To observe the clinical efficacy of diclofenac sodium eye drops for postoperative recurrence of pterygium, and to provide safer drug regimens to prevent the recurrence of pterygium.
● METHODS: From November 2011 to September 2013, 124 patients 134 eyes who underwent surgery because of pterygium in our hospital were randomly divided into trial group ( diclofenac sodium eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops) and control group ( tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops), all patients were followed up for 3mo ( once a week ) and the cornea, intraocular pressure and recurrence of pterygium were observed and compared between the two groups.
●RESULTS: Followed up for 3mo, 43 cases (45 eyes) in the trial group and 38 cases (39 eyes) in the control group had done the follow up as planned, in which 14 cases (15 eyes) showed the signs of recurrence, 2 cases (3 eyes) recurred eventually in the trial group, and in the meantime there were 12 cases (13 eyes) with signs of recurrence and 2 cases ( 2 eyes ) with a recurrence eventually in the control group, but no statistical difference was found between the two groups (P>0. 05);there were 6 cases (9 eyes) dropped out of the study with a higher intraocular pressure in the control group, compared to trial group (0 cases of 0 eye), the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05); cornea conditions between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0. 05).
●CONCLUSlON:Diclofenac sodium eye drops is effective and safe in preventing the recurrence of pterygium.

Objective To explore the DSA mainfestations of MoyaMoya disease.Methods 19 patients, underwent CT before DSA, showed intracranial hemorrhage. All patients were then examined by angiography via femoral artery approach. Results All cases were diagnosed as MoyaMoya disease through DSA. The findings of DSA showed characteristic manifestations as the following: 1. Stenosis or occlusion of the invoved arteries. 2. Smoke like capillary vascular network spreading from supraseller cistern to cerebral base. 3. Development of collateral circulation. Conclusions DSA is the main method for the diagnosis of MoyaMoya disease, CT can only localize the site of cerebral hemorrhage.

Objective:To check the clinical effect of Multi-channel Brain Magnetic Stimulation Machine.Method:Sixteen volunteers are divided into two groups.Members of the first group which is the corresponding group listen to news material in the sober state and then answer the questionnaire.At last their EEG is collected.Members of the second group listen to the same material in the sober state and they are stimulated at the forehead and temporal area by Multi-channel Brain Magnetic Stimulation Machine at the same time.They also answer the questionnaire under the magnetic stimulation at forehead and their EEG is collected,too.Result:Answers of the second group are obviously better than the first group.The power spectrum of EEG at the forehead,temporal,parietal region and even the whole brain area in the first group is stronger than that of the second.Conclusion:Multi-channel Brain Magnetic Stimulation Machine excites brain in a way and then helps people complete the job better.

Objective: To explore the structure of concept of the Internet-related social-psychological health for undergraduates and develop The Internet-related Social-psychological Health Scale for Undergraduates (ISHS-CS). Methods: Employing exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of the data of ISHS-CS.based on 2 samples of 511 and 581 of undergraduates respectively. Results: ① The structure of Internet-related social-psychological health for undergraduates consisted of 5 primary factors, viz. loneliness, social involvement, general depression, life happiness and life satisfaction. These five factors could be generalized into 2 higher-order dimensions, namely social health and psychological health. The ISHS-CS had satisfactory item validity, internal consistent reliability, construct validity and criterion-related validity. ② Relation of time of Internet use to Internet-related social-psychological health was unremarkable, but, some relation between frequency of internet use and social-psychological health was found. ③ Compared with the undergraduates based on Social-affective motive of Internet-use, those based on Information-acquisition motive possessed higher level of Internet-related social-psychological health. Conclusion: The concept of Internet-related social-psychological health was a reasonable construct for undergraduates, and the ISHS-CS could serve as a measurement of Internet-related social-psychological health for undergraduates.

