Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(20):3041-3043
Objective To investigate the clinical value of medial approach in the treatment of posterior tibial plateau fractures. Methods 60 cases with posterior tibial plateau fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was operated by medial approach, and the control group was operated by medial approach. Results The operation time of the observation group was (138.4 ±18.2)min,which of the con-trol group was (119.2 ±15.8)min,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t =4.363,P <0.01).The excellent and good rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than 83.3% of the control group (Z =2.237,P <0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was (14.5 ±3.3)weeks,which was significantly shorter than (17.9 ±3.6)weeks of the control group (t =3.813, P <0.01).The hospitalization time and incidence rate of complications had no statistically significant differences between the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion The medial approach in the treatment of the posterior tibial plateau fractures has relatively small injury, reliable fixation, and good rehabilitation. It is one of surgical approaches which worthy of clinical consideration.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):224-225
Objective To study the psychological intervention of patients with schizophrenia using olanzapine treatment. Methods A total of 336 patients with schizophrenia from February 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the study subjects, randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, each with 168 patients.Control group patients with olanzapine treatment,on the basis of the experimental group patients given psychological intervention, pay attention to the psychological state of the patients, strengthen the communication and exchanges with the patient, the treatment of patients with increased confidence and treatment compliance. The therapeutic effect of the experimental group and the control group was compared. Results After the corresponding treatment,7 patients in the experimental group showed a nursing dispute, which was 4.17%. In the control group, 46 patients had nursing disputes, accounting for 27.38%.However,the probability of nursing dispute in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).The effective number of patients in the experimental group was 168.The effective number of patients in the control group was 120,and the proportion was 71.43%,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Control patients satisfaction with nursing cases for 130 cases,38 cases of patients are not satisfied,70 patients were generally satisfied with,is satisfied with 60 patients, patient satisfaction and nursing satisfaction rate of 77.38% significantly lower than that of the experimental group(100%),with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention with olanzapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia better clinical effect, can significantly improve the treatment efficiency, further promotion of clinical significance.

Objective To study the biological function of Topical Oxygen Therapy(TOT) and Infrared Light-Emitting Diode(LED) therapy and mechanism of combination of both therapy in wound healing. To develop a device combined with TOT and LED therapy. Methods Wound models were made using rabbits which were grouped in four groups such as control group,TOT group,LED group and combined group by random.Except control group, the other groups were carried on TOT,LED and TOT+LED therapy respectively.Wound healing situations were observed. Results TOT+LED therapy could cut the wound healing time whose mechanism was to form composition force in the processing of wound healing by prompting inside growth factors and outside factors. Conclusion The therapy combined with TOT and LED can facilitate the wound healing. The theory of the wound healing device is feasible according to the results of the experiments.

Objective:To investigate the expressions of S100A4 and MMP- 2 and their correla-tions to invasiveness and metastasis in gastric cancer. Methods:The expressions of S100A4 and MMP- 2 were detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 49 cases of gastric cancer tissue and 20 cases of normal tissue. Results:The positive rate of S100A4 and MMP- 2 (59.18% 、67.35%) was significantly higher in gastric cancer tissue than in normal gastric tissue (0.00% 、20.00% ,P

Objective To investigate the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on proliferation , apoptosis and expression of hydroxyproline in human embryonic lung fibroblast cells. Methods TGF-β1 was administered to induce the proliferation in human embryonic lung fibroblast cells; the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on the number of human embryonic lung fibroblast cells was detected by MTT method; ki67 expression by immunocytochemical method;cell apoptosis by flow cytometry and the expression of hydroxyproline by colorimetry method. Results TGF-β1(0, 2.5, 5, 10, 20, 40 μg/L)could up-regulate cell number of human embryonic lung fibroblast cells in a dose-dependent manner , while the OD value of human embryo lung fibroblasts cells declined pretreated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in a dose-dependent manner and Salvia miltiorrhiza injection could induce the apoptosis and down regulated hydroxyproline expression in human embryo lung fibroblasts cells. The results of flow cytometry indicated that cell apoptosis increased after treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection when compared with TGF-β1 group (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, Salvia miltiorrhiza injection could down regulate the expression of hydroxyproline (P < 0.01). Conclusions Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can target human embryonic lung fibroblast cells , play a potent role in the airway remodeling through the promotion of its apoptosis and down regulate the expression of hydroxyproline.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;0(S1):-
Objective To study the antioxidant activities of different parts of Forsythia suspensa and two components isolated from it. Methods The antioxidant activities were assayed through scavenging effects to DPPH radical. The content of forsythiaside and forsythin of Forsythia suspensa was determined by HPLC- PDA. Results Both different parts of Forsythia suspensa and two components isolated from it had antioxidant activity. Conclution Forsythiaside showed much higher antioxidant activity than forsythin. It is an effective natural free radical scavenger.

Objective To study the content of forsythiaside and forsythin from fruits of Forsythia suspensa and Forsythia viridissima Lindl collected in different periods. Methods Samples were dealt by HPLC-PDA with Diamonsil-C18 (4.6 mm?250 mm,5 ?m) column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water,gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The UV detection was set at 270 nm. Results The content of forsythiaside from fruits of Forsythia suspensa was much higher than that from fruits of Forsythia viridissima Lindl. And there was no forsythin from fruits of Forsythia viridissima Lindl. Conclusion There was much difference in content of forsythiaside and forsythin from the two kinds of fruits above. Forsythia viridissima Lindl should not be used as Forsythia suspensa.

Objective To investigate the imaging features of acute interstitial pneumonia and to provide the reference for early diagnosis and treatment. Methods The imaging and clinical data of 50 patients with clinically diagnosed acute interstitial pneumonia in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results X-ray film showed the fan-shaped and lightly patchy shadows around the lung hilum distributing along the lung markings in multiple lung fields, accompanied by thickening of interlobular septa with varying degrees and thickened bronchial vascular shadows running through the above-mentioned light patchy shadows.CT revealed the fan-shaped ground glass opacity in the pulmonary area with rich blood supply, interspersed with thickened clustered pulmonary arteries and veins. Conclusion The imaging features of acute interstitial pneumonia have certain characteristics. The suggestive diagnosis based on imaging plays an important guiding role in early clinical diagnosis and treatment.
