1.Disinfectant-sulfadiazine Resistance genes in Escherichia coli Isolated from Elderly Wards

OBJECTIVE To investigate the genes of disinfectant-sulfadiazine and antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli strains in elderly wards.METHODS Polymerase chain reaction and dilution test were used to detect and analyze the disinfectant-sulfadizane drug resistance gene and drug resistance of the E.coli.RESULTS From 30 E.coli strains isolated from elderly patients,21 were detected carrying disinfectant-sulfadizine drug resistance genes,and the positive rate of qacE△1-sulⅠ was 70.0%.CONCLUSIONS The detection rate of disinfectant-sulfadiazine drug resistance gene from E.coli strains isolated from elderly patients,the bacteria detection rates are relatively high.Most of the isolates were resistant to commonly used antibiotics.It suggests that clinical drug-resistant strains may be resistant to disinfectants.This condition should be paid much attention by disinfection wotkers of our country.

Objective ToassessthevalueofGdGEOBGDTPAenhancedT1ρimaginginevaluatingtheseverityandinflammation gradeinnonalcoholicsteatohepatitis(NASH)rabbitsmodel.Methods NASH modelswereestablishedin26adultrabbitsbyfeeding withthehighGfat,highGcholesteroldietinavarieddurations (0,4,8,12 weeks).T1ρ,T1ρinthehepatobiliaryphase (HBP)and changeofT1ρ(Δ%)werecomparedamongthedifferentgroupswhichweredeterminedbydifferentnonGalcoholicfattyliverdisease activityscore(NAS)andinflammationgrades.SpearmancorrelationanalysiswasusedtoassessthecorrelationsofT1ρ,T1ρ(HBP) withNASscoresandinflammationgrades.ROCcurvewasperformedtoevaluatethediagnosticvalueofT1ρ,T1ρ(HBP)inpredicting NASHandadvancedinflammation.Results T1ρandT1ρ(HBP)werepositivelyassociatedwithNASandinflammationscores.The differencesofT1ρ(HBP)amongNASH,nonalcoholicfattyliver(NAFL)andnormalliverwerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05). T1ρ(HBP)wassignificantlydifferentintherabbitswithgrade3inflammationfromintherabbitswithgrade0,grade1andgrade2 inflammation (P<0.05).AUCsofT1ρandT1ρ(HBP)fordifferentiatingNASH were0.849and0.949,respectively.AUCofT1ρand T1ρGHBPfordiagnosinggrade2andgrade3inflammationwere0.925and0.922,respectively.Fibrosisandinflammationwerethe mainindependentfactorsaffectingT1(HBP).Conclusion GdGEOBGDTPAenhancedT1ρimagingcanreflecttheseverityofNASH anddegreeofinflammation.T1ρ(HBP)mightbeamoresuperiornoninvasiveimagingbiomarkerthannonGenhancedT1ρforassessmentof NASHactivityandinflammationgrading.
3.Analysis of quality control test results of medical electron linear accelerators in Guangxi Province 2017—2019

Objective To understand the level of quality control in medical linear accelerator in Guangxi, and to provide technical support for the health administrative department to make related standards. Methods To select medical linear accelerators in Guangxi by random sampling method. Results A total of 118 accelerators were checked in 2017—2019, the initial inspection pass rates of medical linear accelerators were 56.8% and re-inspect pass rate were 96.6%. Conclusion The quality control level of the radiology institutions needs to be improved. The health administrative department should strengthen routine management,it is necessary to implement quality control in medical linear accelerator.
