Objective To investigate the application of two dimensional bar code on the quality tracking of surgical instrument. Methods Sixty cases of surgical instrument packets without sterilization in sterilization and supply center were selected. The parkets were divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was applied two dimensional bar code on the surgical instrument packets. We eraluated the effect of quality tracking according to the using time that started from discorering sterilization items unqualified to tracking to the patient who use this item. The control group was applied traditional methods. Results The quality tracking time of experiment group was significantly shorter than the time of control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The staff satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Applying two dimensional bar code can improve the work efficiency, the sterilization quality of surgical instrument packet and guarantee the operation safety of patients.

To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Qingfei oral liquid in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Seventy-two male SD rats were divided into control group, model group, pirofenidone group and Qingfei group with 18 animals in each group. The idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis was induced in last three groups by intratracheal injection of bleomycin; pirofenidone group was given oral administration of pirofenidone b.i.d for 21 d, and Qingfei group was given Qingfei oral liquid 3.6 mL/kg q.d for Lung tissues were obtained for HE staining, Masson staining and transforming growth factor (TGF)-β immunohistochemical staining. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) were detected in tissue homogenates. The BATMAN-TCM database was used to retrieve the chemical components and their corresponding targets of Qingfei oral solution by network pharmacology method, and then the component-target-disease network diagram was constructed. Finally, the pathway enrichment analysis was carried out to explore the molecular mechanism of Qingfei oral liquid against idiopathic fibrosis. Histopathology results showed that Qingfei oral liquid had a similar relieving effect on pulmonary fibrosis as the positive drug pirfenidone; TGF-β secretion had a significant reduction in lung tissues of Qingfei group; and Qingfei oral liquid had better regulatory effect on SOD, MDA and GSH than pirfenidone. The results of component-target-disease network and pathway enrichment analysis showed that the related molecular pathways were concentrated in inflammation, extracellular matrix and cytokines. Qingfei oral liquid has a good therapeutic effect on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in rats via regulation of inflammation, extracellular matrix and cytokines.

Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical efficacy of transvaginal lesions excision in lower uterine segnent scar pregnancy. Methods Sixteen patients with lower uterine segment scar pregnancy underwent transvaginal lesion resection, intraoperative bleeding, operation time and postoperative recovery, and complications were observed, and the changes of serum β-HCG and recovery pf menstruation of two groups after operation were observed. Results All the sixteen patients had successful operations, with intraoperative bleeding less than 100 mL and operation time less than 1 h.After operation, the patients recovered well, without complications. The clearance rate of blood3-HCG occurred at 14.9 d.The follow-up after discharge showed no complications occurred and menstruation recovered 6 weeks. Conclusion Transvaginal lesions excision,a minimally invasive operation,is a safe, effective, and economical operation.

Objective:To study the clinical effects of modified surgical method with H-uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(H-UPPP)and traditional surgical method in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in children. Methods:The clini-cal data of 364 pediatric patients with OSAHS were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into 2 groups and treated by low-temperature plasma knife radio frequency ablation for bilateral tonsil removal combined with H-UPPP(group A,n=204)and low-temperature plasma knife radio frequency ablation only(group B,n=160)respectively.The operative time, intraoperative bleed-ing,postoperative secondary bleeding,VAS of pain following operation, postoperative traumatic white film shedding time,OAH1,LSaO2,ESS scores and complications of the 2 groups were compared. Results:In group A the operative time, intraoperative bleed-ing,VAS,OAHI and ESS scores were lower than those in group B(P<0.05),wile postoperative traumatic white film detachment time and LSaO2 were higher(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference in terms of the number of cases of postoperative seconda-ry bleeding and complications was observed between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of low-temperature plas-ma radio frequency ablation and H-UPPP for the treatment of OSAHS may provide clear intraoperative view, and may improve the treatment effects.

To investigate the molecular mechanism of resveratrol inhibiting the metastasis of liver cancer . HepG2 and Huh7 cells were treated with different concentrations of resveratrol, and the cell viability was determined by CCK-8 assay to determine the optimal concentration of resveratrol for subsequent experiments. The expressions of miR-186-5p in liver cancer tissues and liver cancer cells were determined by quantitative real-time RT-PCR. The migration and invasion of HepG2 and Huh7 cells were detected by wound healing assay and Transwell assay, and the expression levels of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) related proteins were determined by Western blotting. Resveratrol with concentration of had no effect on the viability of HepG2 and Huh7 cells, so the concentration of resveratrol in subsequent experiments was 6.25 μmol/L. Resveratrol inhibited the wound healing and invasion of liver cancer cells; increased the expression of E-cadherin, and decreased the expression of vimentin and Twist1. The expression of miR-186-5p was significantly down-regulated in liver cancer tissues and cells compared with the adjacent tissues and normal liver cells (both <0.05). Furthermore, resveratrol induced the expression of miR-186-5p in liver cancer cells (both <0.01). Overexpression of miR-186-5p suppressed the migration, invasion and EMT of liver cancer cells. Knockdown of miR-186-5p blocked the inhibition effects of resveratrol on the migration, invasion and EMT of liver cancer cells. Resveratrol could inhibit the metastasis of liver cancer , which might be associated with up-regulating miR-186-5p.
