In this paper, the method about hydrolysis of fish oil with lipases for concentrating DHA(docosahexenoic acid) in glycerides was studied.Six lipases were screened with comparing the activities of hydrolysis of fish oil.Candida lipalytica Lipase is resistant to generating DHA in fish oil.The Effects of the quantity of lipases, the emulgent, hydrolysis time, temperature in the process, the ratio of oil to water were studied. The optimum conditions for the hydrolysis of fish oil are 12 hours of hydrolysis under 45℃,with 300 u?g -1 .The emulgent was and the ratio of oil to water was 0.4 mL?g -1 .Under these conditions, the content of DHA in glyceride were concentrated from 18.7% to 34.0%.But the EPA content remained close to that of fish oil.The DHA glyceride containing triglyceride, diglyceride and monoglyceride was identified by IR spectrum combining with separation of HPLC.

90%), the contents of linoleic acid is about 78. 89%, it has very important functions and benefit for human health. Used the seed oil to produce CLA, the transform rate from linoleic acid to CLA is 86. 96%, the contents of CLA is about 70% , the seed oil is also a good raw material to produce CLA.

Objective To investigate the effects of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA)on survival rate of vascular endothelial cells(VEC).Methods The survival rate of VEC was assessed using MTT method after treating with CLA.Apoptosis and necrosis of the cells were determined using annexin V-propidium iodine double staining. Results CLA significantly increased the cell survival rate to 126.3% after treating for 72h at a dose of 2?mol?L-1,survival in a time-and dose-dependent manner when the concentration was less than 5?mol?L-1.CLA could partly prevent the death of VEC induced by PA and SA.Conclusion CLA can partly prevent the death of VEC induced by PA and SA.The results suggest that CLA are important for the survival of vascular endothelial cells.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of maslinic acid preconditioning against injuries of rat cortical neurons induced by oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD).
METHODSThe cortical neurons were isolated from Sprague-Dawley rat embryos at 15-17 days of gestation for primary culture. The cortical neurons were incubated with different concentrations (0.1, 1, and 10 micro;mol/L) of maslinic acid prior to OGD. The cell damage and viability were evaluated for lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) leakage and using MTT assay, respectively, and the expression of Bax protein was detected using Western blotting.
RESULTSOGD significantly increased LDH release rate and decreased the viability of the cells. After preconditioning with maslinic acid (1 and 10 micro;mol/L), LDH leakage rate was decreased and cell the viability increased in cells exposed to OGD. Western blotting showed that Bax expression in the cells decreased as maslinic acid concentrations increased.
CONCLUSIONPretreatment with maslinic acid can protect cultured embryonic rat cortical neurons against OGD-induced injury possibly in relation to decreased expression of Bax.

This study explores the application effect of the case-based teaching method based on Xuexitong learning platform in the online teaching of Digestive System, and analyzes the learner's emotional experience, learning behavior, and learning effect in the case-based online teaching. The results of the study show that the case-based online teaching model based on Xuexitong learning platform improves students' online learning interest, and the students have good emotional experience, high learning enthusiasm, good classroom interaction, enhanced self-learning ability before and after class, and good learning effect. In addition, precise teaching can be used for individual students who are not enthusiastic about online learning.
