Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sertraline in the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated with depression after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods According to random number table,73 CHD patients complicated with depression after percutaneous coronary intervention were randomly divided into observation group(37 cases) and control group(36 cases).The control group was treated by CHD conventional therapy and shallow psychological intervention,and the observation group was treated with sertraline on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,SDS and HAMD score,changes of SP-selectin,hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,NO and ET-1 levels were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.30％,which was significantly higher than 88.89％ of the control group (Z =-5.541,P =0.000).The HAMD and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased (tobservation group (HAMD) =10.600,P =0.000;tcontrol group (HAMD) =5.214,P =0.000;tobservation group(SDS) =14.844,P =0.000;tcontrol group(SDs) =6.863,P =0.000),and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (tHAMD =--6.539,P =0.000;tSDs =--8.254,P =0.000).The levels of SP-selectin (t =3.759,P =0.000),hs-CRP (t =2.956,P =0.004) in the observation group and IL-6 (tob ion group =9.969,P =0.000;tcontrol group =5.059,P =0.000),TNF-α (tobservation group =10.596,P =0.000;tcontrol group =2.615,P =0.011),ET-1 (tobservation group =4.670,P =0.000;tcontrol group =2.264,P =0.027) in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the NO (tobservtion group =-5.482,P =0.000;tcontrol group =-4.027,P =0.000) increased.Also,the levels of SP-selectin (t =-2.715,P =0.008),hs-CRP (t =-2.089,P =0.040),IL-6 (t =-4.975,P =0.000) and TNF-α (t =-6.832,P =O.000) in the observa tion group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Sertraline has significant clinical effi cacy in the treatment of CHD complicated with depression after percutaneous coronary intervention.It can effectively reduce the HAMD and SDS scores,improve the depressive symptoms,reduce the expression of SP-selectin and relat ed inflammatory factors.It is worthy of popularization and application.

Objective To investigate the effect of tea polyphenols and sulforaphane on the expression of protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cyclin E2 in lung cancer tissue.Methods 56 cases confirmed by pathology and operation therapy for lung cancer patients,were randomly divided into combined treatment group and control group,each had 28 cases.The content of protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cell cycle protein E2 in all patients were determined with ELISA.The expression of protein kinase A anchoring protein 95,cyclin E2 and statistics of microvessel density(MVD) were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The protein levels of protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cell cycle protein E2 protein were detected by Western Blot. Results The contents of protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cyclin E2 in control group were higher than that in combination group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01 ).Immunohistochemical SP results showed that protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cyclin E2 expression all had positive expression,and the MVD in control group was higher than combination group(P<0.01);Western Blot results showed that the expressions of protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cyclin E2 protein in control group were higher than combination group(P<0.01).Conclusion Protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cyclin E2 expressions are increased in both groups in lung cancer tissues,and they are positively correlated,negatively correlated with drug treatment,which can be used as the indexes of lung cancer evaluation.

Objective To study the psychological intervention of patients with schizophrenia using olanzapine treatment. Methods A total of 336 patients with schizophrenia from February 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the study subjects,randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each with 168 patients.Control group patients with olanzapine treatment,on the basis of the experimental group patients given psychological intervention,pay attention to the psychological state of the patients,strengthen the communication and exchanges with the patient,the treatment of patients with increased confidence and treatment compliance.The therapeutic effect of the experimental group and the control group was compared. Results After the corresponding treatment,7 patients in the experimental group showed a nursing dispute,which was 4.17％. In the control group, 46 patients had nursing disputes, accounting for 27.38％.However,the probability of nursing dispute in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The effective number of patients in the experimental group was 168.The effective number of patients in the control group was 120,and the proportion was 71.43％,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Control patients satisfaction with nursing cases for 130 cases,38 cases of patients are not satisfied,70 patients were generally satisfied with,is satisfied with 60 patients,patient satisfaction and nursing satisfaction rate of 77.38％ significantly lower than that of the experimental group(100％),with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention with olanzapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia better clinical effect, can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,further promotion of clinical significance.

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between gastrc schistosomiasis and gastrc cancer.MethodsThe data of 11 cases of gastrc schistosomiasis were retrospective analyzed.Results 54.5％ (6/11) of gastrc schistosomiasis cases complicated with gastrc cancer,and 83.3％ (5/6) was well-differentiated and moderately differentiated.Seen around the parasite eggs were obvious intestinal metaplasia,glandhyperplasia,abnormalepitheliallesionsandother seriousatypicalhyperplasia.ConclusionsGastric schistosomiasis significantly increases the risk of gastrc cancer.Gnstrc schistosomiasis does not have specific symptoms,and it is clinically sumilar to chronic gastrtis.Therefore,patients with chronic gastrtis-likesymptoms in the schistosomiasis endemic areas should be subjected to an intensive test for gastrc schistosomiasis in the biopsy specimens collected from pyloric antrum and gastric lesser curvature.Patients infected by gastric schistosomiasis are strongly suggested to go regularly for gastric cancer check with gastroscopy.

Procalcionin ( PCT) is a soluble protein liberated into the circulation of patients in response to severe systemic in-fection, in particular by bacterial infection.It is used as the most accurate biomarker for the diagnosis of sepsis.This review briefly de-scribes the induction of PCT, the comparison of PCT and other markers of sepsis, the application of PCT measurement in confirmation or exclusion of diagnosis of sepsis, the assessment of severity and treatment effectiveness of systemic infection, the application of PCT in guiding individual and specific treatment of antibiotics, and the anormaly situation of elevated levels of PCT in patients who do not have sepsis.

