Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ginger-partitioned moxibustion combined with manual repositioning for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Methods:A total of 76 BPPV cases were randomly allocated into an observation group (n=38) and a control group (n=38). Patients in the observation group received ginger-partitioned moxibustion at Tinggong (SI 19) plus manual repositioning, whereas patients in the control group received the same manual repositioning alone. Results: After 48 h of treatment, the total effective rate was 94.7% in the observation group, versus 86.8% in the control group; after 7 d of treatment, the total effective rate was 78.9% in the observation group, versus 73.7% in the control group, both showing between-group statistical differences (P<0.05). The follow-up after 3 months showed that 2 cases (6.7%) got relapse in the observation group, versus 8 cases (28.6%) in the control group, showing a statistical difference (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate was 2.6% in the observation group, versus 21.1% in the control group, showing a statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: Ginger-partitioned moxibustion at Tinggong (SI 19) plus manual repositioning can obtain better effect for BPPV than manual repositioning alone. In addition, this therapy has stable efficacy and causes less adverse reactions.

Objective To explore the application of entire information management system in nursing of patients with high-risk pressure ulcers and to evaluate its influence on the high risk of pressure ulcers prevention management. Methods Established core group of pressure ulcers management to provide professional guidance to high-risk pressure ulcers patients nursing in whole hospital, structured information management module, improved high-risk pressure ulcers report, added statistical form for it, implemented intelligent record as well as automatic statistics, improved and implemented nursing management work flow for high risk pressure ulcers patients, strengthen supervise to the practical to pressure ulcers prevention, and dynamically managed the whole process from reporting to lapsing of high risk patients by information system. Results After the implementation of entire information management system, pressure ulcers incidence of high risk patients in hospital was significantly decreased compared with that of before(18.98%vs 32.64%;χ2 =10.032,P<0.01).The report accuracy of pressure ulcers was improved than that before (98.15% vs 91.71%;χ2 =9.084,P<0.01).The time for nursing administration department making statistics for pressure ulcers case quarterly was decreased from 6 hours to 20 minutes. Conclusions Adopting the entire information management system of pressure ulcers can decrease the pressure ulcers morbidity of high risk patients, increase the accuracy of report for high-risk pressure ulcer, improve work efficiency of statistical analysis to high-risk pressure ulcers, and improve the work for prevention and control of pressure ulcers.

Objective To construct an"Internet+TCM nursing service"talent cultivation model in Zhejiang Province and to evaluate its application effect. Methods Based on the literature review and expert panels, the"Internet+TCM nursing service"talent cultivation model was constructed in Zhejiang Province.A total of 63 trainees from 63 TCM and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospitals in the province were selected to carry out for 45 days of theoretical training and 9 days of clinical skills training. After the training, the training effect was evaluated by theoretical knowledge,TCM nursing skills, scenario simulation case assessment, trainees'satisfaction,as well as a survey on the results of practice. Results The constructed talent cultivation model contains course contents including theoretical learning, skill training and emergency home treatment management and corresponding assessment programs.Sixty-three trainees successfully completed the course with the theoretical score of(92.24±3.64),the skill score of(97.13±2.53),and the situational case score of(95.78±3.02).Fifty-five trainees(87.30%)were assessed as"excellent"and 8(12.70%)as"good".The trainees'satisfaction about the overall module design of the project was(4.93±0.23)and 415 cases of"Internet+TCM nursing service"were carried out. Conclusion The"Internet+TCM nursing service"talent cultivation model in Zhejiang Province has strong applicability and remarkable training effect, which can provide references for the implementation of"Internet+TCM nursing service"in other regions.
