Objective: To observe the different effects between Mahuang (Herba Ephedra Sinicae) and Wuweizi (Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis) on the pathological changes of rats with bleomycin A(5)-induced pulmonary fibrosis. Methods: Ninety Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, hydrocortisone group, Herba Ephedra Sinicae group, Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis group and Herba Ephedra Sinicae plus Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis group. There were 16 rats in each group except the sham operation group (10 rats). Pulmonary fibrosis was induced by a single intratracheal injection of bleomycin A5. Hematoxylin and eosin straining and immunohistochecical method were used after 7- and 28-day treatment to observe the pathology of lung injury, measure the inner diameter of pulmonary arterioles and the density of nuclear membrane. Results: Compared with the sham operation group at 7 and 28 d, alveolar inflammation level was significantly increased in the model group (P<0.01). Alveolar inflammation level was decreased obviously in the hydrocortisone group (P<0.05) after 7- and 28-day treatment as compared with the model group, and that in Herba Ephedra Sinicae plus Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis group was also decreased obviously (P<0.05) at 28 d. Compared with the sham operation group, nuclear density of the model group was increased, while its inner diameter was decreased (P<0.05). In the Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis group, Herba Ephedra Sinicae plus Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis group and hydrocortisone group, the nuclear density was decreased (P<0.05) as compared with the model group. Inner diameter in the Herba Ephedra Sinicae group, Herba Ephedra Sinicae plus Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis group and hydrocortisone group was higher than that in the model group (P<0.05). Microvessel density of the model group was obviously higher than that of the sham operation group (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, Herba Ephedra Sinicae plus Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis group and hydrocortisone group had lower microvessel density (P<0.05). Conclusion: Herba Ephedra Sinicae combined with Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis can restrain pulmonary artery injury. The nuclear density and microvessel density can be reduced by Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, while Herba Ephedra Sinicae can increase the inner diameter.

Objective To study the expression of chemokine receptor 5 (CCR5) in breast cancer and metastatic axillary nodes and the frequency of polymorphism CCR5-△32,and its effect on breast cancer metastasis.Methods Specimens were collected from Aug.2008 to Jun.2009 in Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery,Liaocheng People's Hospital.The relative expression quantity of CCR5 mRNA was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-PCR),and polymorphism CCR5-△32 was tested by DNA electrophoresis.The data was processed by SPSS software.Results 1.The relative expression quantity of CCR5 mRNA was significantly higher in breast cancer tissues than in paracarcinoma tissues(P ＜ 0.01)and breast fibroadenoma tissues (P ＜ 0.05).The difference of relative expression quantity of CCR5 mRNA had statistical significance between breast cancer tissues in stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P ＜ 0.05 ),but not between breast fibroadenoma tissues and paracarcinoma tissues(P ＞0.05).2.The relative expression quantity of CCR5 mRNA was significantly higher in metastatic axillary nodes than in nonmetastatic nodes (P ＜ 0.05 ).3.Polymorphism CCR5-△32 wasn't found in any specimen.4.The relative expression of CCR5 mRNA had connection with breast oncogene C-erbB-2 and whether there was axillary lymph node metastasis,but no connection with other immunological and biochemical indicators.Conclusions CCR5 mRNA is significantly higher expressed in breast cancer and metastatic axillary nodes.The interaction between CCR5 and its ligands promotes the progress of breast cancer and axillary lymph node metastasis.CCR5 can be taken as a molecular indicator to predict axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer and provides new targert for clinical therapy.

Grid is a mature and popular technology that can connect all kinds of information resources. The author sums up the application of digital earth technology in the research of traditional Chinese medicine resources in recent years, and proposes the new method and technical route of investigation in traditional Chinese medicine resources, traditional Chinese medicine zoning and suitability assessment by combining the digital earth technology and grid.

OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for simultaneous determination of ephedrine hydrochloride， pseudoephedrine hydrochloride， methamphetamine hydrochloride and paeoniflorin in Xiaoqinglong granule. METHODS： Micellar capillary electrophoresis （MCE） method was adopted. The optimum conditions for the separation were as follows as a fused silica capillary column as the separation channel， the buffer solution composed of 10 mmol/L borax-10 mmol/L SDS （95 ∶ 5， pH 10.5）， detection wavelength of 195 nm， separation voltage of 20 kV， capillary column temperature of 15 ℃，the sampling at a pressure for 0.5 psi×5 s. Two batches of Xiaoqinglong granules were collected from 2 manufacturers to determine the contents of ephedrine hydrochloride， pseudoephedrine hydrochloride， methamphetamine hydrochloride and paeoniflorin. The results of content determination were compared with the results determined by HPLC method stated in Chinese Pharmacopeia of 2015 edition. RESULTS： The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride， pseudoephedrine hydrochloride， methamphetamine hydrochloride and paeoniflorin were 10-160， 10-160， 1-100， 10-500 μg/mL （r＝0.997 9-0.999 8）， respectively. RSDs of precision， reproducibility and stability tests were all ≤2.74％ （n＝5-6）. The average recoveries were 101.55％， 101.62％， 100.15％， 101.85％ （RSD≤3.94％， n＝6）， respectively. The contents of 4 components determined by micellar capillary electrophoresis were in accordance with the results of HPLC method. CONCLUSIONS： The established MCE method is simple， quick and sensitive， and can be used for simultaneous determination of 4 components mentioned above in Xiaoqinglong granule.
