Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
When seen from the practice and development of modern medicine,we are facing challenges from various ethical problems which arise from the progress of life support technique, industry and network technique and its application in medicine, life sciences and electronic sciences.Nowadays, the legislation of medical ethics and regulations have become a heated issue drawing the attention of doctors, pharmacists, laboratorians, nurses, medical information staff, religions personnel, philosophers, medical scientists, and lawyers. This thesis tries to analyses the main ethical problems in the use of medical information so as to justify potential eligible ethical norms in clinical practice, expecting to draw the attention of relevant staff and general public and the fulfillment of ethical norms in the medical practice.
2.Investigation of Clinical Use of Xingnaojing Injections in Inpatients
Herald of Medicine 2017;36(1):84-87
Objective To investigate the application of xingnaojing injections ( XNJI) in inpatients and further provide a reference for the rational drug use. Methods The retrospective investigation was carried out by reviewing 186 hospitalization records with XNJI from a certain hospital from January 2014 to June 2015. The usage, dosage, and indication of XNJI were analyzed. Results Unlabeled use of XNJI was found in the neurology department inpatients. 59. 7% inpatients were treated with overdosed XNJI, and 13. 4% were treated with a single drug dose of 40 mL. The inappropriate solvent selection accounted for 49. 5%. Compatibility of XNJI and western medicine injection accounted for 54. 8%. It was also found that XNJI was used together with potassium chloride in clinic (47. 8%). Conclusion There exist some irrational uses of XNJI in clinic, thus the use and management of traditional Chinese medicine injections should be standarized.

Chinese Journal of Comparative Medicine 2015;(7):64-65
Objective To explore the best sampling position of bone marrow biopsy in mice. Methods Mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation, then take the skull, sternum, tibial, femoral and iliac bone, making pathological section.Observed and photographed under light microscope. Comparison of the distribution of the essence and the hematopoietic microenvironment in different parts.Select site which can best reflect the hematopoietic function of bone marrow. Results A large number of hematopoietic cells in ilium marrow sections visible. The cells are evenly distributed. Blood and megakaryocytes were clearly visible. The arrangement of the structure of the scaffolds for tissue closely. The number of fat cells less.Bone marrow hematopoietic cells in the skull, sternum, tibial, femoral were not clear and not active. And there are more fat cells. Conclusions As the best sampling position of bone marrow biopsy, is ilium.
5.The expression and significance of VIP and its receptor in the cochlea of different degrees of chronic alcoholism rats.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(14):1295-1298
OBJECTIVE:
To determine whether chronic alcoholism alters the expression levels of Vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) and its receptor (VIPR1) in the cochlea of chronic alcoholism rats.
METHOD:
We measured their expression levels in 30 SD rats, in which we created models of different degrees of chronic alcoholism. We investigated the presence of the mRNA of VIP in the cochlea of chronic alcoholism rats and controls by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method. We investigated the presence of proteins of VIPR1 in poisoned rats and controls by western blot. We also evaluated the local distribution of VIP cells by immunohistochemistry.
RESULT:
We found that the levels of VIP and VIPR1 were downregulated in the chronic alcoholism groups compared to the controls group. The differences in some expression levels were significant different between chronic alcoholism rats and control rats. Moreover, at different degrees of alcohol poisoning in rats, the contents of VIP and VIPR1 differed. Decreased levels of VIP and VIPR1 were detected in the deep chronic alcoholism group compared to the group with low-degree poisoning (P < 0.05). In spiral ganglion cell plasm the expression of VIP and VIPR1 had no significant difference in three groups (P > 0.05).
CONCLUSION
These results suggest that VIP and VIPR1 play an important role in the auditory function in rats with chronic alcoholism. Chronic alcoholism may cause a peptide hormone secretion imbalance in the auditory system, eventually leading to hearing loss.

