Objective Compared with povidone iodine solution to clean,glutaraldehyde immersion,highpressure steam sterilization of three disinfection methods for dental handpiece sterilization effect.Methods Select the 20 dental clinical used over phone,were randomly divided into A group,B group,C group,D group 5,A group for the control group,only cleaning method did not use any disinfection,B group was 1% Polyvinylpyrrolidone iodine solution,wipe,C group were soaked in 2% glutaraldehyde soluton,D group were treated with high-pressure steam sterilization,after each phone were inoculated with bacteria sample dish,the more monitoring of four groups of bacterial culture.Results A group of bacterial culture for the intensive growth of bacteria,B group had bacterial growth for the(+ ～+ + +),bacterial growth;C group had bacterial culturegrowth was(+ ～ + +),bacterial growth;D group of bacterial culture Growth of(-),no bacterial growth.Conclusion High-pressure steam sterilization was the disinfection of dental handpieces most effective way.

Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin(OPN) mRNA and its correlation with clinicopathologic features of glioma. Methods The expression of OPN mRNA was detected by semi-quantitive RT-PCR in 60 cases of gliomas and their correspondent normal tissues.The relationship between the relative content of OPN mRNA and clinicopathologic features of glioma was also analyzed. Objective To investigate the correlation between aneurysmal subarachnoid hDepartment of Neurosurgery,Xi Dian Group Hospital,Xi'an 710077,Chinaemorrhage (aSAH) and myocardial dysfunction (MD).Methods Totally 96 cases of aSAH patients meeting the criterion were chosen,and the correlations of electrocardiograph (ECG),and ultrasonic cardiogram (UCG)with delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI),death and poor outcome and death were analyzed.Results Of the 93 cases of aSAH patients meeting the criterion,DCI rate was 59.2％,death rate was 19.4％,and poor outcome rate was 21.5％.With multivariable Poisson regression analysis,the results showed that wall motion score index (WMSI) ＞ 1.1 was correlated with death and poor outcome,mid-ventricular wall motion abnormality (WMAs) was correlated with death,and apical WMAs was correlated with DCI.Conclusions Myocardial dysfunction is significantly related to outcome of aSAH.Thus,this study may provide a reference for prognosis assessment and treatment of aSAH.

Objective To investgate the application of overall hemostasis potential (OHP) experiment in the high-risk population of prethrombotic state (PTS). Methods The change of absorbance in fibrin formation and degradation was measured with a spectrophotometer at 340 nm when the plasma clotting was triggered by the low concentration of TF in the presence of urokinase. The OHP,overall coagulation potential (OCP) and the overall fibrinolysis potential (OFP) were obtained from the coagulation-fibrinolysis curve based on the computer analysis. To evaluate this OHP method,52 cancer patients,31 coronary artery disease patients,27 mid/late-stage pregnancy women and 100 healthy controls were detected. In addition,the plasma fibrinogen was detected and its correlation with OHP was studied. Results The level of OCP and OHP in PTS high-risk population was significantly higher in cancer,coronary heart disease patients and the mid/late-stage pregnancy women than in the healthy controls (P0.05). Conclusion The OHP assay may indicate the hemostatic balance; therefore,it can be used for evaluation of PTS.

Objective Carbon dots (CDs) are an emerging carbon nano-material which is environmentally-friendly, economical , efficient and stable .Their fluorescence properties can match the semiconductor quantum dot .Moreover , CDs have more excellent biocompatibilities .The purpose of this experiment is to apply CDs to the fluorescent immune probe to make them a new label , which can replace the traditional fluorescent dyes .Methods Using microwave heating method , the high strength fluorescent carbon dots were prepared .Wtih the EDC coupling method , the high strength fluorescent car-bon dots could bond with Escherichia coli antibodies to form a complex immune fluorescent probe .Specific recognition exper-iments were carried out in the model of E.coli O157∶H7.Results CDs were successfully applied to immune recognition of E.coli O157∶H7 and multicolor fluorescence was observed .Conclusion CDs can serve as a label of the fluorescent im-mune probe , and are expected to become a new type of low toxicity biosensor with independent intellectual property rights .

Objective To explore the effect of virtual reality technology in the promotion of peer in?teraction ability in children with high functioning autism( HFA) . Methods 15 children with HFA were re?cruited and divided into control group( n=5) ,experimental group 1( n=5) and experimental group 2( n=5) with IQ and gender matching. The experimental group 1 received the attentional bias modification task,the flash animation technology task using virtual reality technology and the task in the real environment. The ex?perimental group 2 received the flash animation technology task using virtual reality technology and the task in the real environment. The control group received the task in the real environment only. Results ( 1) Af?ter the attentional bias modification,compared with the experimental group 2,the experimental group 1 was shorter on reaction time( T1=16.0,T2=39.0, U=1.0, P=0.016) ,and was higher on the accuracy( T1=40.0, T2=15.0, U=0.0, P=0.008).(2)The scores of the experimental group 1 in the other?regarding(T1=39.5, T2=15.5, U=0.5, P<0.01) and the using language( T1=38.0,T2=17.0, U=2.0, P<0.05) were higher than the experimental group 2.(3) The scores of the experimental group 1 in the other?regarding,using language and rule executor were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.01).(4) The score of the experimental group 2 in the other?regarding was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05) . Conclusion The attention bias correction based virtual reality peer interaction technology can effectively improve the ability of other?re?garding,language using and execution rules of children with HFA in the real environment.

