Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2017;35(4):264-267
Objective To analyze the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of severe hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) complicated with heart failure in children, and to explore the risk factors of severe complications. Method The clinical data of children with HFMD admitted from January 2014 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and their HFMD was at clinical stage 2 or over. Results There were totally 321 cases of severe HFMD, in which common group (clinical stage 2) had 306 cases and cardiopulmonary failure group (clinical stage 3 or 4) had 15 cases. There was no death in common group, while 7 cases died in cardiopulmonary failure group, and there was statistical difference (P<0.001). The median age in cardiopulmonary failure group was 9 months (6-20 months), which was lower than that in common group (median age of 24-month-old, 3 months to 12 years) and there was statistical difference (P<0.01). The peak temperature and fever duration were (39.44±0.23)℃, (5.01±0.94) d respectively in cardiopulmonary failure group, both of which were higher than peak temperature of (39.12 ±0.20)℃ and fever duration of (3.93 ± 0.47) d in common group, and the differences were significant (P all<0.05). The incidences of vomit, disturbance of consciousness, peripheral circulation, respiratory rhythm irregular and pneumonedema in cardiopulmonary failure group were higher than those in common group, and there were statistically significant differences (P all<0.001). The positive rate of human enterovirus 71 (EV71) in cardiopulmonary failure group was 85.7%, which was higher than that in common group, and there was significant difference (P<0.01). The levels of N terminal brain natriuretic peptide (NT-pro BNP) in cardiopulmonary failure group were all increased (100%), the rate of which was higher than that in common group (35.3%), and there was significant difference (P<0.001). Conclusion For children with HFMD, vomiting, consciousness disorders, circulatory disorders, respiratory rhythm disorders, EV71 positive and elevated levels of NT-pro BNP were risk factors of cardiopulmonary failure, and disease changes should be closely monitored.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2010;19(7):632-634
Objective To study the effects of γ-aminobutyric acid ( GABA) and sertraline on the CABAA(α) receptor and GABAB receptor of hippocampus neuron in rats of depression induced by acute stress. Methods The cognitive function of male SD (Sprague-Dawley) rats was screened through Y-maze. Then rats were randomly divided into five groups. Except control group, rats were injected intraperitoneally with double-distilled, GABA,sertraline or GABA + sertraline respectively. They were exposed to the forced-swimming stress test, which was to make acute stress model of depression. The space memory function in the maze was measured. Then the number of GABA-like immunoreactive neurons in hippocampus CA1 ,CA3 ,DG areas of rats were investigated with immunohistochemist. Results Compared with the model group, the immobility time in the forced-swimming test and the latency in the maze could be reduced significantly after pretreatment with GABA and sertraline (P < 0.01). The positive cell populations of CA1 ,CA3 region and DG gate region in the model group were significantly reduced compared with the control group (P<0.01). GABA could only improve the positive cell populations of GABAB receptor in CA3 region (P<0.01). In the sertraline group, the positive cell populations in hippocampus were increased obviously more than it in model group(P<0.01). The positive cell populations of hippocampus in the GABA + sertraline group in CA1 ( (82.83±8.72),(78.08±5.67)),in CA3((92.83±9.35),(76.00±3.97)),in the gate of DG( (35.00 ±1.41) ,(33.33±4.36)) increased significantly to the other groups (P< 0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Ectogenic GABA could improve the sertraline' s effects of antagonizing acute depression effectively and the space memory function, and its mechanism may be involved in strengthening the expression of GABAA(α) receptor and GABAB receptor in hippocampus.
3.RNA interference technology and its advances on research of multidrug resistance of leukemia
Cancer Research and Clinic 1997;0(03):-

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(3):249-251
Acupuncture therapy for regaining consciousness activates soreness, numbness, distention, heaviness, radiating and moving, electric shock and ant climbing sensations at the specific acupoints in the stroke patients. Radiating and moving sensations are the summary of needling sensations such as soreness, numbness and twitching presenting during lifting and thrusting manipulation. These sensations are the essential factors of the therapeutic effect of regaining consciousness. Radiating sensation refers to the conduction along meridians and radiation of soreness and numbness. Moving sensation refers to the local muscular twitching at acupoints and the involuntary movement of limbs, joints and the distal. Acupuncture at the specific acupoints achieves radiating and moving sensations for promoting the circulation in meridians, regulating qi and mind and balancing yin and yang in stroke patients. This therapy was introduced in the paper in view of acupoint location, needle insertion and manipulation.