The application of precision medicine in cancer treatment is becoming increasingly common as a result of the continuous advancement in basic research and physical techniques.The revolution of radiotherapy techniques, development of multimodal imaging technology, application of biological target dose carving and adaptive radiotherapy, availability of big data-based radiotherapy planning systems, and selection of chemotherapy regimen have all made the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma increasingly precise.The growing interaction between laboratory research and clinical practice not only underscores the importance of translational medicine, but also prompts the development of biological immunotherapy and screening of prognostic factors.As a result, these changes mark the beginning of a new era for the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.This review provides a summary from 61 articles on the current progress in translational study and clinical application of precision medicine in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Objective:To evaluate whether off pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG) has advantages over conventional coronary artery bypass grafting(CCABG). Methods:A total of 362 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting were divided into 2 groups: OPCABG group:152 cases undergoing OPCABG and beating heart via sternotomy; CCABG group,210 cases undergoing CCABG with extracorporeal circulation. Preoperative and postoperative variables of 2 groups were compared. Results:There were no significant differences in sex, age, weight, acute or remote myocardium infarction, hypertension, diabetes and type of bypass grafts between 2 groups.The numbers of bridge vessels were not significantly different between the 2 groups; the incidences of low cardiac output syndrome, atrial fibrillation and atelectasis in OPCABG group were significantly less than those of CCABG group( P

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of peritoneal dialysis(PD) for acute renal failure(ARF) following cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass and its effect on hemodynamics. Objective To study the genome DNA methylation in rheumatoid arthirits(RA)and the re- lated factors of DNA methylation.Methods Twenty-first cases with RA and 20 controls were recruited to par- ticipate the study.Plasma Hcy,SAM,SAH,the MTHFR gene C677T polymorphism and the expression of LFA-1 in CD4~+T cells was measured in all patients and controls.Results①The SAM levels were lower sig- nificantly in RA groups than in controls.The SAH levels were higher significantly in RA groups than in con- trols.②There was significant inverse correlation between plasma Hcy level and SAM level(r=-0.932,P＜0.01). There was significant positive correlation between plasma Hcy level and SAH level(r=0.924,P＜0.01).③The expression of LFA-1 in CD4~+T cells was higher significantly in RA groups than in controls.There was a signif- icant positive correlation between LFA-1 expression level and Hcy level(r=0.557,P＜0.01),a significant in- verse correlation between LFA-1 expression level and SAM level(r=-0.651,P＜0.01).④The MTHFR gene mu- tation lead to dramatically increase of Hcy,SAH level and the expression of LFA-1 level in CD4~+T cells and genome DNA hypomethylation.Conclusion①Hypomethylation of genome DNA is found in most RA pa- tients.②The factors associated with genome DNA hypomethylation include MTHFR gene mutation and hyper- homocysteinemia.③The expression of LFA-1 in CD4~+ T cells is higer in RA groups than in controls,which re- lates to the DNA methylation level and the MTHFR gene C677T polymorphism.

Objective: To learn the health literacy status, trend and associated factors of Ningbo residents from 2015 to 2019, so as to provide basis for developing health policies and interventions. Methods: The monitoring data of health literacy of Ningbo residents from 2015 to 2019 was collected. The health literacy level was calculated and standardized by the population data of the sixth national census of Ningbo in 2010; five-year absolute growth and growth rate were used to reflect the changing trend. Multivariate logistic regression model was employed to analyze the influencing factors for the health literacy level. Results: The health literacy levels from 2015 to 2019 were 15.44%, 21.73%, 22.41%, 27.60% and 30.03%, with an annual increase trend ( P<0.05 ). The five-year absolute growth and growth rate were 14.59% and 94.49%. The Results of multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that the year ( OR=1.158, 95%CI: 1.132-1.184 ), age ( 25-<35岁 years, OR=1.235, 95%CI: 1.039-1.468; 35-<45岁 years, OR=1.416, 95%CI: 1.193-1.681; 45-<55岁 years, OR=1.221, 95%CI: 1.024-1.455 ) , education level ( primary school, OR=1.790, 95%CI: 1.461-2.195; junior high school, OR=2.574, 95%CI: 2.102-3.154; high school/vocational high school/technical secondary school, OR=4.863, 95%CI: 3.943-5.998; college or above, OR=8.829, 95%CI: 7.109-10.965 ) , urban areas ( OR=0.934, 95%CI: 0.874-0.998 ) and occupation ( farmers, OR=0.692, 95%CI: 0.608-0.787; workers, OR=0.746, 95%CI: 0.664-0.837; enterprise staff, OR=0.822, 95%CI: 0.745-0.906; others, OR=1.106, 95%CI: 1.009-1.211 ) were the influencing factors for health literacy level. Conclusion The health literacy level of Ningbo residents shows an upward trend from 2015 to 2019, which are associated with age, education level, area and occupation.
