1.Community Rehabilitation Project Implementation in Promoting Well-off Process of People with Disabilities

Objective This paper summarized the practice and experience of community rehabilitation project based on the model of In-ternational Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) and whole-person development, in order to promote the well-off pro-cess of people with disabilities. Methods They worked under the guidance of double track, strength perspective and whole-person develop-ment for people with disabilities;developed and integrated the community resources and provided personalized accurate service;brought the affairs of people with disabilities into various departments;adjusted measures to local conditions and innovated working methods;and creat-ed a good social atmosphere. Results Three years after project implementation, it improved in health, education, making a living and other aspects. The benefited people with disabilities returned to society in various degrees. Conclusion The project combined the concept of inter-national community rehabilitation with the actual situation of the project area effectively. Throughwhole-person developmenttraining and practice, it promoted the social way of functioning, disability, and changed the way of work and the development of thedual-track model, fully promoted the service level of rehabilitation workers at the grass-roots level, as well as the ability construction of local disabled persons' federation.
4.Tentative Discussion on Administerial and Professional Training for Community- based Rehabilitation

Personnel training is always a key element in community-based rehabilitation (CBR) work. For trainers as well as organizers,the aim of CBR trainings is to develop applied talents who are able to understand, practice and service in accordance with trainees' background,roles and responsibilities, needs of persons with disabilities. This paper reviewsed tentative approaches such as progressive training,participatory training, and field visit in the CBR training project developed by China Disabled Persons' Federation and Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation. It finally puts forward some suggestions and references for further trainings on CBR or similar topic.
5. The impact of male circumcision on the natural history of genital HPV infection: a prospective cohort study

Objective:
To analyze the correlation between circumcision and incidence and clearance of male genital HPV infection.
Methods:
From May to July 2014, 18-55 year old men who had sexual behavior history were recruited from the general population in Liuzhou, Guangxi to set up a cohort. Totally, 113 circumcised and 560 uncircumcised men were enrolled and interviewed using a questionnaire (including information on demographic characteristics and sexual behaviors), then they were followed-up with 6-month interval for 2 times. On each visit, specimens of male external genitalia were collected and genotyped for HPV DNA. The differences of incidence and clearance of genital HPV infections between circumcised and uncircumcised men were analyzed by Log-rank test. Cox regression was used to analyze the relationship between circumcision and incidence and clearance of HPV infection.
Results:
The median age (
