1.Research on ereythropoietin and its receptor in anemia of neoplasm
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2008;17(3):231-233
The anemia of chronic disease is chronic infection, inflammation, a class of cancer-related anemia syndrome, anemia in patients with malignant tumors often. In recent years recombinant human erythropoietin, widely used in clinical treatment of anemia, Especially in cancer-related anemia treatment achieved remarkable results, a blood transfusion to avoid the many adverse effects and improve the patient' s quality of life. A control chemotherapy-induced anemia is an important choice. Therefore, rhEPO on cancer-related anemia treatment mechanism has also become a research hotspot.
2.Research progress of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of retinopathy
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(18):1431-1433
Stem cell therapy for retinal disease is under way,and several clinical trials are currently recruiting. These trials use human umbilical cord tissue-derived stem cells and bone marrow-derived stem cells to treat visual dis-orders such as age-related macular degeneration, and retinitis pigmentosa. Mesenchymal stem cells( bone marrow mes-enchymal stem cells,BMSCs) belong to adult pluripotent stem cells, capable of unlimited self-renewal,have the poten-tial multi-directional differentiation, and more recent researches, mainly through such cells can differentiation into reti-nal characteristics and morphology similar to or the same structural characteristics of functional impairment, which is widely used in the treatment of retinal diseases. In recent years′researches, whether in the vivo or in vitro experiments, BMSCs have the potential to differentiate into nerve cells offering the selectivity of treatment in retinal injury and disea-ses. So,this view discussed the biological characteristics of BMSCs and bone marrow in the mechanism of action of reti-nopathy,relevant treatment.
3.Progress in the rearch of gadolinium chelate for MRI contrast agents
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;0(04):-
The purpose of this paper is to outline the progress of gadolinium chelates used as extracllular, liver-specific, RES-specific, blood-pool and other tissue-specific contrast agents for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) on the basis of summing up the relevant research papers. Because of its safety and efficacy, the new development of tissue-specific contrast agent is the trend in the research of gadolinium chelates used as contrast agents for MRI.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;(21):3273-3274,3275
Objective To explore the extrahepatic bile duct stones after reoperation cause analysis and coun-termeasures.Methods Clinical data of 150 patients with liver surgery gallstone surgery again were retrospectively analyzed, according to the first reason for liver from gallstone surgery will be divided into the three groups:group hepa-tolithiasis ( group A,100 cases) ,gallstones group ( group B,30 patients) ,common bile duct stones group ( group C, 20 cases) .The reasons for reoperation were analyzed. Results In intrahepatic bile duct stones reoperation patients, the recurrence of liver gallstones was 98 cases(65.3%),common bile duct cysts and Caroli disease was 35 cases (23.3%),anastomotic stenosis in 17 cases(11.3%);The postoperative complication rate of group A(44.0%) was significantly higher than that of group B(13.3%) and group C(15.0%)(χ2 =9.32,5.88,all P<0.05);The sec-ondary and post-operative inflammation stone recurrence within 5 years of group A was 32.0%,which was significant-ly higher than 6.7%of group B and 10.0%of group C(χ2 =7.67,3.97,all P<0.05).Conclusion The intrahe-patic bile duct stones are the main types of reoperation after liver gallstones, gallstones and liver recurrence is the main cause of its secondary surgery. It should be make clear the disease cause of preoperation, take a different surgical options for patients with different types of stones, prevention, and avoid the occurrence of postoperative complications, which can effectively reduce the risk of secondary surgery to alleviate the suffering of patients.
8.Impacts on the curative effect of peripheral facial paralysis treated with acupuncture and moxibustion at different times.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2013;33(12):1085-1087
OBJECTIVETo explore the optimal intervention time of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.
METHODSTwo hundred and four cases of peripheral facial paralysis were collected in clinic for retrospective analysis. According to the time between the disease onset and the intervention of acupuncture and moxibustion, 3 groups (groups A, B and C) were divided. In group A, the treatment was given in 1 to 3 days after onset; in group B, the treatment was given in 4 to 7 days after onset; in group C the treatment was given in 8 to 10 days after onset. The treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion was applied according to the regular stages of disease in the three groups. At the acute stage, the less points and shallow puncture therapy combined with distal acupoints at the limbs were adopted on the affected side. At the stable stage, the more points and shallow puncture therapy were used on the affected side. At the recovery stage, the deep puncture or penetrating punctures was applied on the affected side. The curative effects was given once every day and the treatment of 10 days made one session. The curative effects were analyzed statistically at the end of three sessions of treatments separately.
RESULTSAt the end of the 1st session of treatment, the total effective rate was 58.8% (40/68) in group A, 69.7% (53/76) in group B and 46.6% (28/60) in group C. At the end of the 2nd session of treatment, the total effective rate was 85.3% (58/68), 90.8% (69/76) and 71.6% (43/60) in group A, B and C separately. At the end of 3rd session of treatment, the total effective rates were 89.7% (61/68), 97.4% (74/76) and 83.3% (50/60) in the three groups separately. The differences were significant statistically at the same session of treatment among three groups (all P<0.05), in which, the results in group B was the best, followed by group A and C in sequence.
CONCLUSIONthe best intervention time of acupuncture and moxibustion is in 4 to 7 days after onset of facial paralysis.

9.Analysis on the diagnosis and treatment of non-gland-derived mass on the neck
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(18):44-46
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect of non-gland-derived mass on the neck, and discuss the distribution types and the best treatment options. Methods A total of 76 cases with non-gland-derived mass on the neck were analyzed retrospectively, and the treatment effect was analyzed. Results In the 76 cases,25 cases were benign tumors,19 cases were malignant tumors,32 cases were non-rumors.Surgical treatment was preferred to tumors.According to the nature of the lesions,non-tumors mass shoud choose surgical treatment or medication. Conclusion Non-gland-derived mass on the neck with multiple presentations,it is necessary to choose personal therapies according to the characteristics of masses.
