To evaluate the influence of phacoemulsification on corneal endothelium of senile cataract with lupus nephritis (LN).
●METHODS:This clinical trial involved 40 cataract patients with lupus nephritis (40 eyes), and 50 cases (50 eyes) without lupus nephritis. All of them underwent phacoemulsification+lOL implantation. The parameters of corneal endothelial cell including central corneal endothelium cell density ( CED ), average area of endothelial cell ( AVE) and coefficient of variation ( CV) were recorded by corneal endothelial microscope pre -operation and at one month after operation. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13. 0 statistical software.
● RESULTS: Both LN group and control group, the morphology of coneal endothelial was statistical significant differences between pre - operation and 1mo postoperation. The CED was lower, AVE and CV were higher ( P < 0. 05, respectively). A significant decrease in CED was seen in the LN group than did in the control group (P < 0. 05). Compared to control group, the post -operative AVE and CV in LN group was significantly increased (P<0. 05).
● CONCLUSlON: The corneal endothelial cell in lupus nephritis patients is more fragile. Safe and reliable operation should be selected for these patients.

Objective To improve the patients' satisfaction to the nursing work through implementing the humanistic concern in nursing work. Methods We held some activities to provide the humanistic concern in nursing work, developed the educations to improve the professional quality of the nurses, constructed the criterion of civilized srvice, and strengthened the construction of nursing culture in the service demonstration ward. Meanwhile, we intensified the service ideas to create the harmonious patient-nurse relationships, the harmonious working settings, the harmonious treatment surroundings and the harmonious humanistic environment. Results The whole quality of the nurses was improved. especially the consciousness of active service. The relationship between nurses and patients was more harmonious, and the nursing quality and the degree of patients' satisfaction were elevated. Conclusions to implement the humanistic concern in nursing work is not only the base of building the harmonious relationships between patients and nurses. but also the guarantee of elevating the nursing quality and the degree of patients' satisfaction.

AIM:To compare the clinical effect of 23G and 25G+ vitrectomy for treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR).METHODS: A total of 128 PDR patients (195 eyes) requiring vitrectomy in our hospital from November 2013 to May 2016 were randomly divided into 25G+ group and 23G group, 64 cases (97 eyes) in 25G+ group and 64 cases (98 eyes) in 23G group. In 25G+ group, patients were treated by 25G+ vitrectomy. In 23G group, patients were treated by 23G vitrectomy. The visual acuity, as well as intraocular pressure (IOP), iatrogenic injury and complications in two groups were recorded before and 1d, 1wk, 1mo after treatment. The operation time was compared between two groups.RESULTS: The operation time in 25G+ group was lower than that in 23G group (P<0.05).The postoperative visual acuity at 1mo of two groups were improved compared with before surgery (P<0.01).However, visual acuity between two groups in the same period had no significant difference (P>0.05).IOP in 25G+ group before surgery had no significant difference compared with those after surgery at 1d,1wk, and 1mo(P>0.05), which it was the same in 23G group.IOP of two groups in the same period had no significant difference (P>0.05).The incidence rate of iatrogenic injury in 25G+ group was 4.1%, which was significant lower than that of 23G group (13.3%) (P<0.05).The incidence rate of complication in 25G+ group was 3.1%, which was significant lower than that of 23G group (11.2%) (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Both 23G and 25G+ vitrectomy are safe and effective treatment for PDR.However, 25G+ vitrectomy is the better choice for PDR for the shorter operation time, lower incidence rate of iatrogenic injury and fewer surgical complications.

This paper summarizes the key points of safety management for 15 patients with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension treated by aerosolized iloprost. All patients achieved significant improvements and none of them suffered any severe side effect. Complete safety management during the therapeutic procedure improved the patients' treatment confidence and compliance, and thereafter strengthened the efficacy of treatment.

To detect the in vitro probe microdialysis recoveries based on an HPLC-DAD method for simultaneous quantification of nine active ingredients (ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, methylephedrine, amygdalin, liquiritin, cinnamyl alcohol, cinnamic acid, cinnamaldehyde and glycyrrhizic acid) in Mahuang decoction, which provides reference for in vivo pharmacokinetic study. The concentrations of nine active ingredients in dialysate were detected by HPLC-DAD, to investigate the effect of flow rates (incremental method and subtraction method) and intraday stability of the probe recoveries and medium concentrations on the recoveries. Nine active ingredients could be well separated in 52 min. At the perfusion rate of 1.0 μL x min(-1), the relative recoveries of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, methylephedrine, amygdalin, liquiritin, cinnamyl alcohol, cinnamic acid, cinnamaldehyde and glycyrrhizic acid were (50.95 ± 0.82)%, (52.74 ± 1.13)%, (51.29 ± 0.51)%, (32.56 ± 0.84)%, (45.36 ± 0.83)%, (70.94 ± 0.99)%, (69.98 ± 2.30)%, (71.68 ± 0.63)%, and (22.14 ± 0.48)%, respectively. And the probe kept steady in 7 hours. At the same medium concentration, the probe recoveries decreased exponentially with the increase in flow rates. The recoveries of seven ingredients detected by these two methods were similar at certain flow rates, except for amygdalin and cinnamaldehyde. At the same flow rate, the relative recoveries of cinnamyl alcohol, cinnamic acid and cinnamaldehyde changed greatly (9.55%-16.2%) and the others six ingredients had less change (3.27%-5.71%) with the changes in medium concentrations. Microdialysis method could be used to detect the in vitro recoveries of nine ingredients in Mahuang decoction. Reverse dialysis method could be used for the in vivo probe recovery calibration of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, methylephedrine, liquiritin, cinnamyl alcohol and cinnamic acid at the flow rate of 2.0 μL x min(-1).

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2012;18(36):4381-4384
Objective To explore the effect of dietary categories on effectiveness of the intestinal cleanliness before the colonoscopy, patients' acceptance of dietary changes and adverse reactions in bowel preparation. Methods Totals of 94 patients who underwent colonoscopy were divided into normal diet group (n =30),semi-liquid food group (n =32) and fasting group (n =32) according to the dinner diet styles the day before the colonoscopy.Observed three groups of adverse reactions, patients' acceptance and intestinal cleanliness. Results No significant difference was found in the medicine dosage, water intake, intestinal cleanliness among the three groups (P > 0.05).The cases of fatigue phenomenon and discomfort on dietary changes in normal diet group were 4 and 1,in semi-liquid food group were 14 and 8,in fasting group were 13 and 5,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =7.765,20.623,respectively; P < 0.05).While no significant difference was found in the incidence of other adverse reaction among the three groups (P > 0.05).Conclusions Dietary categories are no effect on the intestinal cleanliness of the colonoscopy. However, according to the conditions of the patients before taking laxatives poly would increase their comfort under certain dietary restrictions.

This essay introduces a method of determining the dimethylacetamide concentration by gas chromatography in the dialyzer. The clinical dialysis process is simulated. The capillary chromingraphic method is used with the peak area and the external standard method, Optimizing testing conditions of gas chromatography. Therefore, This method shows good sensitivity and good repeatability.
