Objective:To evaluate magnetic resonance (MR) indirect lymphography for lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer diagnosis value.Methods: One hundred and eight cases of the 2009-2013 hospital admission of patients with cervical cancer, magnetic resonance indirect lymphography for sentinel lymph node imaging, pelvic lymph drainage situation of observation, the patients underwent total hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy.Results: The experimental results show that interstitial magnetic resonance lymphography judgment patients with cervical cancer lymphmetastasis accuracy was 96.30% (104/108), the sensitivity was 78.95% (15/19), no significant difference with the pathological examination results (t=0.89,P>0.05). The determination of interstitial magnetic resonance lymphography for lymph node metastasis of uterine cervix cancer prediction accuracy rate is high,play an important role in the preoperative diagnosis of uterine cervical cancer.Conclusion:MR indirect lymphography for cervical cancer patients can appear pelvic draining lymph node anatomy, regional lymphatic, and evaluation of sentinel lymph node status and diagnosis of cervical cancer with lymph node metastasis or not is feasible and effective.

Objective To investigate the infiltration of inflammatory cells and the pathogenesis of nasal polyps. Methods the nasal polyps were obtained from 42 patients undergoing nasal operations. The tissues from each patient were stained with HE and Toluidine Blue for eosiophils, lymphocyte, plasma cell and mast cell and observed under the light microscope. A mean number of the above cells were counted. All data were analyzed with the Ttest. Results Eosinophils were found predominantly in 12 polyps(28.57％). Lymphocyte infiltration was shown in the other 30 polyps (71.43％). Furthermore, many mast cells with only a few eosinophils were found in the lymphocyte infiltration polyps; the number of mast cells in these polyps were much more than those in eosinophil accumulation polyps with a very significant difference(P＜0.01). Conclusion The accumulation of eosinophils in the nasal polyps does not appear to be related to the presence of mast cells and allergy. The disorder of immunity may play an important role in the formation of nasal polyps.

Objective To investigate the change of renal 1-alpha hydroxylase and its effect on bone mineral density in the old rats with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods Forty Wistar rats of 18 months old were randomly divided into normal control (N), diabetes (D), diabetes treated with vitamin D_ 3 (T1) and diabetes treated with 1-?(OH)D_ 3 (T2) groups, respectively. Ten rats in each group. Dual energy X-ray absorption (DEXA) was used to determine bone mineral density (BMD) of lumbar spines and femoral bone. 24 h urinary protein excretion, serum 25(OH)D_ 3 and 1,25(OH)_ 2 D_ 3 were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results Compared with controls, 24 h urinary protein excretion increased remarkably D, T1, T2 groups, while BMD greatly decreased, much lower in D group and T1 group than T2 group (P0.05). Objective:To establish the quality standard for Tongduhuoxue Tablets.Methods: Radix Salvia miltiorrhiza and Rhizoma Corydalis in this prescription were identified by TLC. Tanshinone Ⅱ A was determined by HPLC and astragaloside was determined by dual wavelength TLC Scanning.Results:Radix Salvia miltiorrhiza and Rhizoma Corydalis could be detected by TLC. Determination method of tanshinone Ⅱ A and astragaloside was linear at the range of 0.04 ～ 0.8 ?g( r= 0.99998 ,n=7 ) and 0.3 ～ 6.0 ?g( r= 0.9991 ,n=7 ),average recovery was 98.6% ( RSD= 1.1% ,n=5 ) and 97.7% ( RSD= 1.8% ,n=5 ),respectively. Conclusions: The established method is accurate and reproducible. This study provides a method for the quality control of Tongduhuoxue Tablets.

To evaluate the influence of phacoemulsification on corneal endothelium of senile cataract with lupus nephritis (LN).
●METHODS:This clinical trial involved 40 cataract patients with lupus nephritis (40 eyes), and 50 cases (50 eyes) without lupus nephritis. All of them underwent phacoemulsification+lOL implantation. The parameters of corneal endothelial cell including central corneal endothelium cell density ( CED ), average area of endothelial cell ( AVE) and coefficient of variation ( CV) were recorded by corneal endothelial microscope pre -operation and at one month after operation. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13. 0 statistical software.
● RESULTS: Both LN group and control group, the morphology of coneal endothelial was statistical significant differences between pre - operation and 1mo postoperation. The CED was lower, AVE and CV were higher ( P < 0. 05, respectively). A significant decrease in CED was seen in the LN group than did in the control group (P < 0. 05). Compared to control group,the post -operative AVE and CV in LN group was significantly increased (P<0. 05).
● CONCLUSlON: The corneal endothelial cell in lupus nephritis patients is more fragile. Safe and reliable operation should be selected for these patients.

