2. Screening of the effective cellulose-degradable strain and its application in the production of cellulose bioethanol
Academic Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University 2009;21(3):184-188
Strains from the cellulose-containing environment were collected. Primary screening (by filter-paper Hutchison solid culture medium and sodium carboxymethylcellulose solid culture medium) and reelection(by filter-paper inorganic salt culture medium and sodium carboxymethylcellulose Congo red culture medium) indicated that five strains obtained were best suited for high performance cellulose degradation. Determination of sodium carboxymethylcellulose activity(CMCA) and filter paper activity(FPA) was accomplished for each of the five. The strongest of the five in CMCA and FPA was applied to the production of cellulose bioethanol by separate hydrolysis and fermentation(SHF) and simultaneous saccharification and fermentation(SSF) respectively.

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing interventions on the quality of life after radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal cancer. Methods 56 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer who received radiotherapy were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. All the patients were given conventional nursing interventions, and those in the intervention group were given accurate evaluation, enhanced psychological guide, reasonable dietary guide, and special nursing for preventing and treating complications. All the patients were evaluated by using quality of life questionnaire core 30 items(QOL-C30). Results The scores of the dimensions of somatic function, psychological function, social function and material life after interventions in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05 ). Conclusion Nursing interventions can improve the quality of life, and the therapy can be completed smoothly.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(18):3598-3602
Various column chromatography, such as silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS, and semi-preparative HPLC was used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents from Cinnamomum cassia. The structures were determined on the basis of NMR and MS spectral data analysis, together with the comparison with literature data. Fifteen compounds were isolated from the 85% aqueous ethanol extract of C. cassia, and their structures were identified as (2R, 3R)-5,7,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavan-3-ol( 1), (2R, 3R)-5,7-dimethoxy-3',4'-methylenedioxyflavan-3-ol (2), coumarin (3), cinnamic acid (4), (E)-2-hydroxy-phenylpropionic acid cinnamoyl ester (5), 3, 3', 4, 4'-tetrahydroxy biphenyl (6), methylstictic acid (7), epi-boscialin (8), (1R,2S,3S,4S)-2,3-epoxy-1, 4-dihydroxy-5-methyl-5-cyelohexene (9), 4,5-dihydroxy-3-methyl cyclohex-2-enone (10), cis-4-hydroxymellein (11), and 2-hydroxy-4-methoxyl-cinnamaldehyde (12). Compounds 5-11 were obtained from this genus plants for the first time.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(7):893-895
OBJECTIVE:To study the safety of percutaneous administration of Hongzhi gutong cataplasm. METHODS:Rab-bits were taken for single dose in complete skin irritation test(n=4),single dose in damaged skin irritation test(n=4)and multi-ple doses in complete skin irritation test(n=4). The left and right sides of the skin respectively paste 3 cm×3 cm blank matrix and Hongzhi gutong cataplasm for 24 h(calculated by crude drug of 0.14 g). After removing tape 1,24,48,72 h,the erythema and edema in hair removal site of rabbits in the former 2 tests were observed;after 24 h of administration, the rabbits in the last group were administrated again after exposing the administration area for 1 h,repeated 3 times, the erythema and edema in hair removal site after removing tape the first, second time and 1,24,48,72 h in the third time were respectively observed. RESULTS:In the 3 experiments, the scores of erythema and edema of all rabbits were 0,and skin irritation was evaluated as no irritation. CONCLU-SIONS:Hongzhi gutong cataplasm has no skin irritation in rabbits.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(12):15-17
Objective To study the effect of tetracaine jelly on hemodynamics during extubation period in general anesthesia. Methods One hundred patients who performed tracheal cannula and general anesthesia were divided into control group (50 patients) and experiment group (50 patients) by random digits table method.Control group:sterile paraffin oil was applied to the endotracheal tube.Experiment group:tetracaine jelly was applied to the endotracheal tube. The systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and heart rate(HR) were measured before the anesthesia induction(T1),5 min after stopping infusion drugs (T2),1 min after tracheal extubation (T3),3 min after tracheal extubation (T4) and 5 min after tracheal extubation (T5) were observed. The resistant effect after waking and the number of sore throat, hoarseness were recorded. Results The level of SBP,DBP,HR at T1 and T2 had no significant difference between two groups (P > 0.05).The level of SBP,DBP,HR at T3-T5 in experiment group were significantly lower than those in control group [SBP:(122.3 ± 11.3),(120.0 ± 9.8),(112.0 ± 6.3) mmHg (1 mmHg =0.133 kPa) vs.(158.3 ± 15.0),(142.5 ± 13.5),(133.0± 14.5) mmHg;DBP:(75.0 ± 13.5),(75.8 ± 10.5),(58.3 ±4.2) mmHg vs.(111.0 ± 20.3),(106.5 ± 12.8),(63.8 ± 15.8) mmHg;HR:(81.9 ± 13.7),(83.6 ± 13.4),(60.7 ± 3.5) times/min vs.(113.5 ± 19.4),(117.5 ± 21.7),(71.8 ± 14.6) times/min](P < 0.05).The total effective rate of tolerance in experiment group was higher than that in control group [96%(48/50) vs.56%(28/50)],the rate of sore throat and hoarseness were lower than those in control group [6% (3/50) vs.48% (24/50),4% (2/50) vs.36% (18/50)],there were significant differences (P < 0.05).Conclusion Tetracaine jelly can reduce the cardiovascular response of tracheal extubation, enhance the tolerance of tracheal tube and decrease the morbidity of sore throat and hoarseness.