Objective] To explore a new method of synthesis of resveratrol oligmer induced by photosensitizers, further analyze its free radical scavenging activity and analgesic activity. [Method] Resveratrol was dispersed in pH 7.4 phosphate buffer solution, mixed with pheophorbide, then illuminated by laser at 630nm. The oligmers in the filtrate were analyzed by HPLC-MS and isolated by preparative liquid chromatography. Free radical scavenging activity was determined by DPPH and ABTS method, and the analgesic effect was measured by hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test in mice. [Result] A new peak occurred and reached stable in reactive solution after 20 min illumination. It was identified as the dimer of resveratrol with conversion of 35%. Its concentrations on inhibition of 50% DPPH and ABTS radical were respectively 230 μg·mL-1 and 273 μg·mL-1. It reached maximum pain threshold at 180 min, and the inhibition rate of writhing number was 62.6% with better effects than resveratrol. [Conclusion] Reseratrol can be polymerized to the dimer after pheophorbide excited by red light, the resveratrol and its dimer both have the ability of eliminating free radicals and analgesic effects, but the dimer has the stronger activity.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation (TAES) on the ovariangranulosa cell apoptosis-related proteins, Bcl-2 and Bax, as well as the oocyte quality in theolder women with kidney deficiency receiving in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET).MethodSixty-six older women with kidney deficiency who were receiving IVF-ET because of the fallopian tube factor were randomized into a treatment group (intervened by TAES) and a control group (intervened by sham acupuncture), 33 in each group. The kidney-deficiency syndrome score, HCG E2/follicle count per day, excellent follicle rate, excellent embryo rate, and clinical pregnancy rate were observed and compared between the two groups; Western blot was used to detect the expression of protein Bcl-2 and Bax.ResultCompared to the control group, the treatment group had significant improvement in kidney-deficiencysymptoms (P<0.01), significant increases in theHCG E2/follicle count per day, excellent follicle rate, and excellent embryo rate (P<0.05), enhanced expression of Bcl-2 protein (P<0.01), and decreased expression of Bax protein (P<0.01); while there were no significant differences in comparing theretrievedoocyte number and clinical pregnancy rate (P>0.05). The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins were markedlycorrelatedwith IVF-related indexes (P<0.05).ConclusionTAES can improve the kidney-deficiency symptoms and the quality of oocyte and embryo inolder women; this action is possibly related to the regulation of expression of the cell apoptosis-related protein Bcl-2 and Bax, as well as the decrease ofgranulosecell apoptosis.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of three-step technology for screening of cervical lesions .Methods From March 2011 to March 2013 , 6965 outpatients and inpatients were detected with the ThinPrep liquid based cytology test ( TCT) in our hospital , at the same time, cytology positive cases were evaluated with colposcopic multiple biopsies and histopathology .Results Three hundred and thirty -four cases were positive in cytology, in which there were 187 cases of ASCUS(55.99%),40 cases of ASC-H(11.98%),48 cases of LSIL(14.37%),52 cases of HSIL(15.57%) and 7 cases of SCC(2.10%).Among the 286 cases with cy-tological abnormalities diagnosed with histopathology , 97 cases with CINI(33.92%),85 cases with CINII/CINIII(29.72%)2,0 cases with SCC(6.99%),and the positive coincidence rate of colposcopy was 98.06%.Histopathology proved to 57 CINI, 127 CINII/CINI-II and 22 SCC, so the total positive rate of cervical lesions was 2.96%.Conclusions Three-step technique in combination application of cytology , colposcopic biopsy and histopathology can be an effective screening of cervical lesions .

Objective To analyze the predictive value of N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP) on auricular thrombosis in patients of coronary heart disease (CHD) combined with atrial fibrillation (AF).Methods The clinical data of 124 patients of CHD combined with AF were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were divided into research group (60 cases,compliance with auricular thrombosis) and control group (64 cases,non-compliance with auricular thrombosis),according to the occurrence of auricular thrombosis.The values of NT-proBNP,fasting plasma glucose (FPG),postprandial plasma glucose(2 h PG),total cholesterol (TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL),high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDd) and left atrial diameter (LAD) were detected and compared between two groups.The relative factors to the occurrence of auricular thrombosis were confirmed by multivariate Logistic analysis.The best cutoff point of NT-proBNP was confirmed by the areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC).Results The values of NT-proBNP,ox-LDL,hs-CRP,LVEDd and LAD in research group were higher than those in control group [(4 312.6 ± 209.1) pmol/L vs.(3 421.6 ± 156.8) pmol/L,(4.0 ± 0.9) mmol/L vs.(3.4 ± 0.8) mmol/L,(7.4 ± 1.3)mg/L vs.(5.8 ± 1.0) mg/L,(74.3 ± 6.8) mm vs.(58.1 ± 5.5) mm,(39.6 ± 4.3) mm vs.(32.5 ± 3.8) mm],LVEF and HDL-C were lower than those in control group [(48.2 ± 3.1)％ vs.(57.3 ± 3.8)％,(0.72 ± 0.16)mmol/L vs.(1.08 ±0.27) mmol/L],and there were significant differences (P ＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the values of FPG,2 h PG and TC between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that NT-proBNP and LAD were independent factors to the occurrence of auricular thrombosis (P =0.009,0.028).There was significant difference in the occurrence of auricular thrombosis between patients with NT-proBNP ＞ 4 250 pmol/L and patients with NT-proBNP≤4 250 pmol/L (P =0.028).Conclusion NT-proBNP is an independent predictor for the occurrence of auricular thrombosis to patients of CHD combined with AF.
