The purpose of our studies was to investigate the relation between the condition of the adrenal and the growth of Sarcoma 180 (S_(180)) in mice. The hybrid Swiss mice were used and divided into four groups: (1) the normal mice for control, male and female, each one half, (2) testectomized mice, (3) female mice with natural resistance to S_(180), (4) S_(180)-bearing mice. The tissue slices of adrenal were stained with H. E. method. The adranal cortex was subdivided into eight zones according as I. C. Jones' opinion. The area of each zone in the cortex was measured by microscope and the weight of each adrenal was obtained with the 10~(-4) scales. The results of our studies are explained as follows:1. When the body weight of the normal adult mice increased, the adrenal weight did not increase. But there was obvious difference of adrenal weights between the normal adult male and female, the former was smaller and the later was larger.2. After S_(180) was implanted into the mice, the adrenal weight rapidly and markedly increased with the growth of S_(180) (P

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the application of double pedicle blood supply pectoralis major myocutaneous flap in reconstruction of laryngeal and hypo pharyngeal defect after carcinoma resection.
METHOD:
All the patients received initial treatment. Pectoralis major myocutaneous flap was Applied in one-stage reconstruction in 22 cases of laryngocarcinoma and hypopharyngeal carcinoma with post-operation defect. During operation, pectoral branches of thoracoacromial vessels and branch of lateral thoracic vessels were reserved and prepared to be double pedicle vessel fascia bundle without muscle at the beginning part, rearched to defect area through subclavian tunnel. After operation, it is necessary to closely observe the subcutaneous swelling, quantity and color of the drain and others of neck surgery area to exclude the occurrence of surgical hematoma. When there is suspicion, do timely exploration.
RESULT:
Pectoralis major myocutaneous flaps of 22 patients were all survived. Pharyngeal fistula occurred in 2 cases and was cured by change of dressing. Twenty-one cases received radiotherapy after operation without secondary flap necrosis. After follow-up of 6 months to 24 months, one case of roll repairment of circumferential defect in cervical esophagus, found to have anastomotic stenosis 8 months after radiotherapy and then underwent gastrostomy treatment, the other 21 cases showed good recovery of swallowing function. Among 13 cases with laryngeal function reserved, only 1 case wearing tube and the extubation rate was 92.3% without communication barriers, no patient died in the short follow-up period.
CONCLUSION
For double pedicle blood supply pectoralis major nyocutaneous flap, blood supply are fully guaranteed and does not require complicated equipment to observe and monitor the flap blood supply after operation, it is important to exclude factors that may lead to muscular flap necrosis to ensure the survival of pectoralis major myocutaneous flap.

Objective To establish a capillary gas chromatography( GC)method for the determination of residual organic solvents in poly( lactic-co-glycolide)( PLGA),including methanol, acetone, dichloromethane, and toluene. Methods A capillary GC method was carried out. DB-624 capillary column(30 m× 0. 32 mm,1. 80 μm)with programmed temperature chromatography was employed. The initial temperature was kept at 40 ℃ for 8 min. Then the temperature was raised to 200 ℃ at a rate of 10 ℃·min-1 . The injection port temperature was 180 ℃,and the split ratio was 10:1. The carrier gas was nitrogen. The temperature of FID was set at 250 ℃,and the sample volume was set at 3 μL. Results Four residual organic solvents consisting of methanol, acetone, dichloromethane and toluene in PLGA were completely separated. The linear range of concentration of methanol, acetone, dichloromethane and toluene was within 10. 0-50. 0( r=0. 999 8 ),16. 7-83. 3( r=0.9998),2.0-10.0(r=0.9993),and3.0-14.8(r=0.9997)μg·mL-1,respectively.Therecoveryofmethanol,acetone, dichloromethane and toluene was 99. 9%( RSD=1. 5%),100. 8%( RSD=0. 9%),100. 1%( RSD=1. 1%),and 99. 5%(RSD=0. 6%),respectively. Six batches of samples met the requirements. Conclusion The method is proven to be sensitive and accurate after the validation. It is suitable for the determination of residual organic solvents in PLGA.

