Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of uterine incision diverticulum type repair after cesarean section treated by laparoscopy and transvaginal combined with repair in.order to provide the reference for the clinical operation scheme selection. Methods Fifty-two patients who underwent uterine incision diverticulum type repair after cesarean section in the Second People's Hospital of Jingzhou were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 26 cases in each.Patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopy combined with repair treatment, and patients in the control group were treated with transvaginal repair treatment. The operation periods, cut bleeding volume, postoperative anal exhaust time for the first time, postoperative highest temperature and length of hospital stay were recorded to evaluate the repair and uterine diverticula recovery at 3 months after operation. Results The operation periods in the observation group was (119.91 ± 35.73) min, longer than that in the control group ((62.32 ± 31.83) min ; t =3.514,P <0.05).There were on significant differences between two groups in terms of the amount of bleeding, anal discharge first time, the highest postoperative temperature and contrast after a few days in hospital (P> 0.05).After treatment, the observation group menstrual recovery rate was 84.62% and 88.46% in the control group. The differences were not statistically significant (x2 =1.14,1.76,P > 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy hemiorrhaphy and transvaginal repair are effective treatment for uterine incision diverticulum after caesarean operation. The corresponding treatment plan can be made according to the patient's condition.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2012;32(2):247-51
This study investigated the expression and prognostic value of SHP-2 in cervical cancer caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Forty-five specimens from patients with cervical cancer (stage I-III), 32 specimens from patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) (I, II) and 20 normal cervical samples from patients with hysteromyoma were collected in Department of Pathology for comparison. The expression levels of SHP-2 and IFN-β proteins were detected by using immunohistochemistry. The mRNA expression level of SHP-2 was detected by using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). HPVs were detected by HPV GenoArray Test. The Spearman correlation was used to compare the expression level of SHP-2 in HPV infected cervical cancer vs non-HPV infected normal cervix. The level of SHP-2 protein expression in the cancer tissues (88.8%) was significantly higher than in CIN tissues (62.5%) and normal cervixes (45%) (P<0.05 and P<0.05, respectively). The SHP-2 mRNA levels in the cancer tissues were upregulated as compared with those in the normal cervixes (P<0.05). Twenty-one (46.7%) cervical cancers, 25 (78.1%) CINs and 17 (85%) normal cervixes showed IFN-β positive staining in cytoplasm. There was statistically significant difference in the expression rate of IFN-β between cervical cancer and normal cervix (χ (2)=8.378, P<0.05) as well as between cervical cancer and CIN (χ (2)=7.695, P<0.05). HPV16/18 infections could be found in normal cervixs (15%), CINs (68.7%) and cervical cancers (84.4%). There was a correlation between HPV infection and SHP-2 expression in cervical cancer (r (s)=0.653, P<0.05). SHP-2 may be a useful prognostic and diagnostic indicator for HPV infected cervical cancer. In cervical cancers, SHP-2 mRNA and protein overexpression was associated with IFN-β lower-expression.

Objective:To optimize semi-bionic extraction(SBE)of Forsythia suspensa. Methods: The best conditions of semi-bionic extraction of Forsythia suspense were screened by uniform design with the total content of forsythoside A,and forsythin and dried extract weight as the indices. Results:The results of the uniform design were analyzed by DPS data, and combined with the industrial production conditions, the optimal extraction technology was as follows:the pH value of water in the three-time extraction was 2. 0,7. 0 and 10. 0 with the extraction time of 1. 0h,0. 5h and 0. 5h, respectively. Conclusion: The technology provides a theoretical basis for the extraction optimization of Forsythia suspensa.

Objective: To optimize semi-bionic extraction(SBE)of rhubard. Methods: The best extraction conditions of semi-bionic extraction for rhubard were optimized by uniform design with the total content of loeemodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol, and anthraquinone and the dried extract weight as the indices. Results:According to the optimization and the industrial production condi-tion, the pH values of water in three times of extraction were 2. 0,6. 5 and 9. 0,and the extraction time was 2, 1, 1 h, respectively. Conclusion:This method provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of rhubard extraction.

Objective To Investigate the clinical relationship between the interstitial cystitis and female hormone imbalance. Methods A retrospective analysis of 58 cases of IC female patients in our hospital from January 2006 to April 2012.The patients' age ranged from 21 to 76 years, and the average age was 40.2±12.4 years old.The suffering time of disease ranged from 9 to 120 months, and the average duration was 64.3±55.7 months. At the 1st,12th,22th day of the menstrual cycle, the O'Leary-Sant and PUF questionnaires were used to score,in order to analyze the relationship between IC symptoms and the menstrual cycle. The symptoms scores between postmenopausal patients and No menopause patients were compared. At the same time, the medical records and follow-ups were reviewed for all patients. Results 51 cases of IC premenopausal female patients suffered more urinary frequency, urgency, and bladder pain during the menstrual period. The proportion respectively were 54.9 % (28/51),60.8% (31/51).The O'Leary-Sant scores of the 1st day were more significant difference than the12th and the 22th day (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the 12th day and the 22th day (P>0.05).The PUF scores of the 1st day were significant different than the 12th and the 22th day (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the 12th day and the 22th day (P>0.05).The average scores of O'Leary-Sant and PUF in 7 postmenopausal patients were statistically significant lower than non-menopausal patients (P<0.05).The incidence of 58 cases with uterine fibroids, breast hyperplasia, ovarian cysts, endometriosis (48.3%,41.4%,5.2%,13.8%) were higher than the average persons (P=0.001,0.460,0.001,0.048),which were significantly higher than the incidence of the general population (30.0%,40.0%,0.3%,7.0%) excepting breast hyperplasia. Conclusions The symptoms of urinary frequency, urgency, and bladder pain in IC patients were more serious during the menstrual period than the other periods. The symptoms of the non-postmenopausal patients were more serious than the postmenopausal patients. The incidence of IC patients associated with hormone imbalance diseases was higher than the general persons, indicating that the fluctuation of female hormone level was likely to be one cause of IC onset.
