Objective To observe the effect of physical factors and promotion canalization on closed injury of brain.Method 68 cases of closed injury of brain were given the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy with many physical factors and promoting canalization technique.Result The patients' consciousnesses were significantly improved after treatment.The motorial function of hemiplegic limbs was distinctly improved(P< 0.05).The balance functions were distinctly improved(P< 0.001).The activities of daily living abilities were significantly improved(P< 0.05).Conclusion The physical factors and promoting canalization treatment on the closed injury of brain are functionally effective.
2.Inhibition of anti-PDGF on proliferation of cultured human retinal pigment epithelial cells in vitro

Objective To study the inhibition of anti-PDGF on proliferation of cultured human retinal pigment epithelial cells(hRPE) in vitro.Methods hRPE were cultivated and were exposed to different concentrations of anti-PDGF(0,1?10-6,5?10-6,1?10-5,5?10-5 and 1?10-4 mg?L-1) respectively .Growth curves were measured with cell counting and the vitalities of cells were examined by percentage of vital cells and total cells.Using MTT staining colorimetric to measure the inhibitory rate.The changes of cell cycle of hRPE were collected and their growth were detected with FCM analysis and the morphological changes of cells were observed by light microscope and electron microscope.Results Anti-PDGF of 1?10-6mg?L-1 stimulated hRPE proliferation slightly.AntiPDGF at dosages ranging from 5?10-6mg?L-1 to 1?10-4mg?L-1 inhibited cell proliferation effectively in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner(P

Aim To study on the diuretic effect of a phenylphthalazines compound PU1424 and its influence on electrolyte balance, glucose and lipid metabolism, hepatic and renal functions.Methods Male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into solvent control group,PU1424 treated group and HCTZ treated group.Urine was collected per 6 h and blood samples were collected at the end of drug administration.Urinary osmolality was measured by Freezing Point Osmometer;urea concentration was measured by Urea Detection Kit;ion level, blood glucose level, blood lipid level, hepatic and renal function were analyzed by Automatic Biochemical Analyzer.Results Compared to the solvent control group, and urine output of rats treated with PU1424 and HCTZ was increased as 1.52 times and 1.78 times and water intake increased as 1.42 times and 1.56 times respectively.Urine osmolalities were decreased as 61.5% and 50.4% of the control group, and urine urea concentration was decreased as 57.1% and 56.8% of the control group.Urinary electrolytes were decreased by administration of PU1424 and HCTZ compared to the intact plasma electrolytes.The blood glucose levels and blood lipid levels of rats treated with PU1424 had no changes, while the blood glucose and total cholesterol were increased by administration of HCTZ.The urea nitrogen, creatinine, alkaline phosphatase and total protein were intact by administration of PU1424 and HCTZ except the alanine/straw ration increased by HCTZ.Conclusion New diuretic candidate compound PU1424 displays significant diuretic effect with electrolyte balance, blood glucose level, blood lipid level, hepatic and renal function intact.
6.Clinical analysis on the pupil diameter changes of cataract patients during phacoemulsification

To study the changes of pupil diameter and its effects during phacoemulsification. METHODS: Block design, prospective study. 60 cataract patients (60 eyes) were selected, which divided into two groups according to the age, young age group (group A, 20 eyes of 20 patients) and older age group (group B, 40 eyes of 40 patients). Two groups were all given compound tropicamide eye drops for fully mydriasis before operation, computer software to process images during operation, and according to the cornea amplification ratio measure pupil diameter during the operation phase: before the corneal tunnel incision ( t1 ) , after injection of sodium hyalurantae ( t2 ) , before artificial lens implantation (t3), at the end of the surgery ( t4 ). Statistical analysis of data using SPSS18. 0 software.RESULTS: The pupil diameter measurements of t1-t4 were followed respectively:group A were 8. 36 ± 0. 65, 8. 97±0. 50, 8. 67±0. 63, 8. 72±0. 96mm; group B were 7. 73± 0. 58, 8. 23 ± 0. 59, 7. 89 ± 0. 16, 7. 70 ± 0. 63mm. Overall comparisons between the two groups, the pupil diameter measurements had differences during the operation phase ( F = 26. 696, P< 0. 05 ). Comparisons between the two groups at different time points: the pupil diameter of t1-t4 in group A was larger than that in group B, with statistically differences (P<0. 05). The pupil diameter of each groups had a tendency to change in different operation phrases, with no statistically differences (F=2. 617,P>0. 05). Comparisons in a group at different time points: the pupil diameter of t2 was larger than that in t1, with statistically differences ( P>0. 05), the pupil diameter of t3 and t4 were decreased in group B, with statistically differences (P<0. 05).CONCLUSlON: Compound tropicamide eye drops are given for mydriasis before operation, young patients with cataract and senile patients with cataract can achieve the effect of surgery for mydriasis, the pupil stability of phacoemulsification in senile patients with cataract are lower than that in young patients with cataract.
7.Effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem on the deep partial thickness derma burn injury in guinea pigs

