes(14. 89%) of that in the study group, The 21 eyes (52. 5%) of visual acuity testing >0. 5 in control group was lower than the 40 eyes ( 85. 11%) of that in study group. The visual acuity between two groups has statistical significance difference after 1a follow-up ( P<0. 05 ) , and the visual acuity in study group was significantly better than that in the control group. The postoperative intraocular pressure at 1mo and 1a follow-up was lower than before operation in two groups ( P<0. 05), but there was no significant difference between two groups in intraocular pressure (P<0. 05).
?CONCLUSlON: Combination of phacoemulsification, PCCC and anterior vitrectomy presents reliable clinical effects on postoperative central optic axis opacity distribution ratio and visual acuity, and it should be adopted to prevent the occurrence of posterior capsule opacification.

OBJECTIVETo observe the primary prevention role of Wuling Capsule (WC) on poststroke depression (PSD) patients.
METHODSAcute stroke patients were recruited and randomized into 2 groups by stratification, 55 in each group. All patients received same routine treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Patients in the experimental group additionally took WC (0.33 g each pill), 3 pills per day, three times per day; while those in the control group additionally took placebos, 3 pills per day, three times per day. Two weeks consisted of one therapeutic course. The diagnosis of PSD was performed once every other week. Those in accordance with PSD diagnosis discontinued any drug therapy. Those not in accordance with PSD diagnosis continued the drug therapy for 1-12 therapeutic course(s) (in total of 6 months). If they were still not in accordance with PSD diagnosis, then they discontinued the drug therapy. The morbidity of PSD, the average time of depression occurrence, Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) score, and adverse reactions were observed.
RESULTSThe 1-, 3-, and 6-month morbidity of PSD was 8%, 16%, and 34% in the experimental group, while they were 19.6%, 29.4%, and 54.9% in the control group. The occurrence rate was lower in the experimental group than in the control group. Besides, there was statistical difference in the 6-month occurrence rate between the two groups (chi2 = 4.465, P < 0.05). The average time of PSD occurrence was longer in the experimental group than in the control group (14.96 +/- 8.31 weeks vs. 9.36 +/- 6.06 weeks; t=6.762, P < 0.05). The HAMD score at the PSD occurrence was 11.96 +/- 2.14 in the experimental group, lower than that of the control group (14.57 +/- 4.24), showing statistical difference (t=5.641, P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONWC was superior to the placebos in lowering the incidence of PSD, delaying the occurrence time of PSD, attenuating the depression degree of PSD, and had certain preventive effect on the incidence of PSD.

[Objective] To explore risk factors for ectopic pregnancy to provide basis for its prevention.[Methods] A case-control study was done on 180 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated in Deqing Chinese medicine hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 and another 180 cases of intrauterine pregnancy were as control who received artificial abortion in outpatient clinic during the same period. The data on the factors that might bring about ectopic pregnancy were analyzed by single-factorial and multi-factorial logistic regression. [Results] The multi-factorial analysis confirmed that the risk factors associated with ectopic pregnancy were prior abortion history, pelvic inflammation, ectopic pregnancy history, fallopian tube surgery history and others. [Conclusion] Ectopic pregnancy is associated with multiple factors, whose occurrence should be prevented and reduced by taking corresponding measures against it.
7. Progress of the mechanism research of acupuncture in treatment of diet-induced obesity
Acupuncture Research 2020;45(3):255-259
The literature of experimental research on diet-induced obesity treated with acupuncture was retrieved. The aspects of epigenetics, neuroendocrine system, intestinal flora, inflammatory response, oxidative stress and substance metabolism of the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of diet-induced obesity were summarized. It is suggested that the potential mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of diet-induced obesity should be discussed in the aspects of the interaction of Toll-like receptors on obesity-intestinal flora-immune function, the improvement of insulin resistance, epigenetics and antioxidant stress.

