Under the current circumstance that more and more students are being recruited in universities,ways have to be explored to promote the development of our major.The following three points including strength in construction of teaching staff,management of teaching quality and active participation in administration of students are suggested to be attempted,in combination with many other good ideas.

Objective:To investigate the relationship among childhood abuses,social support and non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) in adolescents,and to examine the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between childhood abuses and non-suicidal self-injury.Methods:A total of 9704 middle school students were selected from junior and senior middle schools in Zhengzhou,Guiyang city.The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-28 item Short Form (CTQ-SF),Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Questionnaire,Social Support Scale for University Students and Multidimensional Sub-health Questionnaire of Adolescents (MSQA) were used to measure the different types of adverse childhood experiences,non-suicidal self-injury,social support and psychopathological status.Results:The CTQ-SF-scores were positively correlated with non-suicidal self-injury scores (r =0.20,P ＜ 0.01) and negatively correlated with social support scores (r =-0.22,P ＜ 0.01).The total scores and factor scores of social supportscale were negatively correlated with non-suicidal self-injury scores in adolescents (P ＜ 0.01).When control of the area,grade,self-reported learning burden,self-reported grades and psychological pathology symptoms,social support in childhood abuse and the relation between the suicide self-injury the mediation effect by the single factor of 17.04％ to 12.57％,the mediation effect of three subcomponents accounted for 7.12％ ～ 13.85％.Conclusion:It suggests that social support may play a mediating effect on the relationship between childhood abuses and non-suicidal selfinjury.

Objective To develop the multidimensional sub-health questionnaire of adolescents(MSQA)which is suitable for Chinese adolescents.Methods The original questionnaire was composed of 101 items related to physical and psychological domains and six dimensions.Different statistic methods were taken to do item analysis,reliability and validity evaluation.Results The final MSQA was composed of 71 items.The test-retest correlation coefficient,Cronbach's ? coefficient and split-half reliability coefficient of the questionnaire were 0.868,0.958,0.942,respectively.Taking SCL-90 and CMI as criterion,the criterion-related validity were 0.636,0.649,respectively.The structure of MSQA from factor analysis identified with the original designs.Both of scores and the number of items,which sub-health symptoms lasted for more than one month,on physical,psychological domains and overall questionnaire in first test,were higher than the later one among freshmen.Scores and the number of items for grade one high school students were lower than those of grade three students.Conclusions The MSQA is successfully developed with good reliability and validity coefficient,and can be promoted in large sample population.

Abstract Media multitasking has become a novel type of social media use behavior in adolescents, and its negative effect on cognitive function has gradually attracted attention. Based on relevant literature review and summarization, this paper briefly reviews the prevalence and assessment of media multitasking in adolescents, and the effects of on cognitive function such as working memory, attention and inhibitory control. Moreover, potential neuropsychological mechanisms are provided. This study provides a scientific evidence for promoting the physical and mental health of adolescents.

Objective To understand the prevalence of negative life events and its association with depressive, anxiety symptoms and dissatisfaction of school life among middle school students in Shaoxing, and to provide scientific evidence for further interventions. Methods A total number of 3 197 students (including 1 134 urban and 2 063 town adolescents) were recruited from 2 middle schools in Shaoxing, their average age was (13.73 ± 1.03) years. The Multidimensional Life Events Rating Questionnaire for Middle School Students (MLERQ), Depression Self-rating Scale for Children (DSRSC) and Screening for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders (SCARED) were used to assess the mental health status, while the school life satisfaction was evaluated by the School Life Satisfaction Rating Questionnaire for Adolescents (SLSRQA), and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and multivariate logistic regression models. Results The prevalence of the negative life events was 84.9%, unsatisfactory examination performance (48.6%), unreached the teacher's expectation (46.2%), parental chatter (41.4%), unbalanced learning (37.9%), and getting parents scold (27.6%) constituted the main negative life events. The prevalence of depressive symptom, anxiety symptom, and dissatisfaction of school life were significantly higher among middle school students living with negative life events (41.1%, 22.6%, 26.0%) than those without negative life events (20.9%, 3.5%, 16.5%), (?2=71.33, 94.78, 19.83, P<0.001). The prevalence of the psychosomatic health involvement significantly increased with the increase of the number of the dimensions and events (P<0.001). The multivariate logistic regression showed that negative life events were the risk factors of depression, anxiety and dissatisfaction of school life. Their OR values were 2.483 (1.951-3.160), 7.245 (4.411-11.899) and 1.733 (1.325-2.267), respectively. The risk of occurring mental symptoms among children with the number of dimensions≥4 and/or the number of events≥12 was two times higher than those of children without such increase in numbers of dimensions and events. Conclusion The status of negative life events is serious among middle school students in Shaoxing. There are statistical associations between negative life events and mental symptoms.

BACKGROUND:Studies have shown that arthroscopic al-inside technology for meniscus repair has achieved good outcomes, and arthroscopic suture combined with sodium hyaluronate has an important role in the cartilage repair. OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic al-inside suture repair combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the repair of discoid meniscus tears. METHODS:Twenty-two patients with discoid meniscus injury were subjected to arthroscopic al-inside suture repair combined with sodium hyaluronate injection. Al cases were confirmed to have attached edge relaxation or longitudinal crack in operation. After repair, effective rehabilitation training was done. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The operations for the 22 cases were al successful and there was no complication. Al patients were fol owed up for over 18 months. According to Ikenchi’s method (Lysholm knee score criterion), 11 cases were rated excel ent, 8 were rated good, and 3 were rated fair, with an excel ent/good rate of 86.36%. It is demonstrated that the al-inside suture repair under the guide of arthroscopy in discoid meniscus cases can remain the most appropriate anatomical structure of the meniscus that can play an effective function, and has the advantage of minimal invasion. Arthroscopic al-inside suture repair combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and standard rehabilitation training result in a lower complication rate and effectively promotes the meniscus repair.

BACKGROUND:Numerous studies have shown that air wave pressure therapy plays an important role in prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb after a major operation on the hip.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the efficacy of air wave pressure therapy on deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity in patients with total knee arthroplasty.
METHODS:A total of 80 patients with total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated only with conventional method to help the patient massage the lower extremity by the nurse and combined with active functional exercise;patients in the experimental group were treated with air wave pressure therapy at 2 days postoperatively, and were also treated with conventional method to help the patient massage the lower extremity by the nurse and combined with active functional exercise. Swel ing index, coagulation index and the number of patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity were recorded in both groups.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:At 2 weeks after treatment, swel ing index, coagulation index and the number of patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity were significantly reduced in the experimental group, and its effects were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Early use of air wave pressure therapy after total knee arthroplasty can al eviate limb swel ing effectively and have obvious advantages in improving coagulation index and blood coagulation condition and in preventing deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity after total knee arthroplasty.