Objective To learn the existing state of Keshan disease and its trend in Baoji City,and to provide a scientific basis for control of the disease.Methods Feng,Qianyang,Linyou and Long Counties,the Keshan disease affected areas were selected to carry out the case study,and Keshan cases were searched from all registered cases of myocardial patients of the past three years at county-level medical institutions and hospitals of townships(towns).Thirteen villages affected by Keshan disease in Qianyang,Fengxiang,Feng,Linyou and Long Counties were selected as monitoring points to carry out a intensified monitoring.All subjects were surveyed by comprehensive clinical physical examination and 12-lead ECG tracings,and they were diagnosed according to the Keshan disease diagnostic criteria.Ten households were selected randomly in each monitoring point(village),and self-produced wheat samples and adult subject's occipital hair samples were collected for detecting selenium levels.Results Seven hundred and forty-six cardiac cases which containing 17 cases of chronic Keshan disease were discovered in 32 medical institutions,and there were no acute and subacute type of Keshan disease patients.Five thousand seven hundred and twenty-three subjects were examined in the 13 monitoring sites,and 65 cases of Keshan disease were diagnosed which including 17 cases of slow and 48 cases of potential Keshan disease,and no acute or subacute case was found.The total detection rate was 1.14％,and the detection rate ranged from 0 to 2.86％.Hair selenium mean was 0.420 mg/kg; wheat selenium mean was 0.079 mg/kg.Conclusions The Keshan disease detection rate of Baoji City is at a low level.The selenium level of local residents has reached the level of non-endemic area.Constant detection of patient with Keshan disease means various control measures should be reinforced.The comprehensive monitoring program,such as monitoring people's in vivo and in vitro selenium level and others,should be established as soon as possible.

Objective To evaluate the early emergency management process for severe pelvic fractures combined with multiple trauma. Methods The study involved 113 patients with severe pelvic fractures combined with multiple trauma treated from January 2007 to May 2011.The patients were divided into two groups,ie,before trauma team establishment (26 patients treated from January 2007 to May 2008) and after trauma team establishment (87 patients treated from June 2008 to May 2011 ) in accordance with the establishment period of trauma team in June 2008.The mortality was compared before and after application of trauma-team-based algorithm with damage control resuscitation,external fixation and angiographic embolization.Variables including age and gender distribution,ISS score,injury type and mechanism,transportation time,associated injury number,initial systolic pressure hemoglobin and blood transfusion were analyzed for study of their relation with mortality. Results After trauma team establishment,the mortality (23％) was significantly lower than before trauma team establishment (46％).The mortality showed significant relation to ISSN score and over two regions of associated injury,but showed no correlation with age and gender distribution,injury type and mechanism,transportation time initial systolic pressure hemoglobin,and blood transfusion. Conclusion The application of trauma team is effective in treatment of severe pelvic fractures combined with multiple trauma and can decrease the mortality.

Objectives To explore the role of PKCβ/p66Shc oxidative stress signaling pathway in hyperoxia-induced apoptosis of alveolar epithelial cells A549. Methods A549 cells were cultured in vitro and divided randomly into control (incubated with 5%CO2), hyperoxia group (exposed to a mixture of 900 ml/L O2 and 50 ml/L CO2 at speed of 3 L/min for 10 mins, then cultured in a closed environment) and LY333531 group (treated with 10μmol/L of PKCβinhibitor LY333531 for 24h then induced with hyperoxia for 10 mins). The cellular morphology was observed under inverted microscope at 12, 24 and 48 h of treatment. The cell apoptosis was detected by lfow cytometry. Expression of PKCβ/Pin1/p66Shc/p66Shc-Ser36 were detected by immunohistochemistry after 24 h of treatment. Results Comparing to the control group, the cellular morphology of A549 in the hyperoxia group changed to spherical shapes and space between cells increased, the living cell count decreased and suspension cell increased. The living cell count in LY333531 group increased and suspension cell decreased than those in hyperoxia group but not reach the levels of the control group. The apoptosis rate of A549 cells and the expression of PKCβ/Pin1/p66Shc/p66Shc-Ser36 at 24 h were signiifcantly increased in the hyperoxia group than those in the control group, while the apoptosis rate and the expression of PKCβ/Pin1/p66Shc/p66Shc-Ser36 were greatly decreased in the LY333531 group than those in the hyperoxia group (all P<0.01). Conclusions The expression of PKCβin A549 cells can be increased by the hyper-oxia induction but reduced by LY333531, and then the expressions of Pin1, p66Shc and p66Shc-Ser36 are reduced. Thus the re-duced apoptosis of A549 cells relieve the cell injury induced by hyperoxia.
