Objective To compare the efficacy between basic treatment, amitriptyline, and basic treatment combined with mirtazapine and total glucosides of paeonia (TGP) capsule in 4 groups of patients with fibromyalgia syndrome (FS). Objective To explore the misdiagnostic reasons of 24 cases with low back pain misdiagnosed as spondyloarthropathies and to raise the correctness of spondyloarthropathies diagnosis. Methods Using follow-up and counterchecking combined with review medical records, a retrospective analysis of 24 cases misdiagnosed as spondyloarthropathies in our hospital from 2001 to 2005 were done. Results Among the 24 patients misdiagnosed as spondyloarthropathies, 3 had sacral tubulocyst or parathyroid adenoma associated with hyperparathyroidism, 7 patients with benign or malignant tumors had persistent low back pain that aggrevated at night without morning stiffness. The pain could not be relieved by rest or exercise and could not be relieved by administration of multiple nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). The final diagnosis of these 24 cases were as follows: 4 were malignant tumors (retroperitoneal adipose sarcoma, advanced gastric carcinoma, ovarian papillary epithelioma, acute lymphocytic leukemia), 6 were benign tumors (2 parathyroid adenoma associated with hyperparathyroidism, 1 intraspinal lipoma, 1 intraspinal ependymomas, 1 sacral tubulocyst and intraspinal and 1 schwannoglioma respectively). The other 14 cases were fibromyalgia syndrome (3), osteitis condensans (3), diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (2), lubar intervertebral disc protrusion (1), congenital scoliosis (1), Wilson′s disease (1), ochronosis (1), Fanconi′s syndrome (1) and hypophosphatemic rhachiopathy (1). Although 11 patients had presented inflammatory low back pain defined by Calin, only 2 patients satisfied spondyloarthritides as defined by the classification criteria of the European Spondylarthropathy Study Group (ESSG). Conclusion The misdiagnosis of spondyloarthropathy can be improved by way of careful differential diagnosis of low back pain and holding the classification criteria of the European Spondylarthropathy Study Group (ESSG) as guideline.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). METHODS:A total of 88 COPD patients with CAP selected from our hospital during Feb. 2013-Jan. 2015 were divided into control group and observa-tion group according to random number table,with 44 cases in each group. Control group received routine treatment as an-ti-infection,reducing phlegm,fluid replacement,nutritional support,etc. Based on control group,observation group was ad-ditionally given Xuebijing injection 50 mL added into 0.9% Sodium chloride injection 100 mL,ivgtt,for 30-40 min,bid, for consecutive 10 d. Clinical efficacy,application time of antibiotics,pulmonary function indexes [FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,VC] were observed in 2 groups. The occurrence of ADR was recorded. RESULTS:Total response rate of observation group was 88.64%,which was significantly higher than 70.45% of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The application time of antibiotics in observation group was significantly shorter than control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,VC between 2 groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment,FEV1 and VC of 2 groups were improved significantly,and the observation group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in FVC,FEV1/EVC before and af-ter treatment and betwean the two groups (P>0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Xuebijing injection has significant therapeutic efficacy for COPD complicated with CAP and can significantly shorten the use time of an-tibiotics,improve pulmonary function with good safety.

Objective To observe the ultrastructure changes on von Ebner's gland of type 2 diabetes rats. Methods Eighteen Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and experiment group.The diabetes rats model were induced by intraperitoneal injection streptozotocin(STZ) after high-fat food.The von Ebner's gland ultrastructure was observed under transmission electron microscope(TEM) after 8 weeks. Results Compared with the control group,in diabetes rats acinar cell nucleus appeared nucleolemma introcession and karyopycnosis;mitochondria exhibited vacuole degeneration and crista breaking;rough endoplasmic reticula expanded and showed degranulation.Conclusion A sereies of pathologic changes in von Ebner's gland of diabetes rats can be induced by diabetes,which provides morphological evidences for further investigation on the mechanism of diabetes complication.

Objective:To investigate the methods of seamless integration between supplies management system for orthopedic implant consumables and HIS, and realize real-time dynamic monitoring of orthopedics implant material.Methods: After full investigation and process reengineering, we have carried out the dictionary to reconsider and code corresponding to orthopedic implant consumables, by implementing integration with HIS, successfully establishing the real-time dynamic supervision mode of orthopedics implant material.Results: Two systems have completed seamless integration, and safely use more than three years with remarkable application results.Conclusion: We make the successful innovation of advanced management ideas combined with information technology, to solve the problem of orthopedic implant consumables management and provide adequate protection to continuously improve the level of medical safety and quality management.
