Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(7):530-532
Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)can afford more information of the vascularization of pancreatic tumors.Adenocarcinomas are often hypovascularized as compared with surrounding tissue, while neuroendocrine tumors are hypervascularized lesions. The most common enhancement pattern of masses associated with pancreatitis ale isovascularizatiom CEUS can improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis ability in pancreatic tumors. The clinical application value of CEUS is significant.
2.The effects of γ-aminobutyric acid and sertraline on the GABA receptor of hippocampus neuron in rats of depression induced by acute stress
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2010;19(7):632-634
Objective To study the effects of γ-aminobutyric acid ( GABA) and sertraline on the CABAA(α) receptor and GABAB receptor of hippocampus neuron in rats of depression induced by acute stress. Methods The cognitive function of male SD (Sprague-Dawley) rats was screened through Y-maze. Then rats were randomly divided into five groups. Except control group, rats were injected intraperitoneally with double-distilled, GABA,sertraline or GABA + sertraline respectively. They were exposed to the forced-swimming stress test, which was to make acute stress model of depression. The space memory function in the maze was measured. Then the number of GABA-like immunoreactive neurons in hippocampus CA1 ,CA3 ,DG areas of rats were investigated with immunohistochemist. Results Compared with the model group, the immobility time in the forced-swimming test and the latency in the maze could be reduced significantly after pretreatment with GABA and sertraline (P < 0.01). The positive cell populations of CA1 ,CA3 region and DG gate region in the model group were significantly reduced compared with the control group (P<0.01). GABA could only improve the positive cell populations of GABAB receptor in CA3 region (P<0.01). In the sertraline group, the positive cell populations in hippocampus were increased obviously more than it in model group(P<0.01). The positive cell populations of hippocampus in the GABA + sertraline group in CA1 ( (82.83±8.72),(78.08±5.67)),in CA3((92.83±9.35),(76.00±3.97)),in the gate of DG( (35.00 ±1.41) ,(33.33±4.36)) increased significantly to the other groups (P< 0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Ectogenic GABA could improve the sertraline' s effects of antagonizing acute depression effectively and the space memory function, and its mechanism may be involved in strengthening the expression of GABAA(α) receptor and GABAB receptor in hippocampus.

Results The success rate of bilateral ureteral catheterization in the study group was 98.9%(180/182)and no ureteral injury occurred .In the control group, ureteral injury was found in 2 cases, which were converted to open surgery for ureter repair and double J stent was retained .The 2 cases recovered 2 months after the surgery.Bladder injury was found in 2 cases during the surgery , which received immediate repair assisted by surgeons from the department of urinary surgery and recovered 2 months after postoperative catheterization . No statistical difference was found in complication rate between the two groups ( P=0.125 ) . Conclusion The application of ureteral catheterization in complicated gynecological laparoscopic surgery can reduce the risk of intraoperative ureteral injury .
4.Thinking on acupuncture depth.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(1):81-86
With acupuncture depth as a perspective, some related issues are discussed in this paper. Firstly, the possible reasons of divergence on needling depth are explained. Secondly, by literature retrieval, the advantages and disadvantages of the clinical efficacy of deep needling and shallow needling are explored, and the essential value of shallow needling is emphasized in promoting acupuncture. Thirdly, due to the placebo acupuncture that led to the controversy of the curative effect of acupuncture, it is crucial to establish a method of modern system of scientific research which should be suitable for the development of acupuncture. Finally, the "cun" in acupuncture is inappropriate to transform into millimeter, and the standardization of acupuncture should focus on the improvement of curative efficacy. From the acupuncture depth, it is clear that there are plenty of problems in acupuncture, which could not only limit the development of acupuncture, but also affect the future of acupuncture.

China Pharmacist 2014;(11):1826-1829
Objective: To establish an HPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of hypericin in rat plasma. Methods: The sample was analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS after the addition of internal standard and then protein precipitation using acetonitrile. The sepa-ration was carried out on an Ultimate C18 column (150 mm × 2. 1 mm,5. 0 μm). The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile∶ 5 mmol·L-1 ammoniumacetate (containing 0. 1% formic acid) (90∶10) at a flow rate of 0. 5 ml·min-1 under 35℃. The detection was performed with multiple teactions monitoring ( MRM) using an electrospray ionization ( ESI) . The precursor/product ion transitions were monitored at m/z 503. 2→m/z 405. 1 for hypericin and m/z 355. 0→m/z 41. 9 for the internal standard pioglitazone ( anion mode). Results:The good linearity of hypericin was obtained within the range of 0. 1-13. 2 ng·ml-1. The correlation coefficient was more than 0. 99 and the lower limit of quantification was 0. 1 ng·ml-1. The extraction recovery was within the range of 84. 19%-98. 71%. The precision of intra-and inter-day was below 18. 47%. Conclusion: The method is fast, sensitive and accurate, which provides research basis for the clinical further study of hypericin.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
Minimally invasive treatment of liver cancer plays a very important role in clinical practice in China, because most patients had the background of hepatitis or cirrhosis and were prone to recurrence after radical resection of the tumor. In the past four decades, much progress has been made in controlling liver cancer, which is well consistent with the trends of minimally invasive treatment. Minimally invasive therapy is also the main goals of our practice and has a great potential developing future, although a good outcome is the prerequisite. Nowadays, minimally invasive treatment for liver cancer includes percutaneous transarterial chemotherapy or embolization (TAE or TACE), percutaneous ethand injection (PEI), and ablation with radiofrequency, micromave, cryosurgery or high intensity focused ultrasound.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(11):-
Three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy(3DCRT) is a new physical method which can enhance the therapeutic gain factor(TGF) of radiotherapy. It can escalate the doses of local tumor and decrease the doses of normal tissue. For patients with primary liver tumors, 3DCRT can increase the local control rates, prolong patients survival and decrease the incidence of radiation-induced complications.
