OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cinepazide maleate in combination with magnesium sulfate for traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage.METHODS:A total of 160 patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage were randomly assigned to 4 groups:Control group(n=40)received conventional therapy alone(hemostasis, dehydration, hormone and drugs promoting recovery of nervous function;Group Ⅰ(Control group,n=40)received cinepazide maleate plus conventional therapy;Group Ⅱ(n=40)received magnesium sulfate plus conventional therapy, and Group Ⅲ(n=40)received cinepazide maleate in combination with magnesium sulfate in additional to the conventional therapy. All the drugs were given in every 12 h for 14 consecutive days.Transcranial Doppler(TCD)examination was scheduled at 0,3,7,14 days after admission to observe the incidences of cerebral angiospasm(CVS)and patients' prognosis.RESULTS:There were significant differences between Group Ⅲ and the other 3 groups(Control group,Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ)in the incidence of CVS,the change of the blood flow rate of the middle cerebral artery and patients' prognosis at 3 and 6 months respectively(P

Objective:AFM1-BSA and AFM1-OVA were synthesized and then identified in this experiment. Methods: Using oximation method ,AFM1 was transformed to oxime compounds while the reaction process was monitored via TLC method aiming to identify the compounds.Coupled with carrier protein BSA and OVA respectively , we obtained AFM1-BSA and AFM1-OVA, then identified synthetic antigen via UV spectrophotometry and SDS-PAGE.Antigens were injected into experimental animals , finally obtaining the murine multi-antiserum.Eventually , the multi-antiserums were detected via indirect inhibition ELISA method to judge whether the antigens were effectively or not. Results:After oximation reaction ,the migration distance of oxime compounds in the thin layer plate was shorter. The maximum absorption peak of AFM1-BSA occurred in 274 nm,and was inconsistent with both UV absorption peaks of BSA and AFM 1.The electrophoretic velocity of AFM 1-BSA was less than that of BSA.All the titers of three immunized mice were 1×10-4 approximately;the multi-antiserum from No.3 sample had the best sensitivity ,its IC50 was 359.9 ng/ml.Conclusion:In this study,we obtained AFM1 artificial antigen and murine multi-antiserum of high sensitivity.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of prostatic artery embolization (PAE)via transradial approach in treating prostatic hyperplasia. Methods The clinical data of 18 patients with prostatic hyperplasia, who received C-arm CT-guided PAE via left or right radial artery access, were retrospectively analyzed. The following indexes were recorded:arterial spasm and injury of upper limbs, incidence of puncture point bleeding, postoperative radial artery pulse and congestion, blood supply and nerve injury of fingers, the surgical success rate, incidence of perioperative cerebral vascular complications, operation time, radiation dose and clinical curative effect. Results Among the 18 patients,PAE via left radial artery access was employed in 14,and PAE via right radial artery access was performed in 4.Bilateral PAE was carried out in 16 patients, and only unilateral PAE was able to be successfully accomplished in 2 patients as the prostatic artery opening of the other side was tortuous with stenosis. After PAE,decreased radial pulse was observed in one patient and ultrasound examination revealed decreased blood flow. The operation time ranged from 96 min to 245 min.The radiation dose received by the patient varied from 2435 mGy to 4958 mGy with a mean of (3342±156) mGy,which was not significantly different from the radiation dose received by the patients who underwent PAE via femoral artery access during the same study period (P=0.1167).Conclusion In treating prostatic hyperplasia,PAE by using transradial approach is clinically safe and technically feasible.

With the improvement of the quality of clinical diagnosis and treatment, the traditional scheduled "ward round" mode cannot meet the demands for real-time monitoring of acute and critically ill patients. This paper introduces the Storm, a real-time data stream processing technology and its application in the real time disease early warning system. By collecting the clinical data flow and calculating the MEWS scores in real time, the system can identify the potential deterioration of the disease, and promptly notify the medical staff. Score calculation results can be stored for further analysis and presentation as well.
