Results The contents of protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cyclin E2 in control group were higher than that in combination group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01 ).Immunohistochemical SP results showed that protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cyclin E2 expression all had positive expression, and the MVD in control group was higher than combination group(P<0.01);Western Blot results showed that the expressions of protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cyclin E2 protein in control group were higher than combination group(P<0.01).Conclusion Protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cyclin E2 expressions are increased in both groups in lung cancer tissues, and they are positively correlated, negatively correlated with drug treatment, which can be used as the indexes of lung cancer evaluation.
6.Pathogenesis and clinical features of cerebral small vessel disease
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2011;19(8):620-624
Cerebral small vessel disease (SVD) is an important subtype of cerebrovascular disease. It is also one of the major reasons for resulting in vascular cognitive impairment or dementia in the elderly. SVD is a small arteriovenous lesion in subcortex caused by a variety of causes, mainly causing subcortical lacunar infarction, white matter damage, microblecds and other pathological changes. There is evidence that vascular endothelial function and blood-brain barrier damage may result in small vessel structures and perivascular changes, which may be the initial factors.of causing SVD. Genetic susceptibility is also one of the risk factors that can not be ignored.

8.The Chinese Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale:An Examination of Its Reliability and Validity
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2006;0(06):-
Objective: To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Frost's Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale(FMPS).Methods: One thousand two hundred and eighty Chinese undergraduate students participated in the study and responded to the FMPS and instruments measuring psychological distresses such as anxiety, depression, and obsession-compulsion.Both exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were used to examine the factor structure of the Chinese FMPS.The association between FMPS and psychological distresses was analyzed as an investigation for criterion validity. Results: Factor analyses extracted five of the original six factors of FMPS.PC did not emerge as a dimension. The five subscales were shown to have satisfactory internal consistencies with Cronbach's alpha between 0.64 and 0.81 and test-retest reliability 0.63~0.82.Chinese FMPS was associated with anxiety, depression, and obsession-compulsion.Particularly,CM and DA are correlated with these psychological distresses with coefficients between 0.30 and 0.70.Conclusion: Chinese FMPS is satisfactorily valid and reliable. It is suitable to use in Chinese college students.
9.THE EFFECT OF PIGMENTED RICE ON HEMOGLOBIN REGENERATION IN ANEMIC RATS
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(02):-
Hemoglobin (Hb) regeneration method in rats was used to prove the effect of pigmented rice on iron dificiency anemia (IDA). IDA was induced in 90 Wistar male weaning rats by feeding low iron diet for 25 days. Fifty of the anemic rats were divided into 5 groups; low iron, nonpigmented milled rice, pigmented milled rice, pigmented semibrown rice and control (compared only with the pigmented milled rice group). The result of 30 days experiment showed that pigmented rice was superior to nonpigmented rice in Hb regeneration and the semibrown was superior to the milled. Pigmented rice, especially the semibrown, was found to possess more iron than nonpigmented rice. There was a close correlation between the degree of Hb regeneration and the quantity of iron taken by rats or the quantity of iron in diets. These evidences suggested that pigmented rice had certain prophylactic and curing effect against IDA and this was probably due to its higher iron content.
10.Research progress in the effect of endoplasmic reticulum stress on age-related macular degeneration
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2012;(11):1052-1056
The endoplasmic reticulum is a major organelle of mammalian cells in where protein processing takes place.Excessive endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) induced by various factors may lead to cellular structural abnormality and functional dysfunction, even cell death.Age-related macular degeneration (AMD)is caused by multifactors and is a common cause of blindness.Inducers of ERS,such as oxidative stress, inflammation and disorder of fat metabolism, have been found to play critical role in AMD.These factors promote the excess expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in retinal pigment epithelium (RPE),which is the key factor that triggers the conversion from dry AMD to wet form. This article mainly summarized the primary process and mechanism of ERS as well as interactions among oxidative stress, inflammation and ERS in AMD pathogenesis.
