1.Progress of assessment methods and application in children asthma
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(1):74-78
Establishing the assessment methods of childhood asthma is highlighted in asthmatic prevention and treatment.Due to the factors such as age, genotypic environment, pathogenesis and treatment, the assessment methods existed have some defects and cant objectively reflect the situation of asthma disease and airway inflammation. The assessment methods including symptom scores, pulmonary function test, airway responsiveness detection and fractional concentration of exhaled nitric oxide are described in this review. The principles, advantages, disadvantages, application ways and so on are discussed in detail,to improve the rationality of the application in these methods in order to make them play a greater role in asthmatic diagnosis, disease detection, medication guild and prognosis estimation, and explore a more effective and simple assessment way in children asthma.

She has been working on children tic disorder for a number of years, with a lot of experience. This article introduced Professor HAN Fei's experience in treatment of children tic disorder by using angle medicine, and briefly analysed the reasons and connotation of application, including Margaritifera Concha combine with Dragons Bones and Ostreae Concha, Paeoniae Radix Alba combine with Bombyx Batryticatus and Cicadae Periostracum, Xanthii Fructus combine with Angelicae Dahuricae Radix and Magnoliae Flos, Polygoni Multiflori Caulis combine with Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma and Albiziae Cortex.
3. Clinical and radiological characteristics of benign and malignant intraductal papillary mucinous tumors of the pancreas
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;29(2):193-196
Objective: To discuss the feasibility of distinguishing benign from malignant intraductal papillary mucinous tumors (IPMT) of the pancreas preoperatively based on the clinical and radiological characteristics. Methods: The clinical data of 40 patients with IPMT treated between July 1996 and March 2007 were analyzed. The diagnoses of all patients were confirmed pathologically after surgical resections. Among the 40 patients, there were 17 benign cases and 23 malignant ones. Results: Malignant IPMT patients had a higher frequency of upper abdominal pain and jaundice than benign patients (P<0.05). The sex difference in incidence of IPMT, time of onset, and loss of body mass were not significantly different between the 2 groups. Radiological results demonstrated that the size of tumor and mural nodules in the lesions were larger in the malignant cases than in the benign cases (P<0.05); besides, the malignant cases also had a more dilated main pancreatic duct (MPD) (P<0.05). Mural nodules and thick irregular septum in the cystic lesions were more frequently seen in malignant cases (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the site preference between the 2 groups. Conclusion: Benign and malignant IPMT have significant differences in their clinical and radiological characteristics, which provides an important evidence for differentiating the biological types of IPMT and helps surgeons on their decision of surgical planning.

Chinese Journal of Applied Physiology 2013;29(6):534-537
Because of the aggressive threaten of heat stroke and a lack of understanding of the mechanism of action, mammal animal models for experimental heat stroke were well developed. During the past 5 decades, anesthetized mouse, rat, rabbit, dog, baboon and monkey were used as animal model for experimental heat stroke. However, anesthetized mammals models have some limitations, such as neuroprotective effect of anesthetic agents, possible disturbance on injury and recovery of stroke animals by anesthetic agents, difficulty of discussing animal behavior before and after heat stroke, it was also difficult for the models to evaluate cognitive function of animal under hot environment. Considering humanitarian, only awaked and unrestrained mouse heat stroke model was accepted so far. Therefore, we also developed an awaked and unrestrained rat heat stroke model, and found it was helpful to evaluate drug effectiveness for animal behavior and cognitive function under hot environment.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(01):-
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of transurethral electroresection in the treatment of ureteral orifice tumors. Methods A total of 65 cases of ureteral orifice tumor were treated with transurethral electroresection and chemotherapy. Results The operation time was 5~90 min(mean,35 min),and the intraoperative blood loss was 5~100 ml(mean,50 ml).No blood transfusion was required. No fatal case was encountered.Out of the 65 cases, there were 53 cases of transitional cell carcinoma(grade Ⅰ,43 cases;grade Ⅱ,10 cases) and 12 cases of papilloma. The 65 cases were followed for 6~24 months(mean,15 months).Postoperative urethral stricture happened in 4 cases, which were cured by dilation of the urethra.Recurrence of tumor at the trigone and lateral wall of the bladder occurred in 5 cases, which were given a re-operation of transurethral electroresection and chemotherapy and were followed for 10~20 months(mean,15 months) without recurrence. Conclusions Transurethral electroresection of ureteral orifice tumors gives satisfactory effects and should be further recommended.

By sorting out the action and the application of Astragalus in the main works about Chinese herb during the different historical period, the experience that the physician had applied Astragalus could be known, the whole process that Astragalus had been applied from begin has been understood. Based on that study, its beneficial to reasonably apply Astragalus in the clinical application, further to deeply find and succeed the potential and the loosed action and the applied experience of Astragalus. That study provides the theory foundation for further expanding the applied scope of Astragalus, also presents a kind of train of thought for the research and develop of new Chinese herbs.

Objective: This paper aims to examine the current situation of information integration platform construction in tertiary hospitals in China, and explore the existing problems in the development of the integrated platform. Methods: This paper studies the current situation of the development of the medical integration platform through literature, and the relevant data of the status quo of the information integration construction was obtained through the National Level 3 Hospital Information Interoperability Standardization Construction Survey Report (2015), and descriptively analyzed the hospital medical integration Platform construction of the specific circumstances. Conclusion: From this research, it is concluded that there is a lack of unified planning in the construction of the medical integration platform of the tertiary hospitals in China, which is post-repair.The data is difficult to share, the data security loopholes and hidden dangers still exist. Therefore, it will be very helpful to plan the standardization of hospital information integration platform and the construction of information security, deepening the integration of medical information on the lower level and other measures to solve the problem, this paper puts forward the overall plan for the hospital integration platform.
