1.Epidemiological features and influential factors of prehypertension in Yongchuan district of Chongqing

Objective To investigate the epidemiological features and influential factors of prehypertensionin Yongchuan district of Chongqing .Methods The cluster sampling method was adopted to conduct the survey on randomly selected 3 100 local people (≥18 years old) ,it concluded questionnaire ,physical examination ,blood specimen collection and so on .Results The prevalence of hypertension in Yongchuan district of Chongqing adults was 43 .0% .The prevalence of hypertension in male(49 .5% ) was higher significantly than that of female(35 .0% )(P<0 .05);The prevalence of prehypertension was increased with age up and then de‐clined in older age ,it was achieve highest at 40- <50 years old(50 .7% ) .The average age ,smoking rate ,drinking rate ,BMI ,waist circumference ,TC ,TG ,Purine trione of the prehypertension group was higher than that of the normal group(P<0 .05);the results of Logistic regression indicated that the risk factors of prehypertension weresmale ,higher BMI ,abdominal obesity ,hypercholesterol‐emia ,hypertriglyceridemia ,smoking regularly ,drinking regularly and so on(P<0 .05) ,physical activities was protective factor(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The prevalence of prehypertension in the adults of Yongchuan district of Chongqing is high ,relative intervention on these factors should be tookas soon as possible .
2.The contrast analysis of concentrated training on clinical skills to college students before probation

Objective To make the contrast analysis of concentrated training on clinical skill to college students before probation. Methods The students were devided into traning group (320pers) and contrast group (240pers), the training group undertook concentrated training on clinical skills before probation, while contrast group didn't. To make the contrast analyses on these two groups on medical record writing and to make questionnaire by those clinical teachers. Results The performance of traning group on medical record writing is higher than the contrast group (P<0.01) , and there also were significant difference in physical examination, medical record writing and comprehend capability. Conclusion The performance of clinical skills were elevated by concentrated training,and there were good teaching effects on the clinical teaching by the oncentrated clinical training.
3.Interventional effects of natural or chemosynthesis statin on serum NO,ET,hs-CRP,IL-1 and TNF-? in simple essential hypertensive patients

Objective To investigate effect of Xuezhikang capsule (a statin product from Chinese Herbs)or pravastatin (a chemosynthesis statin) combined with antihypertensive drugs on the serum levels of NO,ET,hs-CRP,IL-1 and TNF-? in essential hypertensive (EH) patients.Methods Thirty healthy individuals were enrolled as normal control.One hundred and fifty EH patients admitted in our departments from Dec.2006 to Jun.2008 were enrolled and randomly divided into 3 groups,the antihypertensive drugs treatment group (ATH group,n=50),the pravastatin treatment group (PRA group,n=50) and the Xuezhikang treatment group (XZK group,n=50).Patients in the 3 groups were treated with routine antihypertensive drugs,in addition,pravastatin (20 mg every night) and Xuezhikang (0.6 g/time,twice a day) were given to PRA group and XZK group respectively.Serum NO,ET,hs-CRP,IL-1 and TNF-? were detected before and after eight-week treatment.Results Compared with healthy individuals,serum NO was decreased (P
