3.Current treatment and blueprint of CD30+ T-cell lymphomas: reports from the 19th European Hematology Association annual congress
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(9):518-519,522
There is still no agreed standard of care for CD30+ T-cell lymphomas which are dominant in peripheral T-cell lymphoma. The combination of multidrug or dose-intensified chemotherapy regimen and consolidation of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are widely used at present. In recent years, several clinical trails included certain new agents, such as etoposide, alemtuzumab, denileukin diftitox, bortezomib, romidepsin, lenalidomide, brentuximab vedotin, and so on,have demonstrated the promising outcome.Referring targeted therapies for relapsed/refractory CD30 + T-cell lymphomas, certain agents have been approved, such as pralatrexate, romidepsin, brentuximab vedotin (ALCL),belinostat, and the most encouraging agent is brentuximab vedotin.
4.Effect of clinical treatment on quality of life in patients with pancreatic cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(9):633-636
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal human malignant tumors, and its incidence is rising. Now, its treatment includes surgical resection, chemo - radiotherapy and supplementary treatment. The prognosis of pan-creatic cancer is still dismal. And its one-year survival is low. This article talks about the effect of clinical treatment on quality of life in patients with pancreatic cancer.
5.HISTOCHEMICAL AND IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL OBRERVATIONS ON HETEROGENEITY IN MAST CELLS OF RAT
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1989;0(S1):-
The heterogeneity is one of the main points in study on the mast cells. In the present paper, the heterogeneity of skin connective mast cells (CTMC) in comparison with that of gastrointestinal mucosal mast cells (MMC) with both toluidine blue staining and immunostaining was studied. The results showed that the CTMC fixed with formaldehyde could be demonstrated with routine toluidine blue staining, whereas the MMC could be demonstrated only with lower pH and prolonged staining duration. In immunostaining almost all of the CTMC showed serotoninimmunoreactivity, and only 10% of the CTMC showed substance P-immunoreactivity; while approximate 35% of the MMC showed serotonin-immunoreacivity and no substance P-immunoreactivity was found. The results indicate that the mast cell heterogeneity may be found in toluidine blue staining as well as in immunostaining.
6.Three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy for postoperative local recurrence or metastasis in colorectal carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 1992;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the effects of three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3DCRT) on the local control and survival of patients with local recurrence or metastasis in colorectal cancer. Methods Twenty-three patients with local recurrence or metastasis in colorectal cancer were irradiated by 3DCRT. The regimen was: total dose 40-45?Gy, 5-7?Gy/f, 1f/2d. Results Of the 23 patients, 8 achieved CR and 9 PR with a total response rate of 74%(17/23). The overall 1-, 2-and 3-year survival rates were 78%,52% and 30%. Conclusion 3DCRT is able to prolong the survival and improve the life quality of patients with local recurrence or metastasis in colorectal cancer.
7.Effects of ketamine on expression of nitric oxide synthase in medial septal nuclei and vertical diagonal band of rats
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2002;0(05):-
AIM: To explore the effects in different dosage of ketamine on the expression of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in medial septal nuclei (MS) and vertical diagonal band (VDB) of rats. METHODS: 40 SD rats were randomized into normal control group, normal saline(NS) group, low, middle and high dosage of ketamine(25,50,100 mg?kg~ -1 ,ip) group. Each group was maintained intraperitoneally by given daily dosage once a day for a period up to 7 days. That was done at 2100 hour each night, and by 2 h of the last administration, poured, fixed and sliced were carried out. Method of nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase (NADPH-d) was used to show the expression of NOS in MS and VDB pars dorsalis and ventro. RESULTS: Compared with normal control and NS group, the number of NOS positive neurons were decreased in MS and VDB pars dorsalis and ventro in ketamine groups. There were statistical meaing in different-dosage groups of ketamine(P
8.Effect of Cholecystokinine on Nervous System
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2008;0(08):-
Objective To review the biologic characteristics and biologic effect of cholecystokinine (CCK) on the central nervous system. Methods The literatures of recent years on research advancement of cholecystokinine as neurotransmitters/peptides in signal transduction, neuron protection and pain management in the central nervous system are reviewed. Results CCK possesses the ability to suppress the convulsant effects of convulsants. CCK8 is able to reduce the neural damage caused and delay the neural aging. CCK antagonists play an important role in human pain transduction. Conclusion CCK has been proven to be one of the richest neurotransmitters/neuropeptides as well as an important signal factor in the brain, and its important biologic effect is being confirmed.
9.Ethical Speculation on Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis(PGD) is an advanced technology based on in-vitro fertility-embryo transfer, which binds multiple-discipline arts, specially the research on DNA analysis assay of single cell,to reach the aim of aristogenesis and wash out abnormal embryo before transfer. With the development of this technique and the ever wider applications, ethical issues also arise. This paper focuses on these ethical issues related to PGD,expecting an actual benefit for human.
10.Constructing a quality and efficient marketing chain for medical service
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(05):-
The paper tells how the authors' hospital managed under the circumstances of fierce competition in the medical market to integrate the idea of a marketing chain with medical service, construct a quality and efficient marketing chain for medical service, constantly readjust each part and element of the “chain management” of technical items and service manner, and realize multi layer and multi dimensional network management. The hospital also established a “chain management” framework characterized by “compliance with market laws, customers highest and delivery of quality service”. Setting on itself such high demands as “highest speed, best quality, lowest cost and optimal service”, the hospital did its best to create a strong marketing chain for medical service products, thus providing theoretical basis and practical reform experience for the marketing of medical service products.