AIM:To explore the mechanisms underlying contraction induced by extracelluar acidosis (pHex6.8) in rat isolated coronary artery (RCA).METHODS:Using the microvessel tension recorder system, the effects of acid-base transporters on RCA contraction induced by pHex6.8 were explored by applying the selective pharmacological inhibitors of Na+-H+ exchanger 1 (NHE-1) and Na+-HCO-3 cotransporter (NBC), HOE-642 and S0859, respectively. The effects of chloride channel on RCA contraction induced by pHex6.8 were explored by applying the inhibitors of chloride channel (NPPB and NFA), and by replacing the extracellular NaCl with equimolar NaBr.RESULTS:pHex6.8 augmented the resting tension of RCA, and the maximum contraction was (3.90±0.95) mN.HOE-642 at 30 μmol/L and S0859 at 100 μmol/L both inhibited the contraction of RCA induced by pHex6.8 (P<0.01).NPPB and NFA both inhibited the contraction of RCA induced by pHex6.8 or KCl (60 mmol/L) in a concentration-dependent manner.NPPB and NFA (100 μmol/L) both inhibited the contraction of RCA induced by U46619 (1 μmol/L).Replacing the extracellular NaCl with equimolar NaBr almost completely inhibited RCA contraction induced by pHex6.8 (P<0.01), but had no obvious effect on the contraction induced by KCl (60 mmol/L) or U46619 (1 μmol/L).CONCLUSION:Extracellular acidosis-induced contraction in RCA may be related to the activated NHE-1 and NBC, and it may be also related to the enhanced chloride transport across the membrane.

Aim To investigate the vasodilatory effect of Ferulic acid on in vitro rat coronary artery and its possible mechanism. Methods By using the mi-crovessel tension recorder system, the vasodilatory effect of FA on resting and contractin-vitro rat coronary artery was determined;the influence of endothelial in-tegrity to FA-induced vasorelaxation was observed; the relationship of FA on [ Ca2+] ex-influx-induced and [ Ca2+] in-efflux-induced contractions was discussed;the mechanism of vasodilatory effect of FA was ex-plored by applying the inhibitors of KCa(TEA),KATP channel ( Gli ) , KIR channel ( BaCl2 ) , KV ( 4-AP ) , NOS( L-NAME) and COX( Indo) . Results FA had no effect on the resting tension of in vitro rat coronary artery. FA dilated the in-vitro rat coronary artery pre-treated with KCl ( 60 mmol · L-1 ) , U46619 ( 1 μmol · L-1 ) and PE ( 10μmol · L-1 ) in a concentration-dependent fashion ( P < 0. 05 ) . FA inhibited the [ Ca2+] ex-influx-induced and [ Ca2+] in-efflux-in-duced contractions significantly ( P <0. 05 ) . 4-AP ( 1 mmol· L-1 ) restrained the diastolic function of FA, while TEA, Gli, BaCl2、L-NAME, Indo had no obvious effect ( P >0. 05 ) . Conclusion The diastolic func-tion could be related to the activation of KV channel on vascular smooth muscle cells, the free Ca2+ from Sar-coplasmic reticulum cells and blockade extracellular Calcium channel do not depend on KCa, KATP, KIR channel, nor the endothelial function.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2018;27(11):700-704
High grade B-cell lymphoma was defined as an independent disease in the 2016 new version of the World Health Organization lymphoma classification, including double-hit high grade B-cell lymphoma with myc and bcl-2 or bcl-6 gene rearrangements and high grade B-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified without myc and bcl-2 or bcl-6 gene rearrangements, both of them are invasive in clinical features. In recent years, there have many studies on it, double-hit lymphoma (DHL) has relatively unique clinical features and poor prognosis. Although high-intensity chemotherapy can prolong the survival of patients, current treatment options have poor efficacy, and specific targeted drug therapies are still required. Single-agent or combination therapy of signal pathway inhibitors can improve the poor prognosis of patients. Immunotherapy is expected to become the direction of future research. This article reviews the definition, diagnosis, prognosis, and latest treatment progress of DHL.