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells transplantation on the deep partial thickness derma burn injury in guinea pigs.MethodsSuspension cells of MSCs were cultured in vitro and transplanted into wounds of the female guinea pig of the deep partial thickness derma burn injuring model with the concentration of 2×106cell/ml(group A),2×107cell/ ml(group B). The rate of wound healing was observed, factor Ⅷ was detected using immunohistochemistry. Y chromosome on the wound in guinea pig was detected using PCR 15,30,50 days after MSCs had been transplanted. ResultsThe rate of wound healing of groups A and B was better than that in the control group, but there was not significantly different between groups A and B. Microvessel density of wound in groups A and B was better than those in the control group on the 15th and 30th days. There was not significantly different between the group A and B. PCR results showed that Y chromosome gene was expressed on some recoveried wound of female guinea pig. ConclusionBone marrow mesenchymal stem cells transplantation is effective in deep partial thickness derma burn injury in guinea pigs.
8.Study on map analysis and trend prospect of campus thermal environment based on CiteSpace

Objective:
To grasp the research dynamics and development trend of the thermal environment of campus buildings in China, so as to lay the foundation for in depth research and provide a reference basis.
Methods:
Based on 479 documents in CNKI from 2000 to 2020, the documents were visualized and analyzed by keywords, including co occurrence, clustering, outbreak and author cooperation network in CiteSpace.
Results:
In the past 20 years, the research on thermal environment of campus buildings in China had gone through a period of formation development growth, and was at a high growth stage now. The word frequency of "thermal comfort, thermal environment, indoor thermal environment, natural ventilation" was greater than 50, which was a high frequency keyword. The highest outbreak rate of "green campus" was 3.75, and "university library, university building, microclimate and green building" was in the outbreak period. And LIU Jiaping, LIU Zehua, WANG Hongguang and others were highly productive authors and have formed cooperative network groups with their own cores, but the cooperation among the network groups was less to be strengthened.
Conclusion
The research dynamics of the thermal environment of campus buildings is closely related to the policy development in China, and the research on "green campus, campus energy saving optimization, and university buildings" based on human thermal comfort theory is a hot topic of continuous attention.
9.Nutritional assessment and clinical application of nutritional risk screening tools in critically ill children.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the nutritional status of critically ill hospitalized children and to explore the value of nutritional risk screening tools in the nutritional risk assessment.
METHODS:
The clinical data of 211 critically ill children who were admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit from November 2017 to April 2018 were collected to evaluate their nutritional status on admission and at discharge. Two nutritional risk screening tools, STRONGkids and PYMS, were used for nutritional risk screening in the 211 children.
RESULTS:
Among the 211 patients, 68 (32.2%) were found to have malnutrition on admission, with 34 cases each of moderate and severe malnutrition. Moderate or high nutritional risk was found in 154 cases (73.0%) with STRONGkids and 165 cases (78.2%) with PYMS. Using weight-for-age Z-score as the gold standard to evaluate the efficacy of the two nutritional risk screening tools, the areas under the receiver operating characteristic curves of STRONGkids and PYMS were 0.822 and 0.759 respectively. Both tools had a significant clinical value in screening for malnutrition (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between them (P>0.05). With the optimal cut-off value of 3 points, the sensitivities of STRONGkids and PYMS for screening of malnutrition were 92.1% and 76.2% respectively. The children with moderate or high nutritional risk on admission had a significantly poorer prognosis than those with low nutritional risk (P=0.014 and 0.001 respectively). The children with severe malnutrition had a significantly poorer prognosis than those with normal nutrition (P=0.0009).
CONCLUSIONS
The detection rates of malnutrition and nutritional risk are high in critically ill children. Malnutrition/high nutritional risk is related to a poor prognosis. Both STRONGkids and PYMS have a clinical value for nutritional risk screening in critically ill children, and they have similar clinical efficacy; however, STRONGkids is more sensitive.

10.Histomorphological study on folk medicine Lysimachia fortunei.

To set standards for histomorphological studies on Lysimachia fortunei, an efficacious and widely applied folk medicine in this study, in order to develop its resources. Its species were identified by observing plant morphology and herbs appearance characters, preparing slices with routine methods and defining structural characters. According to the results of morphologic observation, leaves, stamen and pistil of this plant were different from the descriptions in Flora of China. The whole herb can be used in medicines, mainly including rhizomes, stems and leaves. According to the findings in the first study on microscopic structures, its rhizomes, stems and leaves were characteristic and worth identifying. The transaction tissue structures of rhizomes and stems were under developed and contained endodermis, secretory structures; Stems had sclerenchymata of different shapes of sclereids; Leaves were bifacial and had vascular bundles under midribs, which were surrounded by parenchymal sheathes. On the surface of leaves, stomata, glandular hairs and keratin lines were morphologically different in upper and lower epidermis. The herbal power had glandular hairs, sclereids and vessels. In conclusion, herbs of L. fortunei can be identified by the above histomorphological characteristics, which lays a foundation for further development and application of L. fortunei.