6.Associations of JAK1 gene polymorphisms with allergic rhinitis in Chinese Han populations.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(19):1713-1722
OBJECTIVE:
The aim of this study was to investigate the association of JAK1 polymorphisms with allergic rhinitis in China Han population.
METHOD:
A total of 450 patients with AR and 615 healthy subjects as control were genotyped for the presence of three single nucleotide polymorphisms using polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (PGR-RFLP) analysis of DNA extracted from blood samples.
RESULT:
All control subjects were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, but high frequencies of JAK1 the homozygous rs310241 CC genotype were observed in AR patients compared to controls (P < 0.05). The results also revealed that there was no association between the rest of two investigated SNPs and AR.
CONCLUSION
Our results suggested that JAK1 gene rs310241 CC genotype was associated with patients with AR.

7.Effects of ?-lipoic acid on cerebral IRE1 expression induced by sleep deprivation in rats
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
Objective:To observe the influences of sleep deprivation and antioxidant agent ?-lipoic acid on the expression of IRE1 in the cortex and hippocampus in rats. Methods:Rats were randomly divided into control groups and sleep deprivation group. The control groups included blank control group(n=10) and environmental control group(n=10).Sleep deprivation group included 120 rats, and rats were further divided into ?-lipoic acid group(25 mg?kg-1?d-1) and sleep deprivation model group. The two were further divided into 6 groups according to the periods of sleep deprivation and sleep restoration(SD 1 d,SD 3 d,SD 5 d,SD 7 d,SD 7 d/RS 6 h,SD 7 d/RS 12 h[n=10]).The expression of IRE1 mRNA and protein was examined by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry,respectively.Results:RT-PCR results showed that the expression of IRE1 mRNA in the cortex and hippocampus were significantly higher in sleep deprivation group than in the blank and environmental control groups(P
8.Acromegaly and Hypertension
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(10):-
Acromegaly is a rare clinical endocrine disorder related to systematic complications such as cardiovascular, respiratory and metabolic disorders which determine its prognosis.Hypertension is the main complication resulting in the increased frequency of morbidity. The mechanism of hypertension in acromegaly is still no real consensus. In this review,we examine the prevalence and danger of hypertension in acromegalic patients and discuss the clinical and experimental mechanisms on the cardiovascular system in order to define the possible pathogenetic factors involved in the development and/or maintenance of high arterial blood pressure in acromegaly. The modern object of acromegalic treatment is normalization of morbidity and the treatment of pituitary tumor involve surgery, medication and radiation.Besides, blood pressure control is also demanded. The lowering of blood pressure observed in a proportion of hypertensive acromegalics, and the normalization of serum GH and IGF-1 level is of great importance.
10.Effects of Individualized Enteral Nutritional Support on Nutritional Status and Complications in Severe Stroke Patients
China Pharmacist 2017;20(7):1265-1267
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of individualized enteral nutritional (EN) support in severe stroke patients. Methods: Totally 120 severe stroke patients with nutritional risk were divided into two groups according to single or double admission number. The 60 patients in the intervention group received an individualized EN with different formula and concentrations according to the clinical status, and supplemented trace elements as occasion required. In the routine group, the patients received EN with standard formula. The energy supply was 83-125 kJ· kg-1·d-1 in both groups.Blood albumin(Alb), pre-albumin(PA), hemoglobin(Hb) and vitamin C(VC) were examined before and after the 21-day nutritional support. The lung infection and gastrointestinal (GI) complications were observed, and the hospital stay and cost were recorded as well. Results: After 21 day''s nutrition support, the serum levels of Alb, PA and VC in the intervention group were not statisticly significant than before (P>0.05), and the serum levels of Alb, PA and VC were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the in the intervention group was lower than that in the routine group (P<0.05), and the length of hospital stay and hospitalization was shorter than that in the routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Individualized enteral nutritional support can significantly improve nutritional status, reduce inflammation reactions and GI complications in severe stroke patients, which is worthy of clinical use.
