Objective:To observe influence of qingzhifugan pellet on mixed-type animal model of fatty liver with chronic hyperlipemia and alcoholized hepatic damage. Methods:The mixed-type animal model of fatty liver was established by administering with high lipids and alcohol feeds. Therapeutic experiments were conducted with a self-made new drug the qingzhifugan pellet. The efficacy of the tested drug was evaluated comprehensively by such measures as sero-level of lipids and ferments,as well as the histological pathology of liver. Results:It was shown that the tested drug can decrease the sero-level of lipids, promote the metabolism of lipids in liver, recover the alcoholized hepatic damage, and relieve the liver fat denaturation. Conclusion:It suggested that the tested drug possessed certain effect for treating or improving chronic hyperlipemia and alcoholized hepatic damage in the animal model.

Objective To investigate the statistical methods used in nursing papers for bachelor's degree. Method We collected 160 nursing theses for bachelor's degree in 2016 in our college and analyze the statistical methods. Results A total of 80 papers used statistical methods consisting of statistical table, statistical inference, single factor analysis, variance analysis and statistical description. Among them, the statistical methods in 66 papers (82.5%) were misused. About 139 misuses of statistical tables was found in papers, and about 23 misuses of statistical inference in papers, taking up 45.4%. Conclusions The nursing undergraduates are familiar with the application of statistical methods, but the methods tend to be simple and unitary. Therefore, it is a need to enhance their practice in using statistical methods.

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Reflective Function Questionnaire for Youth(RFQY). Methods School sample:a total of 1 813 students from the fifth grade primary school to the second grade high school were selected for the study(aged 10 to 17 years). Clinical patients:another 52 adolescents(aged under 17 years)with borderline trait who attended Department of Psychiatry in Shengjing Hospital were recruited. All subjects completed the RFQY,basic empathy scale( BES )and emotional intelligence scale(EIS). After 3 weeks,85 students were randomly selected and filled in the questionaires again. Results The internal consistency of the RFQY was 0.73,and the test?retest reliability was 0.686(P<0.001). The RFQY scores of the school students were significantly higher than those in clinical patients(8.71±0.65 vs 8.10±0.89,P<0.001). The RFQY scores of male students were significantly lower than those in female students(8.61±0.67 vs 8.78±0.63,P<0.001). The score increased with the age increased(P<0.001). Conclusion The Chinese version of RFQY shows good reliability and validity , which can be used to measure the reflective function of adolescents in China .

BACKGROUND:The microvolt T-wave alternans (MTWA) is an important index for ventricular arrhythmias prediction and is a promising tool to evaluate non-invasively malignant ventricular arrhythmia and risk of sudden death.OBJECTIVE:To introduce a algorithm for detecting TWA using Poincare mapping method (PM),which is a technique for dynamics systems to display periodic behavior.METHODS:Samples series of beat to beat cycles were selected to prepare Poincare mapping to describe TWA distdbution.D_(twa),which denoted the sum distances between the origin to even and odd series, was used to present the presence and absence of TWA.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:This algorithm was applied in MIT/BIH Arrhythmia database and European ECG ST-T database, and D_(twa) used for correlation analysis with V_(twa),which denoted TWA amplitude of Spectrum Method. The cross-correlation coefficient was γ= 0.984.The algorithm can identify the absence and presence of TWA accurately and provide idea for further study of TWA-PM.

Objective To establish the fingerprint for the dry stem in Dendrobium candidum by RP-HPLC.Methods Kromasil○RKR100-5 C18 column(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) was used with a mixture of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphorus acid as mobile phase in a gradient mode and the data were analyzed with ″Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation″ software. Results The chemical constituents of D.candidum were optimally separated, among which 15 fingerprint peaks in common were confirmed. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility, and can be used specifically for the quality control of D.candidum.

Objective To examine the sleep status and relevant psychosocial factors in patients with colorectal cancer before surgery and improve their sleep quality. Methods A cross?sectional survey method was used. Participants were 107 cases of patients with colorectal cancer from the Department of Anorectal Surgery in The First Hospital ,which is affiliated with China Medical University. The Athens insomnia scale(AIS),Ham?ilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),perceived social support scale(PSSS),self?esteem scale(SES),medical cop?ing questionnaire(MCMQ),memorial University of Newfoundland scale of happiness(MUNSH),Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ),and Wong?Baker face scale were used to assess preoperative sleep in patients with colorectal cancer and related psychosocial factors. Results Among the 107 cases, there were 24 cases of insomnia, with an insomnia incidence of 22.43%. No statistical differences were found in demographic charac?teristics and clinical characteristics(P>0.05). According to the degree of insomnia, there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05) for depression, anxiety, social support, avoidance, yield, happiness, and EPQ?N. Before the surgery, the degree of depression, anxiety, and EPQ?P had a significant positive effect on the degree of insomnia (P< 0.05). Conclusion The degree of insomnia before surgery in patients with colorectal cancer is closely associated with depression, anxiety, coping styles, social support, and personality characteristics.

Objective:
To investigate the protective effect of ACY1215 (Rocilinostat), a histone deacetylase inhibitor, against brain edema in mice with acute liver failure.
Methods:
Lipopolysaccharide combined with D-galactosamine was used to establish a mouse model of acute liver failure, and ACY1215 was used for intervention. The effect of ACY1215 on histopathological changes of the liver was observed after 24 hours, as well as the changes in alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), blood ammonia, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interferon-γ (IFN-γ), brain water content, blood-brain barrier structure, NF-κB-p65, histone, acetylated histone, and TNF-α mRNA in brain tissue.
Results:
The mice with acute liver failure had marked pathological damage in liver tissue, as well as significant increases in the levels of ALT, AST, blood ammonia, TNF-α, and IFN-γ (
