Objective To summarize the clinical experience of laparoacopic cholecystectomy(LC) for acute cholecystitis. Methods LC was performed in 68 cases of acute cholecystifis for 2004 to 2007. The operation was completed under CO2 pneumoperitoneum by using 4-port technique. Results The LC was successfuUy accomplished in 64 cases, while a conversion to open surgery was required in 4 cases. A drainage tube at the foramen of Winslow was placed in 1 cases. Conclusion Strict adhesion to surgical indications of LC, standard performance of the proce-dure, timely conversion to open surgery, and proper placement of drainage tube are key factors to ensure a successful operation.

Objective:To evaluate in vitro antifungal activities of zhexinmycin against dermatophytes. Methods: The minimum in-hibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimum fungicidal concentration (MFC) of zhexinmycin against 7 strains of dermatophytes were determined by using broth microdilution method according to CLSI M-38A. Results:The MIC of zhexinmycin against dermatophytes was within the range of 0. 125-2. 000μg·ml-1 . The MFC was within the range of 0. 250-4. 000μg·ml-1 . Conclusion:Zhexinmycin shows strong in vitro antifungal effect on multiple fungi such as Epidermophyton floccosum, Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton violaceum, Mi-crosporum canis, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton tonsurans and Microsporum gypseum.

The effects of amiodarone on transmural dispersion of ventricular effective refractory periods (ERPs) in the normal and hypertrophic canine heart were investigated in vivo. By using the programmed stimulation protocol, the ERPs of epicardium (Epi), midmyocardium (Mid) and endocardium (Endo) were measured by inserting specially-designed electrodes into the three myocardial layers before and after mainlining of amiodarone. No significant ERPs-dispersion was observed in the three layers before and after mainlining of amiodarone in the normal group. In contrast, ERPs of all the three layers were prolonged in the hypertrophic heart, while the ERPs-dispersion was reduced significantly after mainlining of amiodarone. The ERPs-dispersion was significantly increased in the hypertrophic heart but not in the normal heart using "long-short" and "short-long" interval stimulation technique. It was concluded that (1) the differences in ERPs-dispersion among the three layers were significant in hypertrophic heart, and differences were not significant in normal canine heart; (2) ERPs of each three-myocardial layers were significantly prolonged after using amiodarone, but the ERPs-dispersion decreased in hypertrophic heart and (3) the programmed extrastimulus technique of "long-short" and "short-long" intervals increased the transmural ERPs-dispersion in the hypertrophic heart.

The effect of acute ischemia on the electrophysiological characteristics of the three layers myocardium of canine in vivo was investigated. Twelve canines were divided into two groups randomly: acute ischemia (AI) group and sham operation (SO) group. By using the monophasic action potential (MAP) technique, MAP and effective refractory period (ERP) of the three layers myocardium were measured by specially designed plunge needle electrodes and the transmural dispersion of repolarization (TDR) and transmural dispersion of ERP (TDE) were analyzed. The results showed that in the AI group, MAP duration (MAPD) was shortened from 201.67 +/- 21.42 ms to 169.50 +/- 13.81 ms (P < 0.05), but ERP prolonged to varying degrees and TDE increased during ischemia. In the SO group, MAPD and ERP did not change almost. Among of the three layers myocardium of canine, MAPD was coincident in two groups. It was concluded that during acute ischemia, MAPD was shortened sharply, but there was no significant difference among of the three layers myocardium. The prolonged ERP was concomitant with increased TDE during acute ischemia, which may play an important role in the occurrence of arrhythmias induced by acute ischemia. These findings may have important implications in arrhythmogenesis.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of one-stop liver magnetic resonance dynamic enhanced MRA for esophageal and gastric varces. Methods 82 patients with liver cirrhosis portal hypertension who were diagnosed by clinical and laboratory detect were taken, conducting liver horizontal scanning and multitemporal three dimensional dynamic enhanced scanning using Philips Achieva 1.5T MRI scanner, and then make maximum intensity projection(MIP) at work station to draw up portal vein image, observing the form and distribution of portal vein and its branches, meanwhile refer to cross sectional image to carefully observe whether there was cirsoid vein in esophagus and stomach, and further the source, degree and depth of cirsoid vein were compared, and whether there was cirsoid vein in other parts, and the pathological situation of liver.Compared with the result of gastroscope inspection, whether there is cirsoid vein in esophagus and stomach. Results The trunk and class-Ⅲ branches of portal vein of all patients had been clearly shown. In this team, there were esophageal and gastric varces in 78 patients, specifically including varices of fundus of stomach & esophageal varices in 27 patients, and varices of fundus of stomach and varices of body of stomach in 19 patients.Meanwhile,it diagnose 6 patients with liver cirrhosis and liver cancer and indicate 8 patients with liver cirrhosis nodule cancerization. The endoscope found out esophageal varices and varices of fundus of stomach in 68 patients, specifically including gastric varicesa and esophageal varices in 25 patients, sole gastric varicesa in 8 patients, and sole esophageal varices in 35 patients. Conclusion The one-stop liver three dimensional dynamic enhanced MRA is with great value in diagnosing the location and degree of esophageal varices and varices of fundus of stomach of patients with portal hypertension. The overall effect is better than endoscope.

Objective To explore the cross-sectional study of depressive and emotional regulation strategies of elderly residents in Yinchuan and their relationship. Methods A total number of 1 043 elderly cases, including 505 from 5 nursing institutions and 538 from 5 communities in Yinchuan city were chosen, from March to May,2016.Depression survey using the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS),emotional adjustment strategies were conducted using the Gross Emotional Regulatory Questionnaire and the Rumination Scale. Results The overall incidence rate of depression among the elderly residents appeared as 32.0%,with 35.5% in the communities and 28.3% in the nursing homes and the difference was statistically significant (x2=6.187,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of depression among the elderly and the aged in the community (x2=0.066,P=0.798) by the trend analysis method. The score of GDS for the 1 043 elderly was (9.1 ±5.7) points. The scores on cognitive reappraisal in emotional adjustment strategies and on expression inhibition were (26.7 ± 8.0) and (16.3 ± 6.6) points respectively. The score of the rumination was (34.5 ± 11.7) points. There were significant differences in cognitive reappraisal scores on different sex, hobbies and physical exercise (all Ps<0.05) among the elderly. There were significant differences in rumination scores among the elderly with different age, marital status, cultural level, interest (all Ps <0.05) and in the scores of expression inhibition among the elderly with different levels of education and income (all Ps<0.05).There appeared a negative correlation between the depression scores and cognitive reappraisal (r=-0.400,P<0.01) but a positive correlation between the scores of depression and rumination (r=0.652,P<0.01).Conclusion The incidence of depression identified in the elderly residents appeared high and was associated with emotional adjustment strategies,in Yinchuan city.