Objective To evaluate the intra-and inter-rater reliability of MyotonPRO for Achilles tendon properties measured. Methods Twenty healthy subjects were recruited to measure Achilles tendon properties using a novel hand-held Myoton-PRO device by two testers, one of the testers re-tested five days later. The reliability was assessed using in-tra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) and Bland-Altman analysis, and minimum detectable changes (MDC) was calculated. The Achilles tendon properties of the dominant or non-dominant leg was compared. The correlation between body mass and Achilles tendon properties was examined. Results The intra-rater reliabilities of Achilles tendon properties were ICCleft=0.884 and ICCright=0.904; the inter-rater reli-abilities were ICCleft=0.883 and ICCright=0.945. The MDC was 36.64 N/m. Bland-Altman plots showed good agreement. There was no significant difference in Achilles tendon properties between dominant and non-domi-nant legs (t<1.236, P>0.05). The body mass positively correlated with Achilles tendon properties (r>0.477, P<0.05). Conclusion The intra-and inter-rater reliabilities of MyotonPRO were good in measuring Achilles tendon properties in healthy subjects. No significant difference was found between dominant and non-dominant legs. The body mass positively correlated with Achilles tendon properties in healthy subjects.

Objective Acute pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE)patients with right ventricular dysfunction(RVD)may benefit from thrombolytic therapy but may end up with worse prognosis.RVD was assessed in prognosis to which a model on it was constructed to decide the indexes correlated to the best prognosis. Methods This prospective study included 520 consecutive acute PTE patients from 41 hospitals in China between June 2002 and February 2005.All the patients were evaluated by transthoracic echocardiography(TTE),CT pulmonary angiography(CTPA),laboratory tests, and blood gas analysis.Physicians were asked to record all the clinical manifestations.Data from Univariate analysis demonstrated the parameters correlated with an 14-day clinically adverse outcomes.Multiple logistic regression analysis was used to decide the independent predictors and to construct a prognostic model. Results Mcan age of the patients was 57.4±14.1 years and 323 of them(62.1%)were male. The 14-day mortality in normotensive patients with RVD was higher(2.0%vs0.4%,P<0.01)than those without.ROC curve showed the best cut.ofr values of RVED/LVED and SPAP for 14-day prognosis were 0.67 and 60 mm Hg,respectively.SPAP independently predicted 3-month clinicaI outcomes(P<0.01).Results from Univariate analysis demonstrated tllat 24 parameters were correlated with an adverse 14-day clinical outcomes.which include palpation, syncope, panic, cyanosis, respiratory rate≥30/min,pulse≥110/min,jugular vein, accentuation of P2,murmurs in tricuspid area, time interval from onset, creatine phosphokinase(CPK),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH).alveolar-arterial PO2 difierence(PA-aO2),white blood cell(WBC)<4.0×109/L or>10.0×109/L,platelet.thrombus on TTE,RV/LV>1.1,TRPG>30 mm Hg,IVCmin<8 mm,RVD,RVED/LVED>0.6,SPAP>60 mm Hg.RVWM.PTE range larger than two lobes or seven segments on CTPA.Furthermore,a multiple logistic regression model implied 8 predictors including RVD,RVED/LVED>0.6,SPAP>60 mm Hg,pulse≥110/min,accentuation of P2,Syncope,CPK,WBC<4.0×109/L or>10.0×109/L be independent predictors of an 14-day clinically adverse outcome(P<0.01).This model seemed to fit well (P<0.001).Wle chose a cut-off value as P≥0.2 and compared the model to the original derivation samples.Data showed that the sensitivity(true positive rate)was 81.82%,specificity was 92.11%.false positive rate was 18.18%.coincidence was 91.14%.and the concordarlCe rate was 80.96%.Conclusion RVD seemed a nice discriminator for poor prognosis in norrnotensive patients.Early detection of RVD(especially RVED/LVED>0.67 and/or SPAP>60 mm Hg)was beneficial for identifying patients at high-risk and the multiple logistic regression model(P<0.001)could be well fitted.