AIM:To establish the quality standard of Compound Shouwu Granule (Radix Polygoni multiflori,Radix et Rhizoma Thalictri Baicalensis,Herba Rabdosiae Rubescentis,etc.) METHODS:TLC was performed to identify Radix Polygoni Multiflori,Radix et Rhizoma Thalictri Baicalensis,Herba Rabdosiae Rubescentis.HPLC was used to determine 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-0-?-D-glucoside. RESULTS:The study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific.The quantitative evaluation had the linear range of 0.04-0.72 ?g.The average recovery was 99.99% and RSD was 1.3%. CONCLUSION: The method for identification and quantitation was simple,accurate,realizable and reproducible.It can be used effectively for the quality control of Compound Shouwu Granule.

Objective;To explore the regulative effect of perceived social support between personality and mental health.Methods;With Perceived Social Support Scale,NEO Five Factor Inventory and General Health Questionnaire-GHQ 20,1800 college students from 9 Hunan colleges and universities were inverstigated.Results;①Significant positive correlation existed between the factors of GHQ-20 and NEO-N,while significant negative correlation between the factors of GHQ-20 and NEO-E,NEO-C and all factors of perceived social support;perceived social support and its factors had significant negative correlation with NEO-N,while significant positive correlation with NEO-E and NEO-C.②There was significant interaction effects between perceived social support and personality existing in mental health.Conclusion;Students' perceived social support play a regulative role between personality and mental health.

The early training of scientific research for seven-year medical program students is an important step to foster inventive advanced medicine professionals.According to our department research project,we give the students the medical research lecture and establishing the tutorial system in which the tutors are responsible for guiding students to become a study group,leading them to develop their primary scientific research.The result shows it has good effect on establishing scientific thinking,improving their scientific research ability and raising their awareness of scientific research.

Objective To explore the correlation between serum brain natriuretlc peptide(BNP) and cardiac function in children with pneumonia.Methods Fifty-two children with pneumonia were seleated.Among them 20 were complicated with congestive heart failure(CHF),including 9 boys and 11 girls,their ages ranging from 4 months to 4 years old;and 32 cases non-complicated with CHF,including 17 boys and 15 girls,their ages ranging from 5 months to 6 years old.Besides,there were 30 healthy children as control group,including 16 boys and 14 girls,their ages ranging from 6 months to 5 years old.For all the children,their serum BNP was measured by using ELISA met-hod,and CK-MB was measured by automatic biochemistry analyzer.In the sametime,their cardial function was measured by echocardiography.Results In the children with pneumonina complicated with CHF,the levels of serum BNP[(182.45?57.32) ng/L] and CK-MB [(48.19?16.08) IU/L] were higher than those of healthy control group[(35.12?13.84) ng/L,(11.48?4.29) IU/L Pa0.05).The levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricle shortening fraction(FS),peak flow velocity of arteriae arota(PFVA),peak flow velocity of pulmonary artery(PFVP) in the children with pneumonia complicated with CHF were lower than those of healthy control group(Pa0.05).There was a positive correlation between the levels of serum BNP and CK-MB(r=0.28 P0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum BNP may be an important index in diagnosis of infant pneumonia complicated with CHF.

Objective To develop a convenient method efficiently expands the frequency of specific CTLS.Methods We used different concentrations of CMV-speeific epitope peptides pp65 to stimulate PBMCs for expansion of CMV-specific CTLs.CMV-specifie CTLs were doubly labeled by tetramers-PE and CD_8-FITC for FACS analysis.Results The method expands CMV-speeific CTLs efficiently.CMV-specific CTLs were expanded from 1% to 20% of PBMCs quickly(namely 40% of CD_8~+ T cells).The method provided a large number of cells with tetramer staining of CD_8~+ T cells for FACS analysis from a single blood sampling.Conclusions Peptides stimulation methods are convenient,easy to operate and expanded CMV- specific CTLs efficiently.The increased frequencies of CMV-specific CTLs allowed the data of different individuals to be easily compared and sequentially evaluated.The methods lay the base for adoptive immunotherapy to prevent CMV disease.
